Through discussions and interviews, the aim is to look at life situations from a different angle to find balance and connection. Bringing the mind, body and spirit together to help us in our everyday lives to achieve more and suffer less.
Introducing Willow Nash to share a topic of conversation that many of us put off having! Willow's skills as an actor have transferred seamlessly in to her role as a Celebrant, and she shares her own passion and reasons why it is so important to share the amazing stories of the people's lives she celebrates.
To recognise each chapter of our life and that our story doesn't end in the middle, everyone has a story and each is so important to hear and be told. When we pass, we live on in the connections we have made during our time here in the physical. "We influence the souls of the people we leave behind".

When it comes to the moment where we do lose a loved one, where do we even start to process that. Speaking with Nicola, who is a specialist in complex emotional needs, she talks about loss from both a professional and theoretical perspective, and on a personal level of losing a loved one.
Nicola shares great insight of living alongside grief so that it doesn't colour everything in your life, 24 7. How trusting in the process, in your own time, will bring you a new perspective. As well as the realisation that we are dealing with loss on many levels, all the time.

Welcoming Jan Sheward as our guest, the founder of the Cancer United Charity in West Sussex. Following Jan's own cancer journey, she created a support network for others going through cancer. That support has grown from peer-to-peer meetings, to incorporate a key element of fitness to enable recovery and putting health first. This has inspired the Cancer United community to thrive through exercise, having fun and social support and love for one another.
Cancer United continues to grow and flourish with the great work from Jan and her team, by listening to, and meeting the needs of their members, sharing their knowledge and experience with others and collaborating with other charities. An inspiring conversation.
Cancer is a tough road to walk, but it can also be a catalyst for change towards living a more fulfilling 'Life Beyond Cancer'.

Life could always have worked out differently, if we had made different choices when we were younger. If only we had taken 'that opportunity' when it came along, our life could be so very different now. But we didn't! So how can we look back on our dreams in a better light? In this episode I explore how we can reflect in a helpful way and be ready to give ourselves another chance?

When we say to ourselves and others that you will do something "When I'm ready", are we just putting off the inevitable? Life will continue and move on whether we are ready or not. When I felt thrown on to the path of cancer, I was definitely 'not ready' but it was happening anyway and I had to face it. We all have things that we would rather not face up to, admit or change, and we tend to put up with what we have. Being ready is not always the problem. Find out how you can change your perspective to drive yourself forward and not stay stuck any longer.
