A little about our guests: Gbonju Akintola, L&OD Consultant, House of Commons Gbonju is a Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD) consultant with the House of Commons. She began her journey into this space around 2004 as a training officer with the Citizens Advice Bureau. Her quest for understanding how to make learning stick took her into the fields of coaching (performance and leadership coaching) and OD. She has an MSc in People & OD from Roffey Park Institute. Gbonju has experience in the private, voluntary, and public sectors, working with individuals and teams to navigate complexity and challenge unproductive values and beliefs. If Gbonju were a business, her strapline would be ‘building people, maximising business potential.’

Dr Martin Egan, Co-founder | Principal Consultant of ndculture.com Dr Martin Egan is a business psychologist and a specialist in organisational culture, leadership and executive development. He partners with organisations to help unite ambitious leadership teams with their strategic goals and workplace culture to drive performance and results across the measures that matter. He is known for his work assisting globally recognised brands to identify systemically the aspects of their culture that are helping or hindering their plans and future growth.

Ffion Grundy, Head of Programmes, Stonewall Cymru (Wales).

Ffion Grundy (she/her) has worked for Stonewall Cymru for over 6 years and is the Head of Programmes. She heads up a very talented team that provides guidance to private, public and third sector organisations on LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace through their Diversity Champions programme. She also works with schools, colleges and local authorities to ensure LGBTQ+ children and young people experience inclusive education and young people feel supported and celebrated in school and college.

Davinia Louise-Green, Director, Stonewall Cymru.

Davinia Green (she/her) is Director for Stonewall Cymru, where she provides strategic vision, oversight and operational management of activities across Wales. This includes policy, campaigning and public affairs, community engagement, oversight of the workplace and empowerment programmes, along with programmes for work focused on children and young people.

Matt Burdock is co-founder of ndc. He has substantial workplace culture consulting experience and is an executive coach. He started his career in professional services and was Finance Director with Virgin media, Breast Cancer UK, and Tommy's.
