We had the absolute privilege of meeting Penn State Women's Volleyball and current Professional Volleyball Player Simone Lee. We sit down to discuss her volleyball beginnings, journeying to Volleyball powerhouse, Penn State University, and her adventures and experiences overseas playing professionally in various countries. In celebrating Black History Month, Simone also drives an important conversation that touches on her personal experiences when it comes to inclusivity in the sporting world and how players, coaches and communities can best stand in the gap and stand for equality.
This week, we had the honor of sitting down with Pittsburgh Women's volleyball Outside hitter, Kayla Lund. A California native, and true 5 year player, helped Pitt reach the programs best ever season finish in program history.
