This podcast features commentary on world politics from the two cohosts who don't always see eye to eye. Paul and Rob are two hometown friends who have an unhealthy obsession with the news, politics, and history. These two losers don't have any impressive credentials, but they spend too much of their spare time thinking about the trends that are changing the world.

Paul's main point is that the foreign policy dweebs in DC are too smart for to be blind idealogues and must actually be liars. Their primary job is to launder the tactics and brutalities of military intervention as honest attempts to spread democracy and liberate the world from tyranny as exemplified by a pentagon analyst's article. The nerd-ification and bureaucratization of empire is the banality of evil used to justify immoral violence.
