Inspired by her own journey in these areas, host Rae shares her trials and triumphs in a relatable, down-to-earth way with hopes of encouraging others to do the same. These days, it’s way too easy to get caught up in the notion that we’re just everyday individuals with insignificant experiences. In reality, our origin stories are tools used to illuminate one another’s lives. This is where TSS comes in. Aiming to create a safe space to get outside the comfort zone, Rae and guests bring perspective and candid realness to every episode. What do you get out of this? Shit happens, trust me I know. Things may not turn out as you’d like for them to, but don’t let yourself stay discouraged for too long. You’ve got too much light to shine. It can be mad uncomfortable to be seen as you are transitioning back into your power. Light Work ain’t light work, but it is a meaningful journey to be embraced presently. Take your time Sweet Pea, it’s gonna be fine.

Embarrassment is rooted in your relationship with perception, so get comfortable with being seen and watch as it fades to sand. Get comfortable with being vulnerable, and know that you are protected in that state. Your Inner Child is so proud of you for having the courage to do the things they’ve always known y’all could do together. You are loved soulfully!

In this time of great shifting and evolving, your light requires you to make consistent deposits of confidence. This is your season, your time is now!

But chile your focus needs focus. Find balance between these light and shadow attributes within self and PLEASE stop consuming yourself in all this shit that doesn’t concern you because the distraction energy is REAL! Do what you can and what your intuition guides you towards. If it ain’t got shit to do w/ you, it ain’t got shit to do w/ you! You are so divinely protected, your Spirit team has your back!!! Hold space for your inner child to connect you back to Source energy. They are the one that holds the key to your higher self. Throughout our childhood, we tend to internalize the limitations and hinderances of our environment, and that can trail into adulthood if we aren’t mindful of breaking the cycles. The reason that those “things” and those “folks” don’t resonate with you, is because they are reflecting to you that which you are NOT. Therein lies the path towards who you ARE, so remember the strength of your light.

As you process through that, it’s important to understand the difference between absorption and observation. Both play an active role in the lives that we assume, so ask yourself this: “What reality am I assuming through my emotions and my behaviors ?”. Adjust as necessary, you’re capable of change and worthy of a pleasurable human experience.

preheat oven @ 425 degrees

2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
orange zest
vanilla
honey
cinnamon
grapefruit zest
1/4 total cup of orange/grapefruit combined
1/4 cup of milk
diced mangoes (however much you’d like :)

We are approaching this new year with a revitalized sense of accountability and direction. As co- creators with the universe, we play in important role in our destiny, so it’s time to get things going! One of the guiding principles of Reiki that stands out most to me during this phase of my life is working diligently. The way we pour into the the goals that we set indubitably determines the outcome. So then can we meet ourselves where we are while simultaneously pushing our story further? Answers lie just beyond the play button….
