We will face challenges in life that will make us blind to the opportunities and possibilities that lies and can often leads to us losing hope and entering the dark alley that is when we have to pick ourselves up with whatever strength we can find to hold on to and grab on to the little voice that still believes in you and just follow that and soon you will realise that you are back on your feet helping others to overcome their challenges. This is a short poem about the importance of looking after one’s health. Since we have only one body and we can’t replace it or get a new one, it is vital for us to pay attention to our health first. Have a nice day!
