The show features current players, former players, authors, coaches, media personalities and much more. Matt Andrews hosts the show with contributing work from Paul Keels, Mark Howell and Skip Mosic.
This week on the season finale of The Ohio Sports Magazine Matt Andrews talks to Cleveland Indians pre/post TV analyst Jensen Lewis about the season ahead. Lewis will break down the Indians, the questions that still remain as they get set to break camp for opening day next week. He will also look at the AL Central. The Cincinnati, OH native also talks some Reds baseball and forecasts their season ahead. Thatâs all this week on the final Ohio Sports Magazine of the 20-21 season.
This week on The Ohio Sports Magazine Matt Andrews is joined by Austin Ward of Lettermen Row. With Ohio State football spring practice beginning this weekend, Austin and Matt discuss the importance of a spring season after the pandemic denied the Buckeyes that critical practice opportunity last year. The two discuss the quarterback battle, the newcomers to the team and the importance of the team having a spring with the Ohio State football strength staff. They also discuss the success Lettermen Row has enjoyed in its three years.
On this weekâs Ohio Sports Magazine Matt Andrews chats with the Ohio Triple-A Radio Voices. With baseball season starting at the Triple-A season in early May, the guests this week to discuss the year ahead are Toledo Mud Hens longtime radio voice Jim Weber and Columbus Clippers voice Ryan Mitchell. The two will discuss the cancelation of a Minor League Baseball season last year and what it has meant going forward in the Minors. They also discuss a number of MiLB changes and what a season looks like in 2021 with many changes to scheduling and travel since the minors are now controlled by Major League Baseball.
On this weekâs Ohio Sports Magazine, the new TV face and voice of the Cincinnati Reds John Sadak joins Matt. The two will discuss Johnâs path in the game to getting this MLB job in Cincinnati. With spring training going on in Goodyear, Arizona, the two look into the Reds 2021 season, what a season might look like in the pandemic, and how it might affect the way Sadak and his television and radio partners call games this year. The two will also discuss the pandemic and the effect it has had on Toledo Minor League sports, both hockeyâs Toledo Walleye and the baseball team, the Toledo Mud Hens.

Their squads begin preparation for a spring season of football since their fall football season was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They will share their thoughts on last yearâs fall season being moved to this spring, a reduced schedule, how they are preparing, and what we can expect from their teams in 2021. We also get a few more minutes with 10TVâs Dom Tiberi as he shares a story involving former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer.

Lachey, who has served as the radio analyst on the Ohio State Football Radio Network for more than two decades talks about the fall football season and the uncertainty of sports in this Covid-19 time. Lachey shares his thoughts on the prospective Ohio State football team and gives his thoughts on the season, whenever that may take place. He gives his thoughts as well as the father of an Iowa Hawkeye football freshman, Luke Lachey.
