Our Second feature guest is Principal Mr. Alejandro Madrigal is the Principal, of C. G. Bethel High School, North Miami Beach, Florida. Principal Madrigal has guided and assisted over 600 at-risk high school students earn their high school diploma as Principal/School Leader of C. G. Bethel High School in N. Miami Beach, Florida. During a 21-year accomplished educational career, Alex has shown his deep commitment to student success, and has displayed a unique ability to motivate and inspire students and staff.
Building team cohesion has been at the core of Alex’s career since he served as the Defensive Line Coach and Recruitment Coordinator for his alma mater’s football team. From there, he served as the Dean of Students at Citrus Grove Middle School in Miami, and Goleman Senior High School in Miami Lakes. At both schools, Alex led the “Students-at-risk” programs, coordinated FCAT tutoring, oversaw school discipline and attendance, and continued to coach both football and track and field.
As Principal of C.G. Bethel since 2011, Alex has led the school through the AdvanceED (SACS) accreditation process twice, maintained continuity of staff (80% has been in place since 2011), earned a positive school rating of “Maintaining” in 2016-17, and sustained consistent student enrollment.

Our Second is Dr. Norman Whyte is a licensed Clinical Therapist / Counselor practicing in the areas dealing with Mental Health, toxic relationships and faith-based. I also served on the ( Joe Biden and Kamala Harris) Presidential and Vice President Inaugural Committee for the MLK Day of Service where my wife and I gave away over 100 Essentials to the Homeless Population in overtown.

No matter the race, the age, the experience; there’s a victory story waiting for everyone. On this Episode we had the pleasure of interviewing an amazing guest. Athletic Director/Head Football Coach David Bowser arrived at SAU from Fayetteville State, where he was a highly successful and respected veteran coach. During his 20 years as an assistant coach at FSU, Bowser helped the Broncos emerge as one of the top CIAA football teams, winning conference titles in 2002, 2003 and 2009. In 2019, the Broncos captured their third consecutive Southern Division crown and made their third straight appearance in the CIAA Championship Game.
Prior to his tenure at Fayetteville State, Bowser made a name for himself on the high school level in North Carolina. He established himself as a well-respected coach at Garner High School, Anson High School, Westover High School, Chapel Hill High School and Orange High School.
A 1992 graduate of North Carolina State University, Bowser started his college coaching career at Hampden-Sydney College during the 1999 season. He is a native of Charlotte, N.C.

LaMonte Coleman played running back with Super Bowl XXX runner-up and AFC Champion Pittsburgh Steelers from 1995-1996. He has completed degrees from Ohio State University (B.S. Education) and Ohio University (MAA, Business). Coleman has managed guest experience and security departments for the Miami Dolphins and Miami Marlins organizations. Coleman’s entrepreneur dreams began with becoming the Chief Executive Officer and general manager for the Marion Blue Racers indoor professional football team for five seasons, 2011-2015. Our second guest is Kara Brewer Boyd (Lumbee): President of the Association of American Indian Farmers which provides advocacy and technical assistance to American Indian farmers and ranchers. Kara is Air Force Veteran who has served as a member of the North Carolina Indian Child Welfare Standing Committee and appointed to a Legislative Committee to address Indian Children Welfare laws and concerns of American Indian families. She also has served as a Board Member of the United Tribes of North Carolina. She is married to civil rights activist John Boyd, Jr, President of the National Black Farmers Association (NBFA). The Boyds have spent over 30 years advocating for civil rights and social justice while trying to retain and increase land ownership for minority farmers. They own/operate a 1,500-acre farming operation growing soybean, corn, wheat and produce in addition to raising grass-fed beef cattle, American Guinea Hogs, Nigerian Goats & free range poultry. Kara also serves as the NBFA Event and Program Director. The NBFA has been successful in entering into Memorandums of Understanding with the US Forest Service, United States Department of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Agency.

He assumed office on November 3, 2020. As a freshman legislator Representative McCurdy was named Democratic Minority Whip for the Florida House Democrats. He fought ferociously to protect public education, free speech and ensure every Floridian has equal access to the ballot box. Representative McCurdy is eager to continue his work in Tallahassee on the issues of housing and economic vitality specifically in the Florida legislature. Our second feature Guest is Hugh Lamont Douglas (born August 23, 1971 in Mansfield, Ohio) is a former American football defensive end in the National Football League. His playing career included stints with the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles (twice), and the Jacksonville Jaguars. In his first season in 1995, Douglas was named Defensive Rookie of the Year by the Associated Press.
A three-time Pro Bowl selection, Douglas was a first-round draft choice of the Jets in the 1995 NFL Draft and was traded to the Eagles prior to the 1998 season for two draft choices. Douglas spent the 2003 campaign with the Jaguars before re-signing with Philadelphia in 2004. Douglas is ranked third behind Reggie White (124) and Clyde Simmons (76.5) on the Eagles' all-time sack list with 54.5 during his six seasons. thank you for listening.
