“Emotional landscapping” – is a concept that describes the emotional environment in which we live, primarily relative to the things, people, and experiences that populate our living space and how they make us think, feel and ultimately act. In this dynamic practice, we download our emotions and set intentions for emotions we wish to experience and actions worth taking to trigger such feelings/emotions through journaling and meditation.
