Liberation Hertz offers space for anyone exploring, deconstructing their faith, or removing programming that no longer serves them. I am no guru. Regardless of where you fall on the sexuality spectrum, this document allows for women identifying people to reflect on how compulsive heterosexuality plays a part in our lives, decisions, and where we may not even realize it exists.

This episode discusses the balance of reception and refusal.
Society has taught us that reception or the act of receiving is a significant attribute of femininity. However, what if there is a balancing act that can take place?
I share my ponderings on refusal, boundary setting, and feminine energy through different perspectives for this episode.
Enjoy!
In this episode I discuss healing and radical self-awareness, and compassion.
The Man Enough Podcast with Alok V. Menon- "The Urgent Need for Compassion"
In his episode I discuss the task of "coming out" to friends and family and approach it as the privilege of being invited in.
People do not have to come out, as it defers to this idea that heteronormativity and heterosexuality is the default in sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and relationships. However, if people choose to come out, let's be soft places for them to land.

Taking our bodies back from the exploitative nature of capitalism is important to me. Being advocates for ourselves is what I discuss in this episode. Happy Listening!
We oftentimes hear of the word trigger, and understandably so as more and more people work on healing themselves, repairing relationships with others and themselves, and reclaiming their lives.
I love it!
This episode focuses on the specific hormones, how they function, and what may seem like the opposite of triggers. I want to focus on things that happen that boost us and take us to a place of glee! Giddiness, excitement, joy, and childlike happiness! Foods, smells, people, and things that give us good memories or simply happy feelings.
Take a deep dive!

Today's topic is on the ***Universal Spiritual Laws.
These laws govern us in the universe as we navigate the earthly realm. While "The Law of Attraction" is most likely the most familiar to people, I dive into others that may be lesser known.***

This episode deals with the beginning phases of de-conditioning the guilt and shame around pleasure.
Where does the shame come from?
How to rid shame in the subconscious?
How to go towards pleasure in our liberation journeys?
We discuss this and more as well as a journal prompt to start the process in this episode.
This episode holds affirmations to use in anyway you see fit.
There are many methods and steps throughout the journey to healing the Inner Child. Using affirmations is just one.
The act of meditating using affirmations and speaking certain phrases repetitively has been beneficial in my personal rewiring process.
As I share, my hope is encouragement for any and all that may find a gem in this episode.
This episode deals with Reparenting the Inner Child. While there are many methods and steps in this journey, I begin by gently asking the question, "What are your triggers...?" and asking us to think back to what the Inner Children in us need.
Thinking back to the stimulants that bring about certain reactions and behaviors in us is just one of many things that can help us pinpoint certain emotions and thought processes that could be stored in our nervous system, belief patterns, and bodies.
All children (and honestly humans of any age) deserve affirmation, nurturing facilitation, security, stability, warmth, and love. When one or more of these things are missing it leaves a gap in that area that allows us to fill it with what we felt we needed at that time in childhood to survive.
Reparenting takes patience and gentleness with ourselves as we go back and give our Inner Child what they need.
This process includes rewriting old and damaging stories, reprogramming old thought patterns, and deconstructing old beliefs about ourselves, life, and others that may be wired into our subconscious affecting our behaviors, habits, thoughts, and choices today.
This podcast episode is a basic yet gentle beginning to a process that can bring about difficult emotions for some. So as you listen, if you decide to journal and begin this work, or you have already been on this journey and you are continuing, please be kind with yourself on your healing and liberation journeys.

BIPOC deserve rest & restoration. The fast-paced, competitive, production driven, hamster wheel of a matrix can be all consuming, and if we are not intentional, can consume our bodies and more.
