The truth is, I don’t want to show up every day. I don’t want to do the shoot, record the podcast, edit the content, write the email, the list goes on. The secret? Discipline.
Doing it on the days I don’t want to. Doing it even though my excuses are a mile long. Motivation comes when you show up, when you decide that the promise you made to yourself is more important than the excuses you can think of.

So, here is your permission slip. It’s only to not feel motivated, do it anyway.

I was recently asked “How did you build Empowered Confidence so fast?” and that question not only took my by surprise but made me crack up because fast would not be the word I would use to describe what this journey has been like. I hope this episode gives you permission to take it slow and allow yourself to not only evolve but make mistakes along the way!

So much love,

Here are the top 10 productivity hacks for busy entrepreneurs and my spin on each one of them!

  1. Prioritize and Delegate: Not every task requires your direct involvement. Prioritize tasks that need your expertise and delegate the rest to competent team members.
  2. Automate Processes: Use automation tools for tasks like email responses, social media posts, and regular report generation. It can free up a significant amount of time.
  3. Effective Time Management: Use techniques like the Pomodoro technique or time blocking. These methods break your day into dedicated time slots for different tasks, helping to manage your time more effectively.
  4. Eliminate Distractions: Use apps that limit your time on distracting websites or social media. Also, create a dedicated workspace that's free from noise and distractions.
  5. Set Specific Goals: Use the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) method to define your goals. It helps you stay focused and provides a clear path towards your objectives.
  6. Take Care of Your Health: Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and sufficient sleep are crucial for maintaining high productivity levels. A healthy body fosters a healthy mind.
  7. Learn to Say "No": Resist the urge to commit to every opportunity that comes your way. Learn to say "no" to tasks or commitments that don't align with your goals.
  8. Use Project Management Tools: Tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com can help streamline your projects, assign tasks, track progress, and improve overall efficiency.
  9. Batch Similar Tasks: Group similar tasks together to streamline your work process. This could mean scheduling all your meetings in one part of the day or handling all administrative tasks at once.
  10. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Constantly seek to upgrade your skills and stay updated with the latest trends in your industry. Online courses, webinars, and books can be valuable resources.

Which one will you start first?

Today’s episode is all about how to overcome social anxiety and imposter syndrome when you are networking. I know I’m not the only one that goes to an event but then finds a corner and stays there the whole time I don’t have to speak to anyone! I challenged myself to not do that anymore and I share the things that helped me along the way.

Highlights on social anxiety:

  1. Preparation: Familiarize yourself with the event, attendees, or topics of conversation beforehand. This can give you a sense of control and reduce anxiety.
  2. Visualization: Visualize yourself successfully navigating the event. This can help build confidence and reduce feelings of anxiety.
  3. Mindfulness exercises: Techniques like deep breathing or meditation can help you stay present and focused, reducing feelings of anxiety.
  4. Grounding techniques: Find a way to feel connected to the here and now. This might be focusing on the feel of your feet on the ground, or the taste of the drink in your hand.

Highlights on Imposter syndrome:

  1. Focus on Skills and Achievements: Remind yourself of your skills, qualifications, and past achievements. They validate that you're competent and deserving. “I belong here”
  2. Reframe Failure: Instead of viewing failure as a reflection of your abilities, view it as an opportunity for learning and growth.
  3. Mentorship: Hearing that others have been in your shoes can normalize your feelings.
  4. Positive Affirmations: Practice positive self-talk and affirmations. Replacing negative thoughts with positive ones can boost your self-esteem and reduce feelings of being a fraud.

Remember, confidence comes with practice. So, start small and give yourself credit for every step you take. We're all learning and growing, and every challenge we face is a chance for us to shine even brighter.

In our FIFTIETH EPISODE, I dive into the transformative power of mindset and how it shapes every aspect of our lives. • Fitness/nutrition being a vessel to prioritize one’s self.
• Entrepreneurship (the ups/downs).
• Practicing authenticity on social media.

Rapid Fire Questions:1. What is your deepest fear?
2. How do you want loved ones to remember you?

Sharing your story and showing more parts of who you are and what makes you, you, can be so scary! Trust me, I know!

In this episode, I break down my journey to sharing more unfiltered parts of my life and give you 5 different tips to help you do the same.

Meet Emma Bates, Co-founder and CEO of Diem.Emma Bates is the CEO and co-founder of Diem, a social search engine inspired by the way women have shared stories for centuries. A lifelong advocate for gender equity and equality, Emma is on a mission to showcase how inclusive internet platforms that recognize real-world behavior, like Diem, help close the gender information gap, and usher in a "new internet" that celebrates + fosters real connection through new, innovative technology.

By trade, Emma is a marketer and community builder and has held marketing roles at some of the fastest-growing consumer brands in NYC and the UK. Most recently, prior to founding Diem, Emma led Partnerships at the DTC travel brand, Away.

Diem AI - Diem built Diem AI to conversationally answer your pressing, personal, embarrassing, funny, and serious questions. When you start a Diem (aka start a conversation in the app), you’ll receive an AI-generated summary that scrapes the internet and the Diem community for an answer through a feminine lens and then supplements that result with real-life anecdotes shared previously in the platform. You can then post your social search to a Discover feed for others to add to. Think of it as an elevated Q&A sesh that’s similar to searching the web but with a built-in network of trusty internet friends.

“The gender information gap (Diem knows that the internet isn’t a particularly inclusive place. When women Google something personal, they’re not usually just looking for facts. They’re searching for validation—to know they’re not alone. For example, we know that 70% of Google searches that start with the words “is it normal” pertain to women’s health. Answers to those types of searches aren’t usually found in SEO-optimized results—they’re found in shared experiences and personal stories. Diem AI is a step towards literally closing the gender information gap, but also a way to make searching the internet more social.”

Rapid Fire Questions:1.How do you cope with hardship and setbacks?
2. What trait most defines who you are?
3. What is the best advice you have ever received?
4. What is something you miss from the start of your entrepreneurship journey that you'll never get back?

Let’s end with this sentence to yourself, through ____________fill in the blank ( as many things as you would like), I did it anyway.

Are you feeling stuck in a rut? Are you ready for a change? Well, today’s shake-up will help with that! It's never too late to reinvent yourself! In this episode, I share some tips and tricks for taking control of your life and transforming yourself into the person you want to be.

The first step in reinventing yourself is to acknowledge that you're ready for change. Often, we get stuck in patterns and routines that no longer serve us, and it can be difficult to break free. In this episode, we're going to explore some practical tips and strategies for taking control of your life and creating the future you want.

Main Takeaways

  1. Don't be afraid to make a change: Fear of the unknown can be paralyzing, but it's important to remember that change is a necessary part of growth. If you're unhappy with your current situation, it's time to take action.
  2. Identify your goals and take action to achieve them: The key to success is setting clear, achievable goals and taking consistent action to achieve them. Start by identifying what you want to achieve, and then create a plan to get there.
  3. Visualize your future self: Spend some time writing down the journal prompts that I go over in this episode and use them during your future self-journal exercise.

"Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself" - George Bernard

Oh, this is a good one! I got the pleasure to sit with Sonja Rasula and talk about how she took out her 401k retirement to create a business that didn’t make sense to almost all of the people around her! Sonja shares her unfiltered, bold, and hilarious stories, advice, and tough love on this episode in hopes of inspiring you to say EFF IT; I’m going to do it anyway!

We discussed:

  • What sparked The Unique Markets
  • The truth about entrepreneurship and what people think
  • How The Unique Assembly will help millions of women in building and growing their businesses without all the noise
  • How to get through the tough days
  • Community & so much more!

About Sonja Rasula:In 2008 Sonja Rasula self-funded Unique Markets by risking her entire 401k retirement savings and never looked back. Since then, she’s become one of just 2% of women-owned businesses in the US to hit $1 million a year, is proud to be the only AAPI-owned national market owner in the country, and has been credited for fueling and leading the 'shop small' revolution for over 13 years. Her large-scale, modern, pop-up markets showcase hundreds of small businesses and emerging designers, attract celebs to families to TikTok influencers, and have taken place in over ten cities around the US.

Sonja was named '1 of 30 Women Entrepreneurs Changing the World' by fashion mogul Eileen Fisher, and Los Angeles Magazine awarded her one of the coveted ‘LA's Most Inspiring Women’ awards.

RECAP OF HOW SHE DID IT ANYWAY“I had ZERO event or production experience before starting the markets. I had NO financing or investors (I risked and took out my entire 401k, $50k to start the biz). I'm a woman and a woman-of-color. Because I had moved back to LA just a couple years before, I had NO COMMUNITY, no mentors, no large group of friends/peers to pull from and get help from. AND to top it off I have a disability, a disease called narcolepsy. If I can do it, ANYONE CAN! :)” - Sonja

Rapid fire questions:

  • What is one truth that you have recently come to terms with?
  • What has been the most exciting improvement you've seen in yourself recently?
  • What has the past 15 years of business taught you about yourself — good and bad?
  • Which one of your mistakes taught you the most?

Listen, I know that building a brand and business can be stressful and overwhelming, and you might be feeling things like:

  • "I don’t know where to start"
  • "I don’t know what problem I solve"
  • “I don’t want to be an entrepreneur, I don’t think? I don’t need a brand!”
  • "I don’t know how to share my story and intertwine it with my business goals"
  • "I don’t know how to differentiate myself from my competitors"
  • "I don’t know how to share my message consistently"
  • "I don’t know how to reach my ideal client"

Well, I’ve created a proprietary 4-phase method that takes you from “overwhelmed” and “stuck” to “clarity” and a profitable brand, and we fuse this method in every service we offer. We have taken years of digital marketing and brand-building experiences, hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing and communication degrees, courses, mastermind groups, trial-and-error firsthand experiences, hundreds of hours conducting focus groups and doing market research, and have created a 4-phase method to teach you exactly how to build, monetize, and scale your brand (no matter what career path you are on!)

Listen to this episode to hear what these 4 phases are and how you can start creating your personal brand or rebranding who YOU are!

And of course, if you don’t want to do it on your own I’d love to help: https://www.empoweredconfidence.io/SERVICES

Kicking off our FIRST-EVER guest interview, and it is only right that our guest is the one and only Founder, CEO, and Entrepreneur Jaclyn Johnson.

Grab a notebook and pen for this episode! We discuss:

  • How she started her multi-million dollar company, Create & Cultivate
  • What the process of selling a business looks likes
  • What VC funding is and who needs it
  • & so much more!

Rapid fire questions:

  • What is something you miss from the start of your entrepreneurship journey that you'll never get back?
  • How would you describe your relationship with yourself in one word?
  • Happiness level 1-10 and if it is not a 10, what would make it a 10
  • What insecurities have held you back the most over the years?

About Jaclyn:Jaclyn Johnson created her career. A powerhouse entrepreneur, by the time she was 28, Johnson had sold her first business, invested in multiple female-owned startups, and launched her second multi-million dollar company, Create & Cultivate. Johnson recognized a gap in conversations, resources, events, and community for female millennial entrepreneurs and responded with a solution, Create & Cultivate, the wildly popular media platform and nationwide conference. In the process, Jaclyn’s own work-life philosophy, built on the cornerstones of female empowerment, hustling hard, and innovation, has propelled her voice to the forefront of the discussion on workplace equality, a new thought-leader for millennial women and Gen-Z-ers on the career come up. This passion for supporting female entrepreneurs led her to co-found New Money Ventures, a venture capital firm and brand studio, on a mission to fund and build the next generation of game-changing, female-led companies.

Named a Forbes 30 Under 30, an Adweek Disruptor, and profiled in Fast Company, the LA Times, Entrepreneur, and more, Johnson has earned her way to the frontlines of a workplace revolution at a time when change agents and disruptors are flexing real influence.

No one loves a social break more than your girl, but my reasons for getting off social is never due to hating the algorithm. It’s not because the algorithm and I are besties, even though some of the content I'm served makes me think we are, but it’s because, over the past ten years, I have changed my relationship with social media.

During this episode, I’m going to share with you:

  • What my relationship with social media used to be like and what it’s like now
  • What I use social media for now
  • My mindset when it comes to marketing tools
  • & so much more!

I would love to hear your thoughts on what you are struggling with when it comes to social media. What are things you are seeing that are triggering you, and why do you think that is?

Let’s work through this together!

We experience so much pressure in life to be a certain way, or do things in a certain way. There’s so much focus on what you’re going to do next that there isn’t even any time to celebrate what you’ve already accomplished! It feels like we’re rushing through life, get to the next thing, cross the next task off the to-do list – but what if we don’t want that?!

In this episode, I’m digging deep into…

• 6:00 - What society defines as “good”
• 7:30 - Defining your own dream life

I don’t want any of you to ever feel the pressure from society’s idea of a “dream life” – I want you to find happiness within yourself, and feel perfectly content with the life that you have. If you get to this place, you can be more open to bigger opportunities and be open to a more abundant life if you want it.

Thanks for tuning in, as always! I’d love for you to share this episode, recommend it to a friend or family member, or leave a review on Apple Podcasts.

See you on Wednesday! XO

What a lot of people don’t realize is that “healing is a journey, not a destination you arrive at.” It takes time and doesn’t happen all at once. I have learned so much about myself when it comes to reflecting on past traumas and how to heal from them in the best way I can.

The way we cope and deal with different trauma can totally change how we go through the only life we are gifted. So I wanted to share what support, language and self care that has helped me heal and honestly made me experience life more fully. Tune into today’s episode to hear about…

• 2:26 – Defining trauma
• 5:46 – 6 things I stopped doing when it came to my healing journey
• 15:23 – Self talk that doesn’t hold you back

I hope this episode inspires you to make changes in how you go about healing, especially if this is something you’ve never sat down to think about before. Ask for help and be kind to yourself through the process! You don’t deserve to be in pain from your past, you deserve to heal!

See you back here soon! XO

I couldn’t be more grateful for this space to talk to my favourite community about motherhood. Being a Mom is the greatest gift that I have ever received in my life. It’s taught me more than I could have ever imagined about who I am, what I value, and what I bring to the world.

In this episode, I walk you through my fear and anxiety when I found out I was pregnant, my birth story, and finding my place as his Mom. Tune in to hear more…

• 3:00 – Finding out I was pregnant
• 11:50 – Experiencing unconditional love
• 14:00 – My birth story
• 31:00 – “You wanted a boy?” “No, I wanted you”

When I think about motherhood, I think about my own Mom – how privileged I was to receive the love and care that I did from her. She set the ultimate example of who I’ve always wanted to become.

I hope you love this episode as much as I loved talking about it. Thank you for giving me this space and being the most beautiful group of people to share life’s journey with!

Until next week! XO

Today’s Shake Up is so fun! I walk you through my daily routine – how I get it all done and set myself up for success.

I started writing out my dream habits about a year ago and it’s set me up for so many incredible accomplishments that I could have never imagined for myself. I outline my day from the moment that I wake up to the moment that I go to sleep. Sounds tedious, but it really works.

Check it out to hear more:
• 2:30 – Setting up my ideal day
• 4:30 – Outlining my day by the hour (6am – 10pm)

I started this routine by thinking about my habits – what would my dream day be? This is what I came up with! It feels so good to see my dream life come to life after I’ve outlined it for myself every morning.

So, tell me! What do you want in your day and how do you want to design your dream life? I can’t wait to hear from you! XO

We’re getting vulnerable today, girl!
I want to open up and dive deep into some of the biggest mistakes that I’ve made as an entrepreneur as I broke into this world of confidence and success.

• 3:40 – Introducing the 7 biggest mistakes that I’ve made
• 26:00 – Where do I go from here?

It’s intimidating to share things like this with such a wide circle of people, but I continue to remind myself each day that I’m learning along the way. Each mistake or moment of failure is a piece of data that I can use to push me into a new place. There’s no need to doubt myself – I can get up faster and roll with the punches because of each thing that I’ve learned alongside every mistake that I’ve made.

I hope this episode gives you the courage to take a big leap knowing that each step along the way will be a lesson learned that will only propel you further into success.

I want to hear from you! What are some things that you’ve learned the hard way as you’ve journeyed through life? Can’t wait to chat more!

See you next week! XO

Tune into today’s episode to hear more about…
• 5:00 – Experiencing guilt around a lack of “balance”

We become the people that we surround ourselves with. That’s what I talk about in today’s episode! We are built by the communities that we are a part of, and it takes an intentional effort to find the people and the spaces that shape us into who we want to be.

In this episode, I talk about my 4 main communities – my family and friends, my peer community, my clients, and my advisors and mentors. Each of these groups and the people that are a part of them provide me with unique support, guidance and care that make me the person that I am.

Tune in to this episode to hear more about…
• 3:00 – The communities that ground me
• 10:45 – The power of a good manager
• 13:45 – What community do you feel like you’re missing right now?

As we chase our dreams, we need people that are ahead of us. People that know where we want to go, and where we want to be. We also need people who care for us, love on us and make us feel valued.

Hope you love today’s episode! XO

There are some things in life that are just inherently challenging. For me, one of those things is change. It’s a pain point for a lot of people – it comes with discomfort, periods of newness and it’s just plain hard sometimes.

In today’s Shake Up, I’m encouraging my beautiful listeners to be more open to change, to find the positive in it and work to find the beauty in the natural end of some of the most important chapters in our lives. Tune in to hear about…

• 3:30 - Why endings actually scare us

• 5:34 - Ending something before hitting rock bottom
• 5:50 - Making peace and letting go
• 6:59 - Finding the real beauty in an ending
• 8:50 - New found courage in yourself

Has someone ever tried to talk you out of pursuing your dreams? This episode is for YOU! I was so inspired to record this episode as we kick off a new year and start making big goals of what we want to achieve in 2023. Has a simple question ever stumped you so much that you feel like there isn’t an answer?! This happened to me at an incredible networking event, and it’s stuck with me all this time, and pushed me on a journey of some genuine self-discovery. In today’s episode, we’re exploring the importance of defining who you are outside of your title – CEO, Account Manager, Mom, Wife.

Asking questions like, “Who am I?”, “What do I like to do?”, “What do I want to do?” – these are the kinds of questions that truly matter. The things that are most important in our lives are not what we do, but who we are and doing more of the things that make us who we are. We are so much more than what our simple titles are in life.

• 8:50 – Challenging you to define who you are
• 11:12 – Simple activity to learn who I am and the things that make me who I am
• 15:00 – Building confidence by channeling all the things that make me who I am

I can’t wait for you to tune into this episode. I think that it’ll make you feel more self-aware, have a deeper love for yourself, and begin the process of understanding the things that you love to do, and what you’re really good at.

I want to hear from you! Send me a DM to tell me who you are outside of your title. Can’t wait to chat with you again next week!

Whew! I am FIRED UP about this episode! What’s most important to me in this journey is ensuring that you know your worth, and that you feel completely confident to move through the world without letting people walk all over you.

In today’s Shake Up, I walk you through a list of 7 ways to ensure that people stop walking all over you. Check out this list of all that we cover in today’s episode:

• 2:06 – Stop comparing yourself to others
• 2:46 – Know what matters to you and what you want
• 3:50 – Learning the art of saying no
• 6:00 – Write a list of what you deserve
• 6:47 – Be selfish with your time and energy
• 7:12 – Know your worth
• 7:50 – Speak up

Have a listen, and then send me a note to let me know some of the things that you added to your list of what you deserve. I want to hold you accountable, too! Know your worth, ladies, and remember… you are uniquely you, you are worthy, and you should never settle for less than what you deserve.

See you on Wednesday!

Welcome to another episode of the She Did It Anyway Podcast! Today, we’re diving into a seriously important topic – how to better understand failure, and use it to fuel our fire for what comes next. The ultimate goal? Normalize the word “fail”. Failure doesn’t have to scare us, in fact, it can propel us towards success. Never forget that in life things are happening for us, not to us. In today’s episode, we’re breaking down the following:

• 4:10 - How to build a strong goal
• 7:15 - Acknowledging our feelings if things don’t go exactly to plan
• 9:15 - Collecting data – what did I do to get to where I am now?
• 12:20 - Turn it all into a list, and make things happen!

Come on in! Have a listen. And please, remember, you are not your failures, you are not debt, you are not a bad relationship or anything that you’ve walked through in this life. In fact, you are a badass, powerful woman and I think that this process of turning failure into power is going to make you remember that.

Can’t wait to hear what you think!

I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve needed to hear the message that I’m about to share in today’s Shake Up! When we are bogged down by fear, we tend to focus only on the worst-case scenario. What could go wrong? How easy would it be for me to fail?

In today’s episode, we’re talking all about how to turn away from this negative thought cycle.

• 2:00 – Reality check! Our worst-case scenarios rarely happen
• 3:35 – Walk through of my favourite “Hello Fear” activity
• 5:05 – Developing a plan for the best and worst-case scenario come true
• 10:00 – Stay tuned to the end for this week’s best/worst-case scenario challenge!

If we focus our energy on planning for the best-case scenario, or for what happens if the worst-case scenario comes true, we put the power back in our own hands – right where it belongs.

Tune in! I know that you’ll just love this episode. XO

I am passionate about today’s topic, you guys! Whew! Join me for this half rant, half discussion on the value of showing up authentically and not shrinking yourself for the benefit of others.
This episode is made up of 2 parts – first, feeling a need to show up as a lesser version of yourself simply to make others comfortable, and on the flip side, feeling like we need to see people struggle, or fail, just so that we can feel good about ourselves. Totally unfair – for us, and for the other person.

Join me in this episode as we break down these challenging realities in our lives:
• 4:15 - Shrinking ourselves and not showing up authentically
• 13:56 - Realizing that there is nothing enlightening about being less than 100% yourself
• 16:09 - How we can liberate each other in the pursuit of greatness

Thanks for joining me in this space. I hope you feel validated and know how valuable it is that you show up as the beautiful, worthy, and enough person that you are. The more we see this in ourselves, the more we see it in each other.

Love you! Can’t wait to hear how this resonated for you this week!

PS. Here’s that quote that I just love:
"
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson

Welcome to this week’s Shake Up! I’m so glad you’re here!

It really feels like life is flying by sometimes – we get up, we get ready, go to work, take care of our people, have a fun night here and there and then… We do it all again. It makes life feel mundane.

This week’s Shake Up is all about setting intentions – to turn the mundanity of life into being fully present, engaged and all in on the things that fill our days. In this episode, I chat about...

• 3:45 - Being intentional on the things that I’m saying yes to
• 6:00 - Outlining how you can start to build intention in your everyday
• 6:46 - My challenge to you…

This quote seriously resonates for me, “Wherever you are, be all there” – Jim Elliot. I hope this episode helps you to find ways to be fully present and intentional in all that you’re doing.

See you on Wednesday for the next juicy episode of the She Did It Anyway podcast!

Who is telling you that you can’t pursue your passions and dreams while simultaneously working a full-time job?! Let me be the first to tell you – it isn’t true. You can seek more for yourself and can tap into your greatest dreams even while you spend your day fulfilling the responsibilities of a 9-5. Trust me.

• 5:30 - the Brain Dump! It changes everything. Check out this week’s Shake Up for more on this, too
• 8:54 - Diving into building your personal brand
• 11:40 - Choose a platform, and show up in that space
• 14:00 - Find the people that you want to connect with, and the people that you want to support
• 19:21 - How can you do it all with all the other things going on in your life?!

This process is simpler than you think. Hone your passion, find your people, and own your space. Your dream life is right in front of you. Here’s my challenge for you this week – find a day and a time in your week, block it off and focus on one task that is propelling you toward your dreams. Can’t wait to cheer you on the whole way through!

So proud of you! See you next week!

Welcome back to the She Did It Anyway podcast!
I’m so excited about today’s episode – it’s all about being vulnerable and sharing the nitty gritty details that got me to where I am today. So often we think that the only thing people want to hear about are our flashy accomplishments – publications, degrees earned, our greatest wins, but really, the things that connect us to one another are our messy life experiences, and I’m so grateful for this space to dive into these things with each of you.

A few highlights from today’s episode:
• 2:05 - How I intend to build credibility with this community of listeners
• 3:50 - My story – some of the tough details of how I got to where I am today, struggling with my identity around money, my appearance, and feeling less than
• 8:00 - Graduating college, leaving a special community, and learning how to find my way as I built my life
• 19:50 - The beginning of my journey of going out on my own and starting my own business!

My life has been an evolution, and truly, a messy ride. I’m here to celebrate every part of it, and I want to encourage you to do the same. I’m leaning into a special quote that I share at the end of the episode – someone out there is looking for exactly what you have to offer.

So, have a listen! Oh, and stay tuned for my special challenge at the end of this episode – can’t wait to connect with you!
