Fraser Bullock is President and CEO of Salt Lake City-Utah Committee for the Games, which works to bring back hosting of Olympic and Paralympic Games in Utah. He is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Sorenson Capital, a private equity firm, which has approximately $2 billion in assets under management. He began his career at Bain & Company, as Consultant and Manager. He then became a founding partner of Bain Capital, a highly successful investment firm based in Boston. In 1999, Fraser became Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. For his Olympic service, he received the Olympic Order in Gold from the International Olympic Committee. Fraser continues to be active in the Olympic movement and has provided advisory services to: the International Olympic Committee, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and several cities hosting Olympic Games. He's been active in his community, including serving as Chairman of the Governor's Education Coalition and as Vice Chair of the Governor's Optimization Commission. He's been inducted into the Utah Technology Council Hall of Fame, receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award from BusinessQ, and has been named Director of the Year by Utah Business. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and they are the parents of five children and 12 grandchildren.
Prior to launching a tech company centered around mentorship, Elisa's experience includes more than 15 years in HR, recruiting and business development primarily with small to mid-sized businesses. She is often an early adopter with a natural curiosity for all things – Especially people! Her passion for the HR profession is obvious: She is a member of the Forbes Human Resource Council, has served as the President for Salt Lake SHRM, co-founded DisruptHR SLC, currently serves as the Past Executive Director for Utah SHRM and acts as an advisor and member of several business-focused groups. Dustin Watkins is a Co-Founder of DataBased. He started DataBased in his brother’s basement and grew the company from 1 to 14 employees in 3 years. Ted Ligety is one of the best giant slalom racers in the history of skiing. At age 21, he shocked the world by becoming the youngest American male to win an Olympic Gold Medal in Alpine Skiing. In 2013, Ted became the first man in 45 years to win three events at the World Championships, and in 2014 he won the first-ever Olympic Gold Medal for the U.S.A. in giant slalom.
