I want to invite you on a journey of self-discovery, where we look at what we don't like. As someone who loves human design, I find it important to embrace our uniqueness and approach things differently. Let me share with you my own embodied stories and experiences from this week that kickstarted my business after it was dormant for about a year and a half.
I realized that editing my podcast didn't light me up and it stopped the energy from being raw. So, I stopped doing it and started recording my podcast unedited. I believe that sharing unfiltered content is authentic and creates a sense of sitting around the fire, which is what I want to achieve.
My doTERRA business was thriving until lockdown hit, and then everything changed. I knew that I was changing, and I had to find a different way to approach my business. I stopped any hustle and just gave myself space to recalibrate who I am now. I knew that the oils are part of my soul contract and that they are woven into my dharma, my soul's purpose.
When I went to the doTERRA convention in Lisbon, I focused on what I didn't like. I looked at other people leading their teams and the messaging that I didn't like. I looked at everything that triggered me, every person that triggered me. I wrote down my fears and everything that was holding me down.
From one question, I got so much information. I created action plans, tapping, guided hypno meditations, and more self-care. I realized that I don't want the responsibility that other leaders carry. I want to attract empowered women in my own uniqueness, walking alongside me as a collective, not looking up to me.
I believe that when we embrace our uniqueness and approach things differently, we can create something that is truly our own. We can attract the right people who will support us and walk alongside us. So, I want to invite you to look at what you don't like, and to embrace your uniqueness. Create something that is truly your own, and the right people will come.

Today, I share with you a story of how I was planning to record an episode for you, but the universe had other plans for me. As I sat down to record, I followed my intuition and allowed the flow of the universe to guide me.
This podcast came from me sitting with cacao and contemplating my future self, my future business, and the souls who are drawn to me and whom I love coaching. I realised that underneath everything I do, I want to stay connected to my dharma, my purpose, my soul's purpose. I want to understand why it's linking to my dharma, my values, and my purpose. I believe that we can't have definitive answers, but it's more energetic for me.
As a multi-passionate being, I find it challenging to go with the flow sometimes in terms of who am I here for today. It's quite confusing in terms of business because we're in this space of labels are helpful. Today, I kind of said to myself, why are all my modalities important for SOS? Am I a healer for SOS? Am I a business coach for SOS? Am I a life coach for SOS? Am I a wellness coach for SOS? Because everything I do is me, separate but not separate. And it came through that everything I do, it's time for it to merge, which is what I'm slowly doing in my membership space. Unbound.
I've gathered over the years a very holistic way of doing life and business. I believe that your business isn't your life, but it's an energetic expression and essence in its own right, powered by your energy, your beliefs, and your sacred doing. Life coaching is important to me, purely for things outside of work that is going to supercharge your energy that affects your business. Even if it doesn't seem related, it's going to. I love coaching about wellness of physical body, you know, with essential oils, low toxic products, yoga, movement, rest, meditation, breath work. That's something I've been doing for many years. Is that related to your business? Yes. Your energy, your vitality fuels your business when you are well, when your body's well, when you're not in suffering, when you're emotionally balanced, you are able to put your energy towards your business.
In effect, business changing things like Reiki. When you get attuned to the Reiki energy, your psychic channel is increasing. You're able to hold energy at a different frequency. You're getting massive healings. With these massive healings comes the removal and release of shadows stepping into your power more, a more free flowing energy within your body, A heightened sense of intuition, a sense to hold space with people on another level, just having Reiki in your life is a form of self-healing, a form of moving your own energy when you feel stuck of helping your family animals.
Everything I do is connected to my soul's purpose. I want to help people, and I do it in a way that is aligned with my dharma. My purpose is to help others through my unique blend of skills, techniques, and modalities. I believe that it's time for us to merge everything we do, to align with our soul's purpose, and to live a life that is authentic to who we are. So, let's take the time to listen to our intuition and let the flow of the universe guide us to our destiny.

I give myself this space every morning, and quite often I get these downloads or these urges to say something, and this is when I record my podcast episodes. I never have notes, I channel and download, I just let the words flow through me. And this is something that I have allowed myself to do. I was coaching somebody yesterday, and quite a few people recently have said to me, how can you just flow so much? How can you not be concerned about how you come across or finding the right words or looking silly if you go wrong? And this is really a skill of trusting yourself and getting over your ego of just thinking, I trust that the right thing will come through. In this episode I share my thoughts on how much should you invest in a coach?
The answer is number one, NOTHING. Nothing at all.
However, if the question was - would investing in a coach make my journey easier, more fun, feel supported, be able to quantum leap and align and start my business with more ease, flow, and belief in myself, and strategy - yes. IF you have an authentic, aligned, knowledgeable coach who accepts you, meets you, and helps you grow from where you are. So there's a lot of variables, nothing is ever black or white, this or that.
We always have this polarity. So I thought I would share my experiences about investing in coaching, because that's my role in my human design, to weave my stories into my teachings and speaking.
