Is it possible to remain positive all the time? Life gets each one of us in our journeys thru places which may at times be over whelming. While being positive is critical, it is even more important to continue to remain positive all the time. Is being positive about just seeing the good in an absolute disastrous situation or is it about ability to accept and yet take required actions - take the hit so as to say and with passage of time, sometimes even bear a tremendous loss and survive. Is the survival - the good that happened or the resilience you built while facing the tough times that is good? Is being positive only possible when one can see the good - at times there is no seemingly good that can be envisaged in some situations or is it about accepting and yet take relevant actions. The podcast throws light one some simple yet effective ways to remain positive and take actions in the most tough situations.

They not only drain positivity but also leads to building biases which would become challenging in the future. A journey from Complaints - Being Considerate - Being Compassionate does help in reducing the negative emotion to building up positive affirmations and providing solutions, in some cases.
