A podcast about leveling up your health, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I started this podcast with the belief that elevating our health allows us to find higher levels of prowess, impact, human freedom, deeper levels of love, dial in the finest of attitudes, and accelerate our contribution to the world. Stepping towards health sovereignty and stepping away from myopically and chronically focusing on unnatural and denatured sources to sustain health allows us to realize our bodies innate brilliance when properly cared for physically, mentally and spiritually. On the other hand, when our only perception is believing our body does not contain an innate wisdom, we risk adopting the paradigm of a victim and acceptance of mediocrity. Less than thriving health not only becomes acceptable but one's only perception of life. This permeates all other areas of life. It threatens our purpose, passions, and creativity, dilutes our craft, our relationships can suffer, and our zest for life is put at risk. A life as such is what I believe is living a life below your true health potential. You absolutely can level up your health, achieve health sovereignty and experience life at your highest health potential. In this podcast you can expect to hear stories of healing, growth, people who ditched multiple pharmaceuticals achieving health sovereignty, people who left careers due to the unnatural health compromising lifestyle it required, various health topics & a few friendly chats with some health minded good friends. Dr. Bill Schlinder goes “back in time” to research ancestral dietary approaches that create the safest most nourishing food possible. He is a primitive technologist who is trained as an archaeologist and anthropologist. He was on National Geographic, a show called “The Great Human Race” where he survived in the harshest locations ever occupied by ancient humans using only the tools available to man during a certain chapter of history.
He’s the owner of the Modern Stone Age Food Kitchen, a one of its kind restaurant where no two ingredients are put together outside of its doors. He’s also a hunter, forager, chef, world researcher, an explorer, educator and author of Eat Like a Human.
In this episode, we dive into how do we know what we ate ancestrally (?), oxalates, food processing, how to make food as nourishing as possible for ourselves and the community, his recent trip to Sardegna, Italy, and what it means to connect with your food. I love talking to Dr. Bill and experiencing his love for his work!

The wealthy and prosperous people are the ones who identify themselves as creators. With that said, today’s guest is Bryce Henson, the CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp, a gym franchise and fitness movement. His passion is spreading fitness to the world, in addition to mentoring fitness professionals on how to grow their businesses and in turn grow their wealth. He is a leader of strong values and vision!
One of my favorite qualities about Bryce is the depth of presence, passion and purpose he shows up it. You can easily feel this in his energy and in this conversation. Bryce and I met when our paths crossed during our time working for a career development company helping young minds carve their dream careers out of life in a company fittingly enough called Dream Careers. It was an anomaly of a company with a great founder who not only prioritized investing in the people of the company, but bridged the gap between one’s passion, career and travel values. I mention this so you have a greater context and understanding of our relationship and background throughout this conversation.
As you venture through this conversation, I encourage you to remember that wealth is a mental, emotional, and even spiritual story driven by our deepest beliefs which run our daily behavior creating our financial reality. Bryce’s story does not start with wealth but stems from breakthrough habits that breed the wealth mindset. I would even go forth to say that wealth is another realm of consciousness that you can foster through consistent mind, body and spirit practices.
This episode brings so much value not only shining a light on financial wealth, but also experiential wealth, energetic wealth, the value of discipline, the role of health and fitness in wealth creation and pushing past your comfort zone to uncover your own limiting beliefs.
Please tune in, but only if you want to create more wealth in your life.

Celebrity Chef James Barry is a trailblazer in the culinary nutrition space revolutionizing the way we think about and integrate organ meats into our diet. He's the owner of "Pluck", a first of it's kind condiment that serves an an organ meat seasoning making for an easy and delicious integration of organ meats into your life. Why is this of importance to me you ask?
Well , only because organ meats are a power source of nutrients, delivering just what your body needs for you to experience life at your highest expression with more joy, ease, grace, fulfillment, impact and love. They deliver all this value at a very economical rate compared to other muscle cuts of meat.
We talk far more than organ meats in this episode. One of my favorite parts of this podcast is the discussion of allowing people to go through there own journey of discoveries and revelations about what serves their highest expression. Sometimes as much as we want to help and support people from a place of love, there's only so much we can do before we have to release our grip and support from the sidelines. You can still be there for them but you can't play their game for them. They are player 1 in their game and sometimes the best thing we could do for them is let them be be player 1.
The discussion also goes into strictness around food, diet history, agricultural practices and more.
Enjoy!

There are few things that can compare to knowing you overcame health obstacles and allowed it to evolve you into a stronger, freer, more confident iteration of yourself. When one successfully transcends adversity in their own life that has challenged them to grow and overcome there is opportunity to step into higher levels of freedom, love, energy and awareness. That’s the story of today’s guest. I am so honored to share this episode’s guest Natalie Earle with you all. Natalie is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who prioritizes the lens of ancestral wisdom . She not only overcame her own illness, has a decade of experience working in the holistic medicine field, years of education studying multiple different disciplines within the health space, but she is also uniquely mentored by Mary Ruddick, an internationally acclaimed ancestral nutritionist who travels to the furthest regions around the globe visiting tribes and cultures that have been untouched or minimally touched by modern culture to study their vibrant health. This unique mentorship gives her a great foundation of ancestral knowledge and framework to help others achieve optimal health. Natalie Earle is based in Oregon but sees clients virtually all over the globe.
In this episode we dive into:
Natalie’s own health journey
Relationship between hormonal health and mental health
Hormones being intricately tied to our ego and feelings
Microbiome’s relationship to hormones
Environmental health
The importance of autonomy in your health journey
As you listen to this episode I encourage you to remember that it usually is only in our own health struggles that you realize the liberating power of health. Furthermore, the health journey is not always a straight line up or something you win overnight, what matters is that each day you take one step forward.
Last but not least, I’d be remiss if i didn't mention that as a client in Natalie’s practice I can say she is an extraordinarily supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable practitioner. She has been absolutely invaluable in my personal journey towards a higher expression. Okay, time for the episode!

**In this episode Zack Loewenstein, Longevity Coach and Biohacker shares his passion for optimizing the human body.
In this episode we discuss:
Our relationship to light
The concept of magnetism
Living in alignment
Fulfilling our missions
Many more health enhancing gems and tools**
This episode then takes a dive into the mystical nature of life. We move into some wonder and awe provoking topics that I personally found so fascinating and I think you will too.
We get into Zack’s personal anomalous experiences regarding mystical events surrounding arial phenomenon, his interpretations of these events and what it means for the betterment of our collective whole. This opened our conversation up to the seemingly supernatural abilities we human being are able to experience and cultivate; the kind of things such as remote viewing (tune in to learn what remote viewing is) and our extrasensory perception (ESP).
**I have to say this conversation left me in wonder with a lot of expansive thoughts on what is reality and do we really understand the nature of reality?
Zack can be reached on instagram @biohackzack He is often posting related content that expands our perception!
Enjoy!**
Making your health choices based on pleasing other people is typically not the route to supporting your highest expression. However, you can still love and appreciate and value these people for what they do offer to the relationship. I can’t tell you how many times I go to a party and people want to do shots with me and I tell them no, how many times I turn down the food they are serving and they say c’mon just a little bite. The more comfortable you get living in your truth and saying no to what doesn't serve your highest expression the more empowered you’ll feel, the more you’ll experience a fulfilling life, and live in alignment with your truest and highest nature.
At the end of the day it's your body, your mind, your skin, and your spirit that you have to live with.
This episodes guest is Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD inventor of the GAPS protocol (Gut and Physiology Syndrome or Gut and Psychology Syndrome). Dr. Natasha graduated with honors as a Medical Doctor from a University in Russia and gained post graduate degrees in both Neurology and Human Nutrition.
Episode details:
The community of bacterial microbes we host in our body is one of the most important aspects of our health, if not the most important. It can be what keeps us performing at our Highest Health or what makes us fall into chronic life force depleting pain or disease.
The protocol that Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBribe, MD discusses is the GAPS protocol, you’ll hear more from her on this later. In short, there are different variations of this protocol. The power of this protocol is not to be under appreciated as people have recovered fully from both conditions and diseases like the ubiquitous depression & anxiety that we all too commonly hear about to recovering from the chronic diseases that we have been told are either genetic diseases, there is no cure for them and or that this is a life long sentence such as Multiple Sclerosis, epilepsy, hashimoto’s, schizophrenia, autism, rheumatoid arthritis, bi-polar disorder, psoriasis, systemic psoriasis, colitis and one’s I never heard of before. These people are put on the GAPS nutritional protocol and these diseases disappear.
I hope this episode helps you increase your vital life force and live closer to your highest health.

His own journey of self-development puts him in a position to guide and lead others through their journey backed with 11 years of experience.
He started out as a PT but came to many walls with his clients and realized you can do a lot with movement, but it lead him to the realization he was used to treating people in a fragmented way. His evolved men's coaching approach prioritizes symbiosis in addressing all these dimensions. Sim integrates nutrition, sleep, movement, psychology (mental health/trauma/stress) physiology (breath-work, organ, and biofeedback optimization) to help men achieve their highest masculine potential.
In this episode we discuss:

Today’s guest is Maxim Pruchnewski a second year medical student at The Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Max is obsessed with human performance and a natural skeptic questioning everything.
In this episode he shares with us the importance of play, social connection, dodging nutritional dogma, theories surrounding atherosclerosis and cholesterol, sun exposure, and approaching life with a spirit of exploration.Max goes deep into the pathophysiological processes underlying atherosclerosis, ultimately leading to heart disease.
After elaborating on the things which clearly do not make much sense to him in the lipid hypothesis of atherosclerosis, he goes on presenting an alternative hypothesis, which should not be regarded to as an entirely new hypothesis since there is actually a lot of evidence backing up all these underlying processes.
Over the course of the conversation Max extensively refers to the work of Dr. Malcolm Kendrick. Dr. Kendrick's work was clearly very influential to the way Max's perception of atherosclerosis has evolved over the years.
In the second part we discuss the things that would probably have the greatest impact on reducing heart disease and thus prolonging your life.

On today’s episode I had the pleasure of hosting Allie Wagner and Patricia Nawacki. Two coaches who founded the Awakened Chicks, LLC.
Their mission is to provide the best information to help folks make the most informed decisions for their health. What I love about their approach is their incorporation of financial health into overall health.
In today’s episode we discuss:
About them:
Allie Wagner, Co-found Awakened Chicks, LLC, Financial Advisor, Nutritionist, Health Coach
For over 10 years, Allie has been passionate about helping others combat physical, mental, and spiritual health issues.
During her time in college, she worked alongside doctors and nurses in hospitals as an intern to help others and learn. She also dedicated time to volunteer and raise money for cancer research. It didn’t take long until Allie realized the health care system is broken. People weren’t going to get healthier under the current system. This motivated her to earn her degree from UC San Diego in Public Law and Political Science.
After college, Allie earned her professional designations in finance by passing her Series 7 and Series 66, With a deep understanding of the political and financial world, she thrived working as a financial advisor helping high net worth clients. Allie realized that many clients had little understanding of financial health which oftentimes led them to poor financial choices that can be hard to recover from. She easily saw how finances are a component in physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Patricia Nawacki, Co-Founder Awakened Chicks, LLC, Nurse, Nutritionist, Health Coach
Patricia knew she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to constantly be learning about the human body and most importantly, to pursue a career that allowed her to help people on a daily basis. That’s why she decided to earn a Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
**As she practiced her career in nursing, Patricia realized that the current health care system doesn’t look for the root cause of the ailments of patients. The current way of helping people overcome their disease and ailments just wasn’t working. Even though the system wasn’t working, Patricia still had a passion for truly helping people. That is why she decided to become a health coach and start treating the whole person.
Both Allie Wagner and Patricia Nawacki believe in the application of science, history, and common sense to achieve optimal human health. It is also why they decided to co-found Awakened Chicks, LLC.*Perennial Pastures* Force of Nature Meats**SonRise Ranch
Today’s guest is Andrés Preschel, a physiologist, coach, author and podcaster who through his own journey and love for the sciences stumbled upon the enhanced state of consciousness between mind, body, and spirit where healthy intentions meet actionable steps and lasting, positive lifestyle change. He partnered with Dr. Moises Roizental to develop lifestyle medicine and longevity programs, co-authored books, and has led multiple online webinars in English and Spanish to discuss key topics such as Intermittent Fasting, Longevity, and Exercise Physiology to live audiences in the tens of thousands. While making a name for himself as a biohacker and relentlessly practicing what he preaches, he has had the opportunity to coach students, celebrities, doctors, firefighters, freedivers, spearfishermen, poker players, race car drivers, CEOs, a variety of professional coaches and athletes, and several “Average Joe’s” looking to level-up and distinguish themselves.
Andrés is the founder of Know Your Physio and co-founder of Hambre y Hormonas. He now creates Remote Monitoring and Lifestyle Data Analytics solutions, to video courses and books, to coaching and consulting, to education and content creation on social media— for the world’s most ambitious people, teams, and businesses to enjoy longer lives with unlimited access to their physiological potential… all from his quiet apartment in South Beach where he resides, enjoying freediving and spearfishing, swinging kettlebells, cycling, reading, meditating, and cooking.
