On this week's episode of Yellow Colored Glasses, we chat with Bo Thomas, a local business owner and investor!

After ten years in mortgage banking, watching good people and good loans not being able to get closed, I decided to try and help. I continued to see collection companies inaccurately report information in an attempt to negatively impact their consumers credit score as much as possible. Creditors intentionally leaving inaccurate information on reports after the statute of limitations has expired. Improperly reporting a debt that has been included in a Bankruptcy. Negligently reporting of foreclosures and short sales and on and on. I decided to work with a Law Firm that legally and ethically corrects and improves consumer scores one credit bureau at a time. One of the many things that has helped this company be a leader in the credit repair industry is that it is the home of “You don’t pay until it goes away.” Since everything we do is 100% legal we never charge you an upfront or monthly fee. In fact, you will never pay for anything unless it is removed from your report.

Specialties: Extensive knowledge in Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA),Credit Protection Act (90-321,82 Stat. 164), Credit Repair Organization Act (CROA), Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCA), USA PATRIOT ACT, FACT ACT(identity theft protection) and credit reporting codes and score cards. Welcome to episode number five. Dustin and Jake talk with Darla, who happens to be Dustin's mother, about successfully utilizing the new strategy.

This concept has been around for years, but not many people know about it or use it.

Darla converted her one year old 15 year mortgage to a three year pay-off plan. Since starting this new strategy, Darla has paid an additional $30,000+ off on the mortgage's principle (she only would have paid about $6,000 if she had stuck to the 15 year note plan).

AND her financial situation has not changed. She did not acquire more income since starting this strategy.
