When you start to run your business and share about your first program or your first offer, the very first people that buy are usually your friends and family. That’s great!
But how do you start reaching other potential people who you can help? How do you find your people?
I got you. Today we're going to talk about OPA, - other people's audiences.
So, how do you get in front of other people’s audiences? Start by making a list and think about who's around you. And think of it as a web. Who are your people? Where are your people going before they connect with you?
Chances are there are a lot of people supporting the same type of people that you do or you want to support. And they want more good things for their people.
So if you're creating something nourishing for the same people that they are, they're going to want to share your stuff.
What you’re going to want to do is to reach out to them and offer something you have to them to share. A training video, or maybe you have a blog post to share. Or a free webinar you are doing. You can ask if you can send it to them, and see if they will share it with their audience.
And, you can totally trade. there are so many opportunities both in your local community and online to cross network to reach your people.

It's all about articulating the fact that things can be better and how, and then letting your offer be presented out into the world.
The number two thing that comes up as a healer in business, especially for women, is the idea of imposter syndrome. This concept of, well, who am I to teach this? Who am I to offer this? Pretty much every woman healer I have ever talked to or worked with has some form of imposter syndrome. Instead of making yourself wrong for it, dear healer, I want you to start noticing when those feelings and thoughts come up, name it, and celebrate it. When imposter syndrome comes up, it's simply a sign that you're on the right path.
The third and final way that being a healer in business is unique and different is selling, selling, selling, selling. And that is why we are talking all about sacred sales inside of CEO Enchantress. The idea is that your offers are sacred, divine, beautiful, and deeply worthy. It’s this beautiful gift you've created in the world and you are offering to you your people.

A niche is this concept of who is your work for. And when and why do they need to work with you? That's it. Who's your work for? Who do you work with?
My favorite way to look at a niche is to really think about who were you five to 10 years ago and what did you need.
And also if you're already working with clients, think about your favorite client. Write down their characteristics. What do you love about working with them?
Nailing your niche is the golden key, and it’s step one to creating the foundation of a wild and witchy business that you adore. Helping you to define who your ideal client is, so you can speak to them and help them to find you so that you can support them.

On this episode of the Emily Otto Show, where we talk all about the concept of selling one at a time.
There can be so much uncertainty about pricing, around the amount you are going to charge for your product or service. There can be fear that you are going to be stuck with that price for an extended period of time. Or what if I don't charge enough, and a hundred people buy it all of a sudden?
But, that’s not really how it works.
What we really want to focus on is picking a rate that feels good and a little edgy, and then just selling one.
Then you can use that sale to evaluate the experience. You’re going to take feedback from that client. You’re going to also look at the experience from your point of view. What worked? What didn't work? What did you enjoy? What did you not enjoy?
By focusing on selling one at a time, you gain practice and experience. The product gets refined. You get good at articulating what it is, who it's for, and why they wanna buy it, making it better. Then charging more money.
You get to run your business your way and make it easy.

Welcome to this episode of the Emily Otto Show, where the name of the game today is Action.
Faith is hope in action. Hope in Rebellions. And that’s what you are doing as wild, witchy women. You're part of a bigger rebellion, this network of conscious cosmic humans, wild and witchy and beautiful beings, figuring out a way to connect within, to connect to other people, to connect to the earth.
Whether your work is in helping people reduce their trauma and be able to have good conversations with their partners. Or to have an intimate connection with their spouse. To help them feel better physically through movement practices and dance and somatic healing arts. Or it's to heal someone's connection to their own sexuality. Maybe it's business coaching and helping them craft their luscious work in the world so that they can feel thoroughly supported with money and stability and clients so that your refrigerator can be full of food and the roof is always over your head.
All of these things are hope in action and all of them get to be tied to your faith. The action piece is critical because if you're thinking about it all day and not embodying it or making a move toward it, it's not going to get anywhere.
I tell my client this all the time. When you are selling a program, a product, or a service, I want you to have a quick little strategy checklist. What are you doing daily? Where are you inviting people to buy from you, to work with you, to be massively well supported by you? And that is the action piece.
And when you show up in the world to offer your beautiful gifts to do something no one's ever seen before that you're not sure is gonna work or you're not sure is what your people need. The feelings are going to come up around who am I to do this. Do I know anything? And if you are having these feelings, do this task for me. Write down 50 ways you are highly qualified to do the work you're doing in the world. And hop in my totally free Facebook group and we can chat through it.

How much can we receive? Because that's it, healers. That's it. My women witchy. Woo woo healers. It's not about making it happen. It's not about this push, push, push. Go, go, go. How much can I work energy? It's about. Ah, how do we receive, how do we call it to us? How do we let the clients and the money flow in and support and nourish our world?
And so if you've been thinking, I wanna make a lot of money and help people, but mm, I can't be a healer and make lots of money, I want you to know that that's bullshit. And you get to have what you want. You get to have what you want, and it might look differently than you think

EP21: Sharing your story matters
there's nobody like you. Nobody on the entire planet. Like you, your unique story, your unique experience, your unique expression of the skills and healing arts that you practice. It's really easy to get sucked into the online marketing game and to feel like you can't be yourself or to feel like you have to sell in a gross way that doesn't light you up or feel like, oh, you can't share all of your magic because people won't get it.
People make money all different ways. And people have all different skills. And so the goal here in working with me in my mastermind is how do we figure out how to maximize what works for you, your lifestyle, your skills, if you have any type of neuro divergency, if you have any type of body issues, maybe you can't sit for long periods of time.
I have EDS. I have to be really, really aware and cognizant of how I'm sitting when I'm moving, when I'm walking. Um, my personal trainer is amazing. I need his support, my ashtanga practice. I need to be doing that. I actually have to walk about 30 minutes a day or more or my body pain flares up. So I've built my business. To work for me, for my body, for my spirit, for my soul, for my heart, for my family.
I want that for you. And I'm gonna help you do that by sharing your story by being the lighthouse and shining from within and by feeling good as much as we can every step of the way because let's face it building an authentic purpose-driven business. Is its own medicine, ceremony, plant medicine, ceremony, spiritual transformation, and journey.

EP19: What if no one signs up?
What if you launch a free masterclass? What if you launch a program? What if you try to sell something and nobody joins, nobody pays you, Nobody joins. Nobody signs up. What if nobody signs up, what then do you move the date? Do you change it? Do you do it anyways? Do you do it for one person? Is there a minimum number of humans you would run the thing for?
What do you do? So I'm gonna talk you through three pieces of this.
They're waiting for you. They're scrolling their news feed. They're looking for the right thing at the right time. They're thinking, man, if there was just the right thing, I would hop. And when they see your thing and your marketing and your messaging, they're gonna say, ah, that's it.
Whether it's 10 humans you want in the program, or you just wanna sell one, or maybe you're trying to sell 500 people, this product or service. Go forth as if they need it. And what I mean by that is you show up fully for your program and for your business.
If no one signs up or no one buys it. Hear me out. I know this sounds weird, but check this selling anything will help you sell something. It might not be the thing that you're selling. But by showing up on the internet in the marketplace.
This is who I am. This is the program that I have. This is the service that I'm offering. You are standing in your leadership, your power and your authority again and again and again. And by doing that, people see that you are an expert in this. Now they might not be interested in the particular program or service you offer.

EP18 Building a Brand
You have to craft it and build it in such a way so that your people understand it and know that they should hire you and work with you.
It's all you, and it doesn't have to be any harder than that. You don't have to find a wild and wacky way to connect the dots. And like these things have to make sense. No, they don't. They already do because you're a human and you're interested in these things. That's how they connect. They you're a human you're interested in these things.
Now that we've got that taken care of wrap your brain around that, keep that in. Okay. Now you create a signature service that combines the things that you do, or that focuses on one piece at a time, because I really do believe in selling one thing at a time. Absolutely. However, it could be one thing per social media platform.
For example, you could sell, uh, VIP days on LinkedIn. You sell your evergreen course on Facebook and you're selling a $25 meditation bundle on Instagram.
No issue. They're different streams. Think of them as different TV channels, right? No issue, or if your offers are so distinct and different, right? So let's say you're launching a podcast and you're selling a six month one-on-one coaching program.
So people are smart. They're gonna find their way to you.

EP17 BURNING MAN EXPERIENCE
Why do this crazy thing where you travel from the Midwest, live in the desert for a week and you can't buy anything but ice, you have to bring everything with you and haul it all out because of the possibility, the adventure, the human experience.
That is the beauty and the power of burning man. It's the collective potential. It's the chaos engine. It's the art, it's the human experience. It's the full ride and it is crazy and beautiful and serene and somber and expansive and contracting. It's everything. It's 80,000 people gathered in the desert.
To be themselves to try all the personalities on, to dress up, to dress down, to walk naked into the sunrise, to how as the moon comes up.
And the idea is that we leave no trace, not one spec, not one spec of matter out of place, Mo not even footprints to know that we were there.
It's fun. It's joy. It's innovation. It's creativity. It's a living in the moment. The internet barely works there. Cell phones barely work maybe in the early morning hours. And it's fabulous to be in a group of humans that are just soaking up the experience right in front of them, or having a hard time with it or.
Dancing or laughing or crying or screaming. All of it is possible.
So I love burning man. And I have built my business into burning man and burning man into, by my business.
And let me tell you what I mean by that. It gets to be fun. I get to enjoy it. I get to be creative. I get to do something no one's ever done or seen before in a way. No one's ever done or seen it. And that's the beauty of it that makes it mine. It's my business. It's my work in the world.
And this is why I've built sacred sales priestess, because sacred sales gets to infuse your life, your work, your business, your clients, every interaction, every sales post, every thing you do gets to be infused with sacred sales.

So I know a lot about what makes people tick and what motivates them. And it's freedom. It's vacation time, it's money, but why is it money?
Because money equals freedom. So time is the most luxurious freedom that we have. Time is the wealth and abundance.
I can make more money. I cannot have more time with my babies. You don't get more time. And in capitalism, in the dominant culture of north America in 2022, we've been sold this BS, this idea that in order to increase the productivity and the profit margins of giant corporations, that what we do is we work really, really hard and we run on that hamster wheel.
If you have dreams, if you have goals, if you have a vision of your business, go forth and do it, do it, do it small, do it big. Do it loud. Quit your job. Work a side gig, travel the world. Do whatever the f*ck you wanna do because our time is not guaranteed!
So time is the most luxurious freedom that we have. Time is the wealth and abundance. So what if I told you that through sacred sales priestess, I can save you more time?

I want you to make more money, to get more clients and to have a ton of ease and fun and pleasure and play while you are doing it. I don't believe in the hustle bro culture we've been taught, and I don't believe that it has to feel gross and icky and sticky to make money.
And you don't have to be a broke healer forever.
Money Is energy. It flows from other people to you and through you. When you invest in working with me, it flows to, and through me, I'm not hoarding that money, right? There's this, this sense of expansiveness and where am I placing that money to create the flow and the cycle still? So for me, that looks like investing in other women.

I'm a big believer in starting low in building up in starting at 99 and going higher until you hit a price point of like, you know, what that program maxes out at that. That's what I like charging.
