Veteran TV producer, director, and executive Tia Smith sits down with Maxie, Schatar, and guest co-host Lex Bratcher. Tia shares lessons learned in nearly 3 decades of producing and supervising content for channels like BET, TV-ONE, VH1, MTV and more.
