I help young women who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints gain confidence in themselves and lessen their anxiety. I give you techniques that train your brain to see yourself as God sees you and to let go of perfectionism and embrace the peace and calm of embracing your imperfections.
Members of any faith or no faith can benefit greatly from the work I teach, but I do teach it through an LDS perspective.
