Real men are aware of their privileges as well as their responsibilities. The outcome of man’s actions and inactions weight a lot on people around him. it is therefore imperative that a man live with convictions but how can that be without definition?
Asking for help is vulnerable and expressing vulnerability is difficult especially where we have learnt not to communicate such feelings but asking for help makes healthier, happier men and the world need a lot of such men.
A lot of men are not comfortable with the feeling of asking for help but studies have shown that asking for help makes you happier, healthier, more successful and have better relationships. We were made for community!
There is a whole world of difference between MATURITY and MASCULINITY. Men have often time being left to figure out themselves and we don’t even get enough credit for trying.
Somethings in life are either beyond your control or beyond your conviction. Becoming an exemplary man isn’t something beyond your control no matter your past experience. Find out more in this episode.
