For so many people the holidays bring more than celebration; they bring a deep ache of change, transition, or loneliness. In this solo episode I pull back the curtain on the realities so many quietly endure: New beginnings, fractured family ties, or facing empty chairs at the table.
Whether you’re in a season of rebuilding, navigating grief, or simply searching for meaning, this conversation is your reminder that you are not alone, your feelings are valid, and you have full permission to create traditions that fit your life now not only your past. If the holiday season feels heavy, let this be the message that helps you reclaim your power, your story, and your hope.
I invite you to leave a positive message with your insights, feedback, or uplifting message.

Death is inevitable and when a loved one dies, their loss can be profound and difficult. Grief is a byproduct of someone’s death and grief can be uncomfortable, deeply painful, and confusing.
One minute you may laugh and then the next minute tears flow from nowhere. What can be more challenging is when others - even those who care about you - say: “They’re in a better place,” “move on,” or “God needed them most” when those phrases can add more sorrow than support.
I, too, have had my share of grief, gotten intense therapy for it, and I sympathize with those going through their grief journey. Join me in this episode as I talk about grief, what it means, what it can look like, and how you can manage your grief one day at a time while being patient with yourself and with others.
