I discuss how after years of not taking care of my needs and placing myself on the back burner for years my children are struggling to understand why mom is not the same. I discuss my own limiting beliefs about motherhood and how I'm learning to set boundaries to help them learn that self care and love is ok!! SELF CARE IS NOT SELFISH!!!
