Mental Awakening Podcast

A podcast hosted by Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist Sarah Dakhili, exploring topics related to trauma recovery, chronic pain (TMS) and healing. Sarah is also a speaker, author and an artist, who is a a huge advocate for health and healing. She has been working within the mind body sector for over a decade and currently runs a private practice in Brisbane, Australia where she supports people through chronic pain, trauma recovery and various mental, physical and emotional challenges. Furthermore, Sarah has over 30 years of personal experience with TMS and trauma and believes that they are connected.

In her podcast, she explores the healing journey by sharing of her own experiences and knowledge on the topic, incorporating topics such as the trauma body, the relationship between TMS and trauma, the wounded inner child, building a newfound conscious relationship with Self, the power of belief, managing the ego, the importance of boundaries and many more.
