Nate and JP discuss their first attempt at doing a subject-to deal.  This allows the buyer to take over the property and also take over the responsibility of paying off the mortgage.  It was almost a done-deal but it eventually fell through.  Even though it would have been good for the seller and the buyer, it just didn't happen.  Update: since recording the episode the seller is now interested again and JP and Nate are working to make it happen.  Stay tuned.
