Just as our Creator, God, has three parts (God, Jesus, Holy Spirit), we also have three parts, Spirit, Soul, and Body. Amazing!
In the next two episodes, we explore real and practical ways to care for our whole being (ESPECIALLY as moms!), spirit, soul, and body. Because this is such a huge topic, we had to break it up into two episodes! In this month's episode, we focus primarily on Spirit and Soul care.

We are living in a very interesting time where there is a lot going on in the world. New challenges seem to be appearing everywhere, especially regarding the cost of living, the cost of food, etc.
First off, we want to reassure you that you and your family are going to be OKAY! God's got this and isn't surprised by what's going on. He has the perfect plan for you to get you through this in a good way. Remember, His plans for you are always good (Jeremiah 29:11)!
Secondly, we offer all sorts of tips, tricks, and personal stories regarding our own journeys in being and becoming frugal in this episode. It's challenging and can be scary, but it will be okay. We've made it through and so can you!
