Erica brings in her expertise in communications, journalism and marketing, and is the head wine wrangler. She’s responsible for picking the different wines we drink during each episode, mostly because she has an entire aisle named for her at Liquor Barn.
Kristen shares her knowledge of nutrition, marketing and social media, and the mastermind behind this crazy podcast idea (honestly, she was probably drunk when she thought of it).
Leandra - jack of all trades, and master of quite a few as well, she’s easily the most worldly of the three of us and will eventually lead us in a full episode all about Icelandic Ponies and Björk

Tis the season - the season of Spring. For some horse enthusiasts, that means beautiful, lush green pastures, mares and foals frolicking and truly a picturesque Kentucky equestrian scene. For others, Spring means a spike in cortisol and paranoia, possibly medicinal alcohol consumption, by humans as the thought of turning their horses and ponies out on lush Spring grass. As lovely as it is to see, Spring grasses can present a serious risk for laminitis, a painful and debilitating condition that both Erica and Kristen have personal experience with.
