When discussing success we only scratch the surface half the time. Most talk about the struggle that they face on the outside. It is not often that we hear about the internal wolf and sheep dynamic that constantly demand our attention, battling to form habits that cement themselves as pathways towards either consistent achievement or failure.
For those not familiar with sheep mentality, it is choosing habits that add no value to your life because it’s easy, everyone can and does it. This mentality does not require mental toughness. On the flip side, the wolf mentality is choosing habits that can and will add value to your life, but it’s challenging, so only a few choose it. This mentality demands resiliency and commitment.
The ‘Why I Chose To Lose’ podcast sits down with individuals that have chosen to lose the sheep mentality to achieve their definition of success in their career. We discuss the triumphs and pitfalls they encounter on their journey, but most importantly we listen to why and how they shed sheep behavior and became a wolf.
