Its inevitable that as we grow we go through periods of feeling checked out and a bit lost, the key is noticing it when it happens and stepping back to lovingly steer yourself back on course.

Today my body reminded me how bloody incredible it is and so I wanted to come here and talk about it.
Its been a huge journey for me to cultivate the level of trust that I have in my body today and I have to say it all started with detoxing my home. These past 3 weeks Ive been getting out on the road and speaking to more new people than ever about dōTERRA and the world that I do and it really has solidified to me the importance of relationships. If people dont know you, its hard for them to like you, and if they dont like you its impossible for them to trust you.
You have to let the people SEE you - and that can be super vulnerable. But in the words of Marianne Williamson:
"And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, Our presence automatically liberates others."
So go out there and be the lighthouse so your people can find their way.
OK this one is very dōTERRA specific episode but i said what i said. Placement holders are fucking up your business friends - they're causing massive energy leaks and imbalance in your structure.
Build in width, trust the people you partner with. Believe in them and show up as the leader, the rest will fall into place.
