Hosted by Simon Schumacher, “A More Perfect Union” is a show about contemporary American politics. Simon believes that UW students share a desire for equality and human flourishing, but disagree about how to get there. Simon brings on guests to discuss controversial political issues, with the hopes of both sides gaining a better understanding of each other.
Simon concludes the series by making a pitch for his own Liberal politics as he understands it and what values and understandings underpin that identity.
