Pentecostal Campus Ministry in Canada celebrated it's 60th birthday in November 2021 which began at Memorial University Newfoundland. Dr. Robb Powell, first National Coordinator of SERVE Campus Network (2009-2017) unpacks how campus ministry evolved organically out west in BC, and across the nation. An incredible miracle moment occurred on the district conference floor in 1992 when funding was decided upon to sustain the campus ministry vision.
