Welcome to the Positive Kids Podcast.

I am seriously thrilled to jump into this podcast!  I know it sounds a bit silly, but I could talk about the Adverse Childhood Experiences Study and toxic stress effects on our kids all day long - I just want to help as many kids and families as I possibly can.

About this podcast:

For the past five years, I've been focused on practicing positive affirmations with my two sons, Alex and Preston, and I've found great success in utilizing positive affirmations and other strategies to prevent toxic stress in my children.

So this podcast is going to dive into personal, proven strategies worth implementing when it comes to reducing or preventing toxic stress in kids.

I explain the Philadelphia ACE Project and how it differs from the original ACE study.  As we aim to raise resilient children understanding the many forms of adversity they will face is essential to our success as parents.

In this episode I share how a trip to Target and Home Depot set me on a path to support my two sons to the best of my ability and to inspire others.
