We ought to allow the message of Christ dwell richly in our hearts, that way we give much more edifying spiritual songs.
Col 3 v 16, 17

The believer has come into God's rest. Tongues is an ability in Rest. Tongues is for every believer.
Ephesians 6 v 18 - 19

Believers are all related by the Spirit of God given in the Resurrection.
We ought to recognise and value ourselves as Gods vessels on the earth, who carry Gods power and can communicate God's power with our touch.
God's Men are custodians of God's Power on the Earth.
The Spirit of God in man is the fulfilment of the prophecy about Heaven and Earth.

Scriptures say we would speak with New Tongues when we believe the Gospel.
