Clarity Within The Truth: Recent Episodes

The process started back 2 years ago. I was going through a moment in life where I need to understand what a relationship looks like. Whether that's with family, friends, significant other, co-workers, or especially with yourself. I'll be taking steps by showing the journey of my life, the wisdom shared, and how got to this understanding. I know I'm not the right person for this but I think it goes a long way to share something raw. Even the things we think of but never get to the point of actually breaking our thoughts down. Reflecting and journaling.

Journal and ask questions to yourself:

TO START - Bring Awareness to yourself. Is this where I want to be in life? Have I grown to be a better version of myself Throughout these months?

Next, Ask Yourself.

What have you done to take care of yourself?

Examples Working out, drinking less, asking for guidance/help, learning something new, (Plan) going on a date with yourself with abundance/healing, less social media, etc

Lastly - Thoughts of declaration

What are great virtues of myself and what are some I lack in/need to improve on?

How can I incorporate this more into my days?

When do I feel MOST safe to express?

Monthly things you can do as a GIFT to yourself (weekend trips, self-dates, seeing friends, joining a community activity, etc)

Conclusion on reflecting:

{Your awareness soars, gratitude is boosted, happiness lifts, wisdom develops, serenity expands, benefits greater positivity, deceased reactivity, higher creativity, stronger performance, richer life}

Clarification:

You DONT need to be ready, I meant it as prepare yourself for marriage as you go into dating. It leads to that point and even guard your heart while being intentional with that person.

In conclusion:

  1. Don't let your trauma from your past relationships affect your current or future ones

  2. Set clear emotional boundaries and standards (expectations) to where you want to be going in the relationship

  3. Don't let them waste your time and don’t waste their time.

Add your thoughts in the comments or common things you’ve gone through.

If you feel like you’ve been in or are in a relationship like this, the first thing I say is to heal and focus on you. Look into your character, behavior, attitude, and habits- maybe that’s not where you want to be and then go through that past and reach that other side of healing in peace. So you don’t drag all the other emotions, comparison, regret, plus your hurts into the next relationship by dragging them down with you in perpetuating the cycle.
