Hey, It's me and my solo episode again!
I took a short break to focus on my RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy with amazing Marisa Peer) and today I had my first IG LIVE where I shared my experience using this method - both as a client and (student) therapist.
My main focus, when I started, was to figure out how can I live migraine free life. Especially after my 2-year-old daughter was worried about me every time I closed myself in a dark room for 2-3days. I felt miserable when my toddler suddenly became my care-giver in a way and I was in too much pain to even acknowledge it at that moment. That was it - it became my mission to fix it, to get rid of it forever and ever.
RTT happened to be on my way and I just took this sign from the Universe.
On this episode I'm sharing how it's going, also talk briefly about how the RTT session look like, on my IG account I share my journey as RTT student and share curiosities and educational info about this therapy method. I love to see you there <3
Check my latest article about "What 'the heck' is RTT" on LINKEDIN
Now, put your earphones on, go for a walk or sit comfortably and enjoy!

Lella Violet Halloum is award-winning young changemaker ✊ technologist 👩🏻💻 & public speaker 🌍
She believes that no decision about her generation — the digital generation — should be made without them. She's working alongside volunteers aged 13-25 from the UK and Ireland who will ensure the voices of girls, young women and non-binary young people are heard.
At the end of our conversation, when the camera was off, Lella said: "I'd rather be famous for who I am, not just an 18years old, who did something..."
She is unapologetically herself and you can feel Lella's passion throughout the conversation!
I had to ask, what role her parents played to create this natural curiosity towards technology:
"I learned to see tech as this creative powerhouse and as something which has great potential to unite people".
She's the youngest IBM Z Champion and we talked about mentors and what characteristics someone needs to have to be successful in tech industry?

Anna Billerte is a yoga teacher, when I approached her for this episode she agreed immediately, after a while I received a voice message from her -
Jekaterina, but who are you?
This question made me think - what should I tell her?
This episode we start with Anna telling us who she is. Not what's she doing, but who is she in her BEING! And the whole episode was this free flow of unprepared questions and discovering this beautiful soul full of such an energy, that I in a good way envy a bit!
She had a very good job and everything she wanted in fact, but there was 1 thing missing. Happiness inside. But what is this happiness really?
She left everything and left the country. Left to find herself and yoga. What did she learn on this journey?

"They say that knowledge is power. I don't think that knowledge is power. I think. Knowledge is knowledge, but it becomes powerful when you know, when to apply it." Chenge Ngoshi likes to look at technology, the way it solves problems and comfort solutions. We talk about entrepreneurship, how it's different from his home country Zimbabwe and Europe, the power of mindset and why he constantly challenges himself to become better. He finds that the biggest obstacle in anything is yourself. If you doubt what you want to do, if you're not sure and you talk yourself out of doing anything, that could be the biggest obstacle. I was reminded me an essential truth - to be grateful for who you are and that you exist! I find it so powerful!
Matus Juran is back! This time as a Nutrition Coach.
Check out our first episode #8 about How working out outside benefits you?
Today we talk about nutrition, a little bit differently. Matt says, that he prefers to refer on himself as a guide for his clients to get to their better versions of themselves. He shares why does he ask his clients how do they feel about themselves when trying new pair of jeans in a shop and how does this info help him in creating a meal plan for them?
What do we need to know about counting calories or actually not doing it at all...
We talked about his participation on a competition called Men's Physique, and his only condition was to do it without any additives and nutrition supplements, no protein drinks - just real food, water and exercise. And why you should think twice if you want to go to this competition.
I couldn't not ask about cheat days and cravings and it ended up to be such an interesting conversation, much more than just about nutrition - it's about mindset and the way we think about things we do and eat. And Matt shares an example how he uses cheat days and why planning those ahead is so important.
I'm looking forward to hear your main take away from this episode, cool listener!

At the end of this episode Katarina will share a book you might want to check out and one thing she wants to be remembers by. Made me think, what do I want to be remembered by as well <3 Enjoy Cool Listener!

Inese Elksne aka Augu Tante or Plant Lady calls herself a plant enthusiast.
The great love for houseplants, coupled with the challenges of the global pandemic, served as a starting point for the project. This is how the idea of this store was born – so that everyone in Latvia has the opportunity to get beautiful plants and accessories. And let the green joy be as little as a couple of clicks away.
She created IG blog and online plant shop, and started her adventure of discovering the beauty of the green.
And she claims - if you show her your plants - she'll tell you who you are ;) She certainly shared with me what does my passion for cactuses mean ...
stay till the end and find out!
We also discussed, why it's so important to take difficult decisions in life and even pause the business for a while and rather regret what you've done than didn't do.

Kārlis followed her. Aglona is a small village, but a very famous church is located there. So many tourists pass through this beautiful land every year, it's surrounded by 3 lakes, lots of nature. To find a job there tho was mission impossible, so what did they do? They created one for themselves.

Needless to say, this place was in need of a new experiences. We talked about how did they start, what's their plan and what's the plan B, when winter will arrive.

At the end of this episode Francisco shares the qualities you need to have to become an entrepreneur or anything you want in your life.

Check out this episode and get inspired by Francisco's story and who knows, maybe you'll create new dots for your future retrospectives :)
