From a simple home hobby to a thriving part-time bagel delivery service, Sidedoor Bagel  began in 2019. The overwhelming demand for bagels in Indianapolis became evident as they found themselves fully booked for months. Recognizing the potential, Josh Greeson decided to take the next step. In 2021, after an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign that garnered thousands of dollars in just a matter of weeks, they secured a lease for their own dedicated space.
