EPISODE: From the Belly of the Dragon | A New Moon Transmission from Scotland
🗓️ July 24 | Amavasya in Pushya | New Moon Magic

🎙️ In This Episode:

From a beautiful edge of the Scottish coast, Brooke offers a New Moon transmission that feels part dream, part prayer, part sacred assignment.

She shares a visionary dream—from 2 nights ago, where we as women are on a covert mission.. walking a path into the belly of the beast in service to Sacred Law. From Rosie the Riveteer to Waverly Trainstation potent magic occurs beneath a roof of bark and breath. Are you ready to take the journey? To be a sister who chooses not to burn the bundle, but to distill it through voice?!

This episode is a remembrance for all women holding something sacred:
a story, a knowing, a calling, a medicine.

It is also a teaching on:

  • 🌸 the subtle ferocity of Sweet Pea flower essence,
  • 🪷 the ache and beauty of longing for home, healing from colonization + patriarchy + preventing the war on women
  • 🌀 and the dharmic power of voice to transform worlds—within and without.

🌿 In This Transmission, You’ll Hear:

  • A mythic dream of a sacred laboratory and a choice to protect the living
  • A message for women who already know—but haven’t yet trusted themselves fully
  • An intimate look at Sweet Pea flower essence as a healing ally for reconnection to homeland, soul lineage, and softness without fragility
  • A discussion on how feminine bonding is not a luxury, but a necessity for spiritual survival and impact
  • An invitation to reclaim voice as dharma—not just for speaking truth, but as a vibrational solvent that carries the sacred across dimensions
  • A pulse on New Moon in Pushya and why this lunar cusp is so ripe for setting intentions rooted in nourishment and right timing

🌀 Journal Prompts for This Moon:

  • What is your cedar bundle—the offering you carry that feels too holy to burn, too necessary to hide?
  • How would it feel to speak what you’ve been carrying, instead of holding it in silence or secrecy?
  • Where in your life are you longing for home—and what might Sweet Pea teach you about returning?
  • What feminine bonds are asking to be rekindled or tended in your life right now?
  • Where have you mistaken softness for weakness—and how might your subtle power be your most dangerous and dharmic gift?

From Witch Trials to the United Nations: Your Power IS Your Voice
A Guru Purnima Transmission from The Wild Temple

This special Guru Purnima episode of The Wild Temple Podcast explores the sacred force of voice—as an offering, a healing, and a reclamation of dharma.

The episode opens with the profound recognition that reclaiming one’s voice is both an ancestral inheritance and a spiritual responsibility. Brooke Shannon Sullivan shares a recent revelation from her own lineage: in 1692, during the Salem Witch Trials, her ninth great-grandparents signed a petition to protect their neighbor, John Proctor, from execution. This act of defiance—and the fear it surely carried—still echoes in the bodies of many today who walk the path of healing, midwifery, and spiritual leadership.

In this same season, Brooke was invited to deliver an address at the United Nations, where she shared this message:

It is time to: "Spread Wildflowers Not Wildfires"

This episode weaves together that global call with a personal and collective journey through ancestral healing, sacred speech, and the wisdom of the Earth.

Key Themes:

  • Voice as Dharma: exploring the journey of reclaiming voice as a soul-aligned path
  • Matangi as the Devi of unfiltered truth, misfits, margins, and divine speech
  • The continuation of witch trials in modern systems—and how healing lineages of silence is revolutionary
  • A powerful public apology from the Church of Scotland to the women persecuted as witches, and what it signals about collective reckoning
  • The meaning of deep nourishment in the Tantric tradition—not as indulgence, but as devotion, self-worth, and connection to Source
  • The importance of ritual offerings and flowers in Yogic and Vedic lineages, and how they awaken remembrance and relational healing
  • The formation of the Wildflower Coalition, a movement to seed beauty, care, and resilience in both ecological and spiritual landscapes
  • The Bhagavad Gita’s enduring reminder of what makes an offering sacred:

“Whoever offers Me with devotion a leaf, a flower, a fruit, or water—
I accept that offering from the pure-hearted soul.”
—Bhagavad Gita 9.26

The episode closes with a poetic invocation to the listener:

“Our revolution begins with a handful of seeds.
With tender nourishment and care, our efforts become living wildflowers.
And together, we become a bouquet of resistance and resilience.”

A call to remember. A call to speak. A call to plant.

A Meeting of Hearts with Wolfgang Bischoff

In this special episode, Brooke Sullivan shares a heartfelt conversation with Wolfgang Bischoff, a mystic, psychologist, and founder of the Human Culture Academy in Germany. This serendipitous meeting, sparked by a connection through Pandit Rajmani Tigunait’s translator, blossomed into a deep connection and the creation of "Satsang Soulfood," an upcoming event in San Francisco for the Summer Solstice (June 20th).

Brooke reflects on the value of speaking with an elder in The Himalayan Tradition of Tantra who has walked a path of both worldly success—as a businessman, philanthropist, and revolutionary—and deep spiritual exploration. She was moved by Wolfgang’s insights, his poetic explanations, and his reflections on the guru-student relationship, including the shifts he made to better serve those involved.

Wolfgang Bischoff brings over 45 years of study and spiritual integration under three Himalayan Masters, known for bridging psychological wisdom with sacred teachings. He offers a rare transmission of mantra science, contemplative depth, and heart-centered presence. His work includes mentoring global leaders and supporting Manini e.V., a nonprofit educational project that uplifts girls through education in Orissa, India.

The episode delves into Wolfgang’s background, including his involvement in the 1968 West German student movement and his subsequent journey, which led him to work in North Carolina prisons, with Amnesty International, and ultimately to the Himalayan tradition. Key takeaways include Wolfgang’s emphasis that meditation is only successful if it manifests in daily life, and his evolution of the traditional guru-student paradigm.

Brooke also shares her own reflections, speaking from her garden about a blooming clary sage flower. She presents this flower as an ally in a time when we must turn inwards for the strength, clarity, and support needed to be active and vital people in the world, and to approach our practice with humility and grace. This episode was recorded during a time of significant socio-political activity, and Brooke emphasizes the importance of turning inwards, finding inner peace, and connecting with community.

Listeners are invited to join “Satsang Soulfood” in San Francisco on Summer Solstice, June 20th and a mantra workshop immersion on June June 22nd. Brooke encourages listeners to share their takeaways and insights from the episode and provides contact information for both herself and Wolfgang Bischoff. This episode is a profound exploration of inner work, outer engagement, and the power of connection.

In a time where so much focus is placed on destruction, division, and collapse, we often miss the quiet, yet powerful movements of love medicine that is transformation in action.

Why is no one talking about this??

We hear about the wars, the climate disasters, the chaos of political power struggles.

But what about the women rebuilding their communities after crisis?
What about the healers, musicians + artists guiding people back into their bodies?
What about the therapists, the teachers, and the everyday humans who are quietly doing the deep work of remembering who they are?

💫 What if, amidst the destruction, there is also something profoundly beautiful being born?

Because there is. And it is this movement—the one that isn’t loud, but is deeply impactful—that I want to honor today.

Honoring the Work of Therapists & Inner Healers

I want to take a moment to express deep gratitude for therapists right now.

And for those of us doing the work—the thousands paying attention to our mental hygiene, refining our awareness, and learning how to take care of our minds as much as we do our bodies.

According to the ancient Sages, this is the most powerful work we can do.
To clean the mind.
To clear distortions.
To see ourselves, and the world, as it truly is.

Because when the collective mind is sick, when it’s full of unchecked stress, trauma, and conditioning, it creates a world where it’s not just hard to survive—it’s hard to feel safe, to enjoy life, to thrive.

So, here’s to Therapy Rising—to the last five years of this shared, unfolding conversation about what it really means to be well. To the common language we have been learning, so that we can heal and cohabitate better, together.

This is an initiation.

Welcome to another episode of our Winter Wisdom Series. Today, I’m honored to be joined by Suzanne Martin—an Ayurvedic practitioner, wellness coach, Yogini, and Tantric, as well as a core faculty member for The Sage Apprenticeship here at The Wild Temple School.

In this rich conversation, Suzanne and I explore the sacred trifecta of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra—three powerful technologies that we work with intimately inside The Sage Apprenticeship, our year-long Tantric Yoga Therapy program designed to support dharmic living, deep self-care, and community healing.

We ask the big questions: Who am I at my core? What is the essence of my mind and body? How can I cultivate true health and impact the world more meaningfully? And we also explore intuitive guidance as a compass—how to strengthen it, and what to do when that inner knowing feels clouded.

Drawing from our shared experiences teaching workshops like Consciousness in Motion, we discuss how yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice, and how misapplied sequencing in studios today may be preventing practitioners from reaching yoga’s full depth—and even causing harm. This is exactly why The Sage Apprenticeship places such a strong emphasis on Yoga Therapy and the three sisters—Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra—so that we can work with these sacred technologies in a way that truly supports, heals, and amplifies our ability to care for ourselves and our communities.

This episode is filled with practical wisdom, including rituals, deep nourishment practices, and what Suzanne calls Shraddha Builders—practices to strengthen devotion and clarity, particularly in the introspective winter season.

I hope this conversation brings you insight and inspiration—thank you for being here, and enjoy the episode!

In this episode of The Wild Temple Podcast, Brooke invites you into the energy of the Amavasya, the dark moon, a time of reflection and healing. This particular Amavasya is especially unique, connected to a rare 144-year shift during the Kumbh Mela, making it a powerful moment for transformation. With the intensity of the news and social media, many of us feel overwhelmed or stuck in cycles of over-engagement or disengagement. Brooke shares practices to help us reconnect with our inner light and empower our calm, centered selves in the midst of the noise.

Brooke also takes a closer look at the science of dopamine, explaining how our brain’s “reward chemical” is constantly triggered by the overstimulation of modern life, leaving us feeling anxious, restless, and burnt out. Drawing on the Yogic concept of Rajas—our restless desire for constant activity and stimulation—she connects the dots between this modern dilemma and how we can find a way back to balance.

In addition, Brooke shares a personal story from her time at the Kumbh Mela, where the disempowerment of the feminine was healed through the powerful presence of the Divine Feminine and the sacredness of the land. Finally, she offers simple, grounded practices from Yoga Therapy and Tanmatra Chikitsa (sense therapies) to reduce Rajas and balance our dopamine systems, helping us reset and restore our inner calm. Tune in for an episode full of practical tools to bring you back to your center and reconnect with your truest self.

For this Moon’s episode, recorded in Tasmania, I talk with Brenna Quinlan and Charlie Mgee about permaculture. We delve into the origins of the permaculture movement, its principles, and its evolution from gardening to broader cultural practices. Brenna shares her journey from fine art to permaculture illustration, while Charlie discusses combining music with permaculture education. Listen in as we explore how permaculture fosters regenerative solutions, supports diverse passions, and builds meaningful connections to nature and community.

You may be wondering why I am in Tasmania. I believe this moment- or really string of moments- are necessary beads for my own Dharmic journey, here with The Wild Temple. I am on a very unique tour, in one way, learning about and helping to promote the Permaculture movement, and in another, supporting Australia’s beloved Gardener (from ABC Australia) Costa, with the launch of his book for children on FLOWERS.

But what I am learning the most about, which I am such a fan of, is community, connection and relationships. How valuable it is to be ‘in the present moment’ with a touch of humor.. and if you happen to have some pocket jokes or stories to share, they go a long way.

The music you hear in the intro and outro is by Formidable Vegetable. Check them out at https://formidablevegetable.com.au/

Today marks a rare convergence—both All Hallows’ Eve and Diwali, the festival of lights celebrated in the East. As we honor Halloween, a tradition rooted in my own ancestral ties to Scotland and Ireland, I’m reminded of the shared theme between these days: a reverence for what lies beyond, whether in the shadows or in the warmth of light. It’s a powerful reminder of memory, the cycles of release and renewal, and how time itself can be a gift—a current that both flows from the past and guides us forward.

This episode explores these themes further, reflecting on memory, resilience, and the ways we’re called to tend to the deep waters of our past through a recent Natural disaster called "Helene." I’ll share thoughts on honoring our ancestors, navigating emotional currents, and the strength we find in community care during times of crisis.

Hurricane Helene:
Hurricane Helene, large, catastrophic tropical cyclone notable for its rapid intensification that ultimately produced a wide swath of damage and loss of life that extended from northwestern Florida, where the storm made landfall on September 26, 2024, in the mountain ranges of Western North Carolina.

Helene’s high winds and flooding killed more than 230 people, making it the deadliest hurricane to strike the U.S.

Some estimates put the economic impact of the storm, including property and infrastructure damage, as high as $200 billion, which would make Helene the costliest storm in U.S. history.

Helene’s metamorphosis from an area of scattered thunderstorms and rain to a category 4 hurricane in the span of a little more than two days was fueled by abnormally warm waters in the Caribbean Sea and Gulf of Mexico, which meteorologists have attributed to global warming.

The occult side of Helene:

  • My dreams, most nights for 11 years (after I had my daughter):Were of floods, devastating flooding waters tearing through our towns, people trying to get away with roads crumbling all around them, landslides, tsunamis, etc.. As soon as we moved to California- I stopped dreaming.
  • Ardra: Ardra Nakshatra is in the Gemini zodiac sign and is characterized by a Teardrop. Ardra Nakshatra means moist or wet and stands for transformation and destruction! The nakshatra also depicts unmet desires of the past life being carried forward to the present life embodied in our subconscious. The female gender Ardra nakshatra is governed by Rahu, whereas Rudra- the lord of storms is the Hindu deity of the nakshatra.
  • The 1,000 year or 30,000 year (depending on who you talk to) storm that is unprecedented in our modern history books, came during a time in the Vedic calendar known as Pitru Paksha. This is the time devoted to the ancestors, and what we were focusing on in ritual practices and research with our Wild Temple School. As I, alongside the thousands that emerged from being “in the dark” in SOS mode, c

From Passion to Purpose: How Confusion May Be Lacing Your Path

We are in a potent time right now where Solar and Lunar energies are heightened. During this time we have Nature's guidance in having more inspiration, passion, enlivened, more aware even, juicy living.....and its assistance in waking up the "Sage within," which are clearer levels of seeing and being.

The time is now.

Overcome the Vision Gap and Live On Purpose
The earth is calling us to unleash our talents, such as with our voices or our "seeing powers" (Visionary potentials), to know what Medicine lies within us that needs a bit of a nudge or activation.

What medicine do you have that is right at your fingertips?

What superpower do you have to help support and heal you? To become the empowered badass you are meant to become?

In this episode, Brooke shares her timeline of adharmic living (doing it all wrong), and the confusion of conflicting passions and cloudy "visions." She also shares with you how little steps at a time advanced her in big ways to rise from the ashes of the streets and poverty, to Grammy winning band and running year long Sage Apprenticeships that are empowering other women to find their superpowers and live their dream-lives.

Take aways from this episode:
What can feel like a big, daunting task can be made more accessible and fun when we recognize that we were made for {this/our} Medicine, and we just need to know ourselves and get the support to help us bring it forward.

The Dharmic Revolution, is a methodology of living in alignment with Sacred Law, for empowering ourselves and others. A method that is aligned with seasons and cycles, it weaves in Tantra, Yoga, Meditation, Herbalism and Seasonal Rituals for joyful and impactful living

Aligning with the Power of Nature, such as with this Solstice and Full Moon, we can be aided in the envisioning needed, to craft or do the right practices that will aid us in birthing a beautiful new world that we are all ready and waiting for...

Happy Summer Solstice, 2024

This episode is about the power of sound and our cultural inheritance.

In it, Brooke talks about certain traditional ways sound has been used for healing as well as the possibility that you have this magical inheritance in your bloodline. Due to suppression, severance and cultural amnesia, this knowledge has largely been lost and as a result, we have lost touch with this power.

In the mystical science of Tantra, sound vibrations (mantras) hold a spectrum of potential, from benign to soothing, to powerful and even sound used as a weapon. A Tantric practitioner learns to call upon the forces of Nature with sound (and more!) to heal the mind, body, and Mother Nature Herself- and in the process of learning often comes back to their cultural heritage.

This concept is truly in the domain of tantric alchemy. Especially, when one weaves sound with the spirit of the plants.

Brooke also explains how working with sound can be both practical and magical and gives a few scientific examples through the lens of polyvagal theory. She also gives examples of her heritage and current familial relationships so you can better understand the nuances.

From Brooke:

*I would like to give credit to Sharon Blackie, whom I have learned a lot about my Irish heritage, as well as being on and learning from the isle of Eire itself. I would also love to give thanks to Mother Maya (Bri Maya Tiwari) who encouraged me to talk with my grandmother well before she left this world, so that I could learn and carry forward the stories she held.

I would also like to voice my gratitude here for the ancestors in my bloodline who were suppressed, shamed and forced to be silent and for my grandmother, for sharing so much with me.

The biggest hugs of all go to my mama, as we have endured a rough rode together (and apart, and together again) to get to where we are today. -In my opinion, even the painful steps were worth it. I hope that perhaps in voicing my thoughts, and feelings and releasing them into the ethers through this episode, an awakening will happen for you too, in a manner that will help you claim your own solid, empowering and magical inheritance.*

Pitru Paksha (or Pitri Paksha)

The Pitris are our ancestors, and so Pitru Pashka means “Fortnight of the Ancestors”. This window of time is devoted to a ritual tending to or honoring of the ancestors known as Tarpana, which means to gratify or satiate.

The practice varies, but in Vedic culture, largely follows these guidelines:

  • Honoring the ancestors on the New Moon of each month, or this two week “dark moon fortnight” (from Full to New Moon) in the month of late September (sometimes into October).
  • Uses 3 ingredients as offerings, a mantra, and a body of water or the earth
    • These ingredients are: Black Sesame Seed, Milk, and Water

In this episode, I give a brief explanation of the importance and purpose of ancestor rituals, then provide some examples, offer practice, and suggest some journal prompts to ponder during this time of year.

dharma, revolution, supports, revolutionary act, revolutionizing, soul mission, alignment, reductionist, world, dharmic, bhagavad gita, hungry ghosts, impartial, stand, sole purpose, patriarchy, accomplishing, capitalism

This is our new season our new incarnation, focusing now on the dharmic revolution and the sacred technologies of tantric alchemy, Ayurveda, yoga and herbal wisdom to help step you into your self-mastery and soul purpose.

I'd like to start us off with this thought that it is a revolutionary act, to stand up for who you are, and be who you are meant to be in this world in a time where we have inherited suppression, capitalism, patriarchy, reductionist thinking reductionist understand understanding of our world and how we act within the world.

This idea of revolutionizing your life and your being into a place of wholeness and connection and feeling supported and loved by those around you, as well as yourself is truly a revolutionary act.

And it's in doing this deep dive of understanding yourself that it allows you to step up for yourself to stand in your truth, to use your voice as a sword to wield the ways that you want to see yourself in the world and how you want the world to be.

It's a revolutionary act to do these things. And so this incarnation of the Wild Temple podcast is really focused on supporting you in your Dharma to stand in this revolution, and dharma means here soul purpose, or soul mission, which can be different stages or chapters in your life.

It's also the ways in which we align with nature so that nature supports us.

The Bhagavad Gita teaches that it is better to do our Dharma poorly than to try to do someone else's well.

Unfortunately, we're still like sheep in society, where we're mimicking what other people are doing, even if it's impartial, even if it's not aligned with who we are. Maybe you see that they're accomplishing something, they're reaching great heights, or you don't have the inspiration or insight to do you. And so this revolution is about finding the ways that you can do YOU in your uniqueness, with YOUR voice and perspective- in a way that gives back.

It's not taking, it's not consuming. It's not feeding hungry ghosts, but it's giving back it's empowering you and others all around you. This is the dharmic revolution.

Please leave us comments and reviews. Share if you like, so that this podcast can serve others. Thank you from Brooke and the Wild Temple team.

✨ Today we air from Skaneateles, “skinny atlas,” NY in a small room at the bottom floor of a castle. Technically this room is a wine cellar but it also has this incredible magical quality to it…

The ceiling is a muted blood color with metallic gold flower prints that bring to mind elegance but also ancient bloodlines and the arched door of this cool stone room is a set of iron bars complete with a heavy padlock and skelton key.

I think this is a very fitting place to be talking with Jessica Terry Burke. We are here at a surprise family gathering my sister has thrown her husband and are taking the time away from everyone to discuss finding Value and Worth in the stories that we personally have aligned with.

For both of us, it is a powerful opportunity to speak with another woman that appears to be (and operate) very differently on the surface, but deep down shares similar core values.

This is because she and I come from respectively, the viewpoint of the Christian faith from the West and the mystical viewpoint of Yogic spirituality from the East.

How she sees it: Christians have seen yoga as evil and the Yoga tradition feels the Church to be oppressive.

(We did not dissect this exact sentiment, however I feel it could be a great subject for a future discussion with her.)

Throughout our conversations over the years we have realized that we really aren’t so different from one another and that sharing our story to each other has only widened and healed old narratives.

It is my hope this episode can give a window into the same for you, where we reveal a common language that can help us to heal old narratives and times that have not served us in the past along with:

  1. What it means to be a strong woman in leadership roles-alone and alongside her husband

  2. Her journey of discovering the importance of being valued, not used

  3. The structure and role community plays in their unique “roaming Christian pop up church” in Sacramento, where going Deep before Wide is key

Flower Essence Therapy has been gaining popularity as an emotional therapy. Dr. Bach, the forefather of flower essence therapy, was a leading edge activist for flower therapy as emotional therapy. On our Ireland retreat in 2019, I was inspired by my friend and flower essence colleague who shared the history and teachings of Dr. Bach. One quote, in particular, resonated with me: "Our emotional response determines how we heal."

This idea is beautifully woven into Tantric philosophy, which emphasizes the intricate connection between mind and body. Our personality, which is shaped by our thoughts and feelings, can be revealed by how we speak and act. Negative emotions inevitably hinder our body's ability to heal itself. That's where flower essences come in to support us with potent alchemy.

Flower essences can help to transmute negative emotions into positive ones. When we work with the flowers, we bring in waves of positive emotions to negate the negative acute or stored emotions to heal the body. They literally flood the body with positive energy (called virtues by Dr. Bach) that align with our vital essence and connect to and get strength from the light of the soul.

Interestingly, the Cherokee believed that for every illness, there is a plant to cure. This is a belief that has been echoed in the field of Flower Essence Therapy, where each flower is believed to specifically meet and transmute a particular emotion and/or mental state. It's amazing to see the similarities in ancient wisdom across different cultures and how they still hold relevance today.

Thank you for reading and may you find peace and healing through the power of flowers. Please see the transcript if you would like to skip forward into the 12 Flower Remedies for Emotions

In this episode, Avril Bowens, Midwife and founder of The Midwife Method, and I talk power.

We go into what empowered birth looks and feels like, the power of Nature, the power of Kundalini, rites of passage, and how civilization will benefit when the narrative and scenery of maternity care changes. We must move from the old patriarchal models of disempowerment (perpetuated behind closed doors and silent voices) into empowered women, babies, and the families that love them.

I met Avril in Midwifery school in 2000. A wild, Native Irish woman who had been living in the Arctic Circle prior to moving to North Carolina, she inspired me from the beginning with her knowledge and grit. I love her spirit, wit, Irish lore, and the legacy of change she is creating.

Enjoy the listen, and keep your eye out for her Midwifery Summits, the first one will be launching Dec 13-15, 2023. https://www.midwifemethod.com/a/2147524702/dee2qXvF where she will do an interview with me on The Waves of Beauty and Bliss: Kundalini and the Power of Birth. xobrooke

Who is Avril Bowens?

Equal parts spiritual warrior, healed healer, and practical strategist, Avril Bowens is a midwife, mentor, mother, nurse, Birth Emergency Skills Training Instructor, birth advocate, farmer, and visionary. She is on a mission to help women and people have empowered pregnancy & birth experiences, along with a well-supported transition into parenthood - by bringing the midwife model of care to all women and people - online.

Avril made her pivot from active practice to the virtual world after healing from a very traumatic motorcycle accident where she was given the opportunity to put all her knowledge of holistic therapies into practice to heal herself from the extensive injuries sustained.

She founded the Midwife Method in 2022 and launched Thriving through Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Mentoring Program~ a 12 month journey through the childbearing year providing all the elements of midwifery care, that can be delivered online, designed to complement and enrich the medical care people receive in their home communities so women feel informed, confident and fully capable.

Her big vision is to transform the current maternity healthcare system into a midwife-led systemthat promotes and supports physiological pregnancy and birth, provides true, informed choice, the option to birth at home or in a birth center, facilitates seamless collaborative care with higher level providers when necessary and honors & protects the sanctity of birthing of a family into being.

"When we change birth practices into a loving and powerful rite of passage, we will see those qualities reflected out into families, communities, culture, and all the systems in place. When we take back birth, we make a stand for the health of families as a primary objective to creating a better world for all."

In this amazing conversation with Irish yogini, herbalist, and storyteller Sarah Fox, we explore the concept of triplicities and compare the Celtic, yogic and herbal traditions as they relate to power, truth + the divine feminine.

Highlighting the importance of Sila na Gig (especially in light of St Patrick’s Day) we look at collective and personal ideas that have suppressed and disconnected us due to religious and patriarchal suppression while also looking at stories that empower.

The Well of Sergais, The story of Lugh, Cu' Chulainn, and the Morrigan, as well as symbology in the form of snakes, cauldrons, dragons, and Kundalini, are only some of the topics we touch. We also shared personal stories of scientific and spiritual perspectives, lineage, and our own way of doing things.

Sarah shares sheds light on what Clarissa Pinkola Estes coined the "Medial Way" archetype, and (a new term for me) Samildánach ("equally skilled in many arts"), which honors the many gifted aspects within us, that if we listen to and follow, can lead our purpose in life. We spiraled again and again to how the triplicity of yoga, herbs and Celtic practices help us to receive TRUTH from liminal spaces- such as in meditation, in the places behind the veil, or Otherworld… and most especially in the landscape… if we just tune in and listen.

Enjoy the end, where Sarah takes us through a delectable, shamanic style Triple Cauldron Meditation weaving yoga + Celtic techniques together for your own insightful empowerment.
