Today's episode is a bit different. As a non-Indigenous person I have decided speak on the recent discoveries of the now 572 and counting, Indigenous souls in Canada due to a cultural genocide of the Indigenous people (residential school systems). I am very fortunate enough to have received a message from a dear friend of mine, Cameron Alexander, an Indigenous, Algonquin person. As a Canadian women, and founder of She Believes I feel that it is my duty to fight for, and support every Indigenous women in Canada and their community. I will continue to educate myself on Indigenous culture, the colonization of the Indigenous population, and Indigeneity.
