He does this through integrated technology, including applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, time/PTO tracking, HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, etc.Thomas is a graduate of Ball State University, a current MBA student at Xavier University, President of the Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters, Treasurer of the Indiana Professional Services Association, and constantly looking for ways to make an impact in the community. Thomas lives in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife, two-year-old daughter, and their crazy chocolate lab!
