I am a rock climber and a poet. I climb to be closer to the divine, and I write to be more human. To me, rock climbing is an escape from the constraints of life and poetry is the ultimate form of self-expression. The world disappears and all that is left is the sound of my breath and my hand against the rough surface of the rock.
