Courage is the willingness to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. Valour is courage or bravery, especially in battle. Courage is something that everybody wants and it also makes us worthy of respect.
There are a various forms of courage and some of them are often embedded in us. Know that there are times when we see a blend of two or more of these types of courage, but there is always one that dominates the occasion. Here are the six types of courage that we discuss.
Boosting our courage isn’t about eradicating our fear; besides that is a primal and instinctive response that is not even realistic. Rather, it’s about learning how to respond to our fear in a healthy way.
Courage is not the absence of fear. Courageous people do feel fear, but they are able to manage and overcome their fear so that it does not stop them taking action.
