The Solidification of A Married Couple, Fighting for their Marriage

Obstacles, challenges, tests, trials, adversity, kids, hardships, uncertainties, spiritual growth and maturity, etc are just a few of the components that solidifies a couple’s love for each other, if they do not take each other for granted and understand the criteria of spiritual warfare.

Love can grow stronger between two if they agape each other, despite their imperfections and differences.
A couple can use anything and everything to discredit their marriage and walk away and totally neglecting to see the good and Godly qualities of each other and making the choice to endure the negative ones unto Christ.

Now it would be entirely different if their were infidelity, verbal, physical, mental abuse, and so forth. Then other godly options must be considered but that is for another episode.

It is a choice and growth process to fight for a marriage. It has to be God, husband, and wife initiated without any outside sway of the flesh, feelings, ppl, the culture, etc.

There is no denial, when both choose to fight for their marriage. Even some arranged marriage.

God can redeem any couple despite how they got together, just as long as there is genuine repentance and the ability to move forward with Him being their guide. In addition.

Both parties must be willing to show ultimate Agape Love, toward each other despite differences, imperfections, etc. That is the bottom line. Marriage isn’t easy, it is about having the FOTS, CORINTHIANS 13, and the whole armor of God. Once you have these Godly components then the “Deep Agape Love” will flow through the both of you.
Your situation right now might be dire, but it doesn’t have to be. Also, it is contingent upon both parties. It is all about growing, taking ownership, and allowing Christ and His Word to guide both individuals at this moment and into the future. So you both must stop contending. The ball is in both of your courts. What you both decide, will determine the destiny of your marriage.

It has to start with agape love for eachother like I previously stated in compliance your current situation. Also the other aspects of love will follow in reference to Philia and Eros if you are both transparent.

So look over at her and you look over at him and invigorate both your hearts, souls, minds , and spirits unto God’s Love for your marriage, home, and family.

Marital Sex in the Bible

2 Peter 1:21
King James Version

21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. were (2 Peter 1:21) KJV

Thanks for tuning in, I will open with Prayer

I will open with prayer, Heavenly Father lead, guide, direct, and fill me to share your Truth in this podcast episode by means of the Holy Spirit. I ask this in Jesus mighty name, Amen

What does the Bible say about Marital Sex.

I will sharing 1 Corinthians 7:1-6 with additional commentary to mutually explain the Scripture not misrepresent, misinterpret, nor twist to fit a carnal, personal, rebellious narrative.

CHAPTER 7:1-6

VERSE 1 Now for the matters you wrote about: “It is good for a man not to have sexual relations with a woman.” I will now share additional Mutual Commentary on this verse: I believe Paul is saying under the if a man or woman is single and remaining celibate, it is a good thing or if married individuals are abstaining from sex outside their marriage which would be adultery, it is a good thing.

VERSE 2 But since sexual immorality is occurring, each man should have sexual relations with his own wife, and each woman with her own husband. I will now share additional Mutual Commentary on this verse, it actually self explanatory to avoid sexual immorality if you’re married you should have sexual intercourse with your spouse. That means the husband should be willing to have sex with his wife and the wife should be willing to have sexual intercourse with her husband.

VERSE 3 The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband.
I will now share additional Mutual Commentary on this verse: Both the husband and wife should fulfill their sexual obligation to one another, this a part of the marital covenant as well (Ephesians 5:31 NIV)
“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become ONE FLESH. Moreover they should be growing and becoming one in Heart, Soul, Mind, and Spirit in correlation to God’s Design, Order, and Structure for Marriage Home and Family.
,
VERSE 4 The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife.

I will now share additional Mutual Commentary on this verse, the husband and wife should willingly give sexual intercourse to eachother. Notice what this Scripture is saying “Both” meaning the husband and wife should obediently yield sexual intercourse unto one another. This is not a Chauvinist nor Radicalized Feminist attempt to negate the Word of God. It says what it says. A believer has the choice to accept or reject it. But it’s not going to change the truth of the Scriptures and that both the husband and wife should obey it.

And let me make this perfectly clear, Sexual Intercourse is what the Apostle Paul is talking about here not anything else. I want add on or take away from the substance and truth of the Scripture The Apostle Paul is presenting under the Inspiration of the Holy Spirit

VERSE 5 Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer.

Additional mutual commentary, the verse is stating you should only withhold sex from each other with mutual consent and for a time for prayer and some others translations also say fasting

Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. Now I will share additional mutual commentary. You are to reunite sexually both the husband and wife so that you don’t fall into temptation because of your lack of self-control. Marital sex between a husband and wife is another way they can guard their marriage from online affairs from FB, INSTAGRAMS, TWITTER, DATING HOOKUP WEBSITES, AND SO FORTH.

VERSE 6 I say this as a concession, not as a command. Also, verse six is the Apostle referring to verse five in correlation to mutual setting aside time to not have sex in order for prayer.

VERSE 7 I wish that all of you were as I am. But each of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that.

Now I will share additional commentary on this verse, Now of course, the Apostle I believe in this verse is referring to himself of having the gift of not wanting or desiring to have sex or what many other would call it, the gift of singleness.

Also, this message isn’t about the the What Ifs? or What about other things many couple contend about in the marital bed, this is specifically talking about Married Couples and commanding them not to deprive one another of sexual intercourse.

Moreover, I shared 2 Peter 1:21 to drive home the point, the chose writers of the Bible were inspired by God not men. Though many will contend or say the men chosen by God to write the inspired Scriptures and early translators who translated the Bible were bigots, narcissistic, chauvinist, and so forth are actually as far as I am concerned fighting against the sovereignty of God and the proclamation of his word because they don’t like that it doesn’t fit their narrative, agenda, or sway that they want to oppose on other.

In closing beware of men and woman displaying an Ahab and Jezebel mindset when it comes to God’s Word.

Stick to God’s narrative, allow God’s Word to convict, guide, and lead you by means of the Holy Spirit to not allow Chauvinist Pride nor Oppositional Emotionalism to God’s Truth to sway nor deter from obeying God’s Truth in accordance to His Word.

Thanks for tuning in, the title of my podcast today is
“What You Find Your Mind Can Impact Your Marriage?”

I will open with prayer, Heavenly Father lead, guide, direct, and fill me to share your Truth in this podcast episode by means of the Holy Spirit. I ask this in Jesus mighty name, Amen

What you feed your mind can impact your marriage or potential marriage in the future if you’re currently unmarried.

I remember this book called Love Language, I believe by Curtis Chapman.

It was one of the most popular best selling books purchased among women especially Christian ones when it was originally came out.

Many women made this book their Bible instead of the Bible. Many after purchasing this book wanted to force feed it down their husbands throats within no time, without patience presenting little nuggets of truth that they felt it was implementing.

Nonetheless a man made book even with some nuggets of truth, should never replace the Godly inspired books of the Bible. Because, the men of the Bible were lead by the Holy Spirit when writing the books of the Bible.

In addition, the Bible already has everything a husband or wife needs to have a marriage that will be reflective of God design for home and family.

Sadly many individuals whether male or female refuse to allow God’s Word to be the anchor and foundation of their marriages. They have chosen to allow other self-help books, gurus, talk show hosts, busybodies, and so forth be the deciding factor whether their marriage thrives or dies.

Without compromise, you need to test everything you allow in your mind to be examined, compared, and accepted by the Scriptures.

Like the only saying or the old saying, you can chew the meat but don’t allow yourself to choke on the bones. I will even go a step further and say don’t allow yourself to be consumed by the bones that you are trying to avoid being choked on.

Because God’s has everything already laid out for the husband or wife. It is their decision and God given choice to reject it or accept it.

Let me share a few Bible verse with you before I conclude my podcast

Genesis 2:20-24 (ESV)

The man gave names to all livestock and to the birds of the heavens and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper fit for him. So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. And the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

Mark 10:6-9 ESV
But from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’ ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
