Tera Carter is a Certified Peer Specialist and mental health advocate. She serves her community as the Alumni Coordinator at Skyland Trail; a premier residential mental health facility and second responder on Georgia’s mobile crisis team that responds to individuals in a mental health and substance abuse crisis. Tera values her relationship with the National Alliance On Mental Illness (NAMI) as a National Trainer and board member of her affiliate in Gwinnett County.
