It's been 2 years since my divorce was final and we released each other with love with a conscious uncoupling ceremony.
On today's podcast Shane and I speak candidly around what our divorce journey has been so far - a snapshot in time in a much longer timeline and journey as family, co-parents, friends and allies.
Although I never imagined I would get divorced and am not one to recommend it to others without a lot of due diligence and outside support, sometimes you know deep down that a change is required.
Deciding to get divorced was the hardest and most important decision I've made to date in my life and it was absolutely the right decision for my own empowerment.
