Today on the show, I talk about Panic Attacks. I started to get them in early 2017 when driving on the highway to see the Cubs play in Milwaukee. I was suggested to read this excellent book by Dr. Carbonell called Panic Attacks: A Guide for Beating the Panic Attack Trick. Did it help?
