As the seasons shift, so do our routines. In this episode of Well Nice, we share how we’re prepping for autumn—from tweaking our exercise and workouts, to the cosy meals we’re cooking, beauty swaps for colder weather, and the seasonal buys we’ve got our eye on (Lizzie's list is long!)
Some things we mention in this week's ep:
-Uniqlo Cashmere (not merino wool- apologies) under layer tops
-Sweet potato shepherds pie
-At home fitness apps; Ladder for strength training, The Pilates Class for pilates, barre and yoga, Form for a combo of both.

You asked, we answered! Our very first listener Q&A episode is here, and we’re chatting:
- What we eat in a day (spoiler: it’s very protein-heavy)The supplements we actually take — yes to creatine, obviously
- The story of how we met
- Why one hour of self-care isn’t enough, we’re all about normalising spa days
Plus, we mention a few of our fav tried and tested brands as well new shiny ones we want to try — not sponsored (sadly), just slightly obsessed with Neko Health scans, Epitome supplements, and Ortiz tuna.

After almost a decade navigating the emotional ups and downs of IVF and secondary infertility, former NET-A-PORTER beauty director Danielle Fox-Thomas set out to change the fertility landscape. She co-founded OVA, the UK’s first supplement brand designed to support both egg and sperm health — helping couples approach reproductive health with more clarity and confidence.
Now a proud mum of two, we recorded this episode just before OVA went to market. Danielle joined us to share her personal journey, and her well nice practices that helped her along the way to build her pioneering brand.
P.S her fake tan application hack is pretty life changing!
Check out Ova here and find the wonderful Danielle here.

We're backkk! Sorry we have been away so long, we blame the babies, house moves, winter….we will update you in a solo episode soon!
In the meantime, we were keen to kick off season 2 with our first great guest which we actually recorded in the height of Sydney winter/ UK summer last year - it's a goodie!
In this episode, we chat to Rory Warnock, performance and wellness coach, UltraMarathon runner, and keynote speaker. He specialises in breathwork and nervous system regulation to help improve mental and physical health and optimise wellbeing and performance.
An episode for everyone as it’s not just full of theory and tips for breathwork (which we obviously love) but Rory also shares a few super useful exercises for different purposes giving us a new well nice ‘tool’ to slot into our wellbeing kit and it doesn’t cost a thing !
We also talk about Rory's other well nice life hacks as well as a few of our own.
Enjoy friends, we've missed ya! xx

Hi friends, sorry we have been so quiet. Bumps, babies and business keep us well busy.
We hear that some of you miss us so to fill the silence, in a move we might possibly regret for the amateur vibes, we’re releasing our first ever practice episode, recorded last year that has been locked in our archive. We discuss the pros & cons of the 'Hot Girls With IBS' trend and why normalising farting (lol...Can we still laugh at farting?) could be a trigger for eating disorders. Lucy chats about the joy of receiving a voice note, but you can't expect a reply before 3-5 working days, and lastly, for our 'well it's not for me' segment, Nia tells us about her experience in a DIY seaweed bath.”
In these hosts-only episodes we will be exploring topics that are 'well trendy', ' well easy', 'well clever' and 'well not for me' because sometimes wellness just isn't well nice.

In this ep, we chat to Craig Heathcote, a renowned London based director and filmmaker who specialises in telling real-life human stories, in particular giving a voice to the marginalised and celebrating LGBTQ+ lives.
Craig was actually our first guest recording way back in the depths of Syndey winter last year and we loved chatting to him on what makes him feel well nice.
We talked bath time rituals, setting boundaries when working at home, and sleep hygiene, the power of changing your sheets every week and the best place to buy fabric softener, which may surprise you!
Take note and enjoy.

In this week's episode, we were super excited to speak to Tash, the founder of the beautiful Slow House, one of our favourite go-to wellness spots in Bondi that combines infrared and traditional coal saunas with ice baths and LED therapy.
Not only did we get ALLL of the tips from this boss babe on how to get her extremely glowly skin and how to make the most of the #welltrendy hot and cold water therapy but she also inspired us to appreciate some less obvious wellness rituals that can also make you feel well nice.
Time to celebrate vacumming, the simple act of walking and reality TV royalty that is Real Housewives!

This week Lucy takes a dive into the world of micro-dosing medicinal mushrooms and why mums in the US are raving about the benefits. Lizzie shares her thoughts on a massage she recently had that was not well nice in her books and Nia gives her tips on how we can easily elevate our weeknight dinner times and improve our mood at the same time.

While the three of us are up for any clinical trials (get in touch, research labs of Canberra, we do need a well nice weekend away!), psychadelics are prohibited in Australia outside of this, and microdosing may carry risks. As such, we do not endorse them.
Ep 1: In this, our very first (!) well nice episode we chatted to Georgia Forsyth, founder of Cohere Studio, which bridges the gap between taboo and wellness. Georgia believes that wellness is a journey and that health should come from a non-judgemental place. She is a nutritionist by trade but has pivoted into sexual wellness, because she believes that self-pleasure plays such a pivotal role in our wellbeing - and she recently launched her own sex toy, Roommate.
In this super fun yet informative chat, Georgia shared / inspired us with her some of favourite things to do that make her feel well nice.
We discuss self pleasure, the power of magnesium , karate chopping pillows, manicured nails and sweating it all out with her health without judgement approach.
A good vibes episode with some easy takeaways.
