Are you feeling frustrated, unfulfilled, as if you're just going through the motions of life? You have found your community! I've been there (I was there for the majority of my life) having my life on autopilot, being the woman everyone wanted me to be, and feeling that I was meant to do more. I got brave and still enough to really uncover what I wanted and I'm here to share my lessons with you to help you navigate through your own journey. I want this podcast to be a place of purposeful community as we discuss small practical steps that will help you maximize how you show up in the world. It is possible to have a life you're excited about, one that you can't wait to get out of bed in the morning, that everyday seems like a new gift. Episodes will consist of things I'm learning, reading, and experiencing (with you right beside me) as we discuss small practical steps that will help you maximize how you show up in the world. Here's to the power of putting attention to intention.
You’ve checked the boxes. Climbed the ladder. Achieved the success the world told you to chase. But if you've ever sat in a moment of "Is this all there is?"—wondering what fulfillment actually looks like—this conversation is for you.
In this episode, I sit down with Amy Blankson, a joy and happiness expert, contributor to Oprah’s Happiness Course, and my co-creator of the Kickass Women’s Retreat. Together, we’re building a space for high-achieving women to unmask their greatness—not by resetting, but by reckoning with the silent sacrifices and redefining what success and joy truly mean.
This isn’t about checking more boxes. It’s about stripping away expectations, reconnecting with what actually feels right, and stepping into the most powerful version of yourself—the one driven by intention and joy, not obligation.
If you’re ready to shed the weight of ‘shoulds’ and reclaim the life you actually want, press play. And if you want to take this journey even deeper, come join us in June at the Kickass Women’s Retreat—a transformational weekend designed to help you unmask, rise, and thrive.

This episode is for the high-achieving woman ready to stop living by expectations and start living with intention, joy, and purpose. 💫
On Attention to Intention, we talk a lot about the loudness of life—and whew, baby, has she been a loud one!
Here we are on 1/27, and it feels like we’ve been living in 2025 for 27 years. The hustle, the pressure, the constant push to achieve, do, and outperform last year—it’s exhausting. And in the midst of it all, who do you begin to sacrifice? Yourself.
In this solo episode, I’m diving into what it means to live in authentic alignment—to reconnect with yourself and show up in a way that feels right, not just to check a box or meet an expectation. Because here’s the truth: you don’t need to silently sacrifice.
I’ll walk you through my 3-step Micro-Moment Blueprint to tackle anxiety and overwhelm in real-time. These steps are simple, actionable, and designed to help you regain clarity and control when life feels anything but manageable.
Your power lies in the moments you choose to stop sacrificing and start aligning.
Standing in the arena beside you.
-your hypewoman, Meg

At 40, I thought menopause was just hot flashes that hit in your 50s—sh*t, was I wrong.
As someone who considers herself educated & in tune with my body: I can not believe how unaware I was about my own body.
As I was sharing what I thought was a panic attack with a dear girlfriend of mine, Kacy Fleming, she dropped a bombshell on me: “Girl, have you heard of perimenopause?”
I came back home & started sharing this with my girlfriends who all said the same thing 'I had no idea'
And with that, this kitchen table conversation was born as a way for us to be educated on our bodies & find language, awareness, community & resources in it.
Kacy Fleming, founder of Fuschia Tent, and menopause whisperer, designed a sanctuary designed to guide women through the transformative journey of perimenopause and beyond. We dive into the signs your body might be screaming at you—ones that could easily be mistaken for anxiety—and talk about how to reclaim your health, energy, and confidence during one of life’s biggest transitions.

The gremlins? They’ve been relentless—showing up uninvited, morphing into new challenges, and testing every ounce of your strength.**
And yet, here you are.
Standing. Growing. Learning.
There’s a past version of you looking at who you are today and saying, “Damn, I am so proud of her.”

What do you do when something doesn't go the way you intended?
Where do you go, mentally?
Do you let the self-loathing gremlins pull up frat party style with a kegger & their buddies & they are full on in your brain?
The repeating the situation. The uncomfortablenesss in your body. The trying to numbe with the things. Until you stuff it down, you don't hear it anymore.
If this hits, my sister: I want to give you the 3-part self-acceptance elixir that I've been whippin up for myself so you can move from a place of self-loathing (because that's really where this need for achievement comes from) to a place of lasting change & that lives in self-acceptance

Whew, baby! Life, she is a lesson curator, isn't she? The lessons she's giving, they just keep dropping. This year has been full of lessons for me & I know it has for you too.
Here’s the thing: when you approach life’s journey with a mindset of learning, you bounce back faster and uncover a better version of yourself on the other side. 💡✨
The evolution of you? What’s on the other end is such a gift. 🎁 But before you can receive those gifts, you have to deal with being uncomfortable & sitting in it.
And let’s be real—it foofin’ sucks when you’re in the middle of it. Change is hard, even when we know it’s good for us. Here’s to being human. 🤍
In this week’s episode of the Attention to Intention Podcast, I’m sharing 3 micro-lessons I’ve had to learn this year. These lessons are helping me look for the wisdom in life’s challenges, lean into the gifts around me, and evolve into a better version of myself. It's my hope, my friend, they inspire you to do the same.

Perfectionism. There's so much more to it than just this need to get the achievement.
This sh*t is deep rooted & it's this self-induced prison that we can place ourselves in (hell I have & sometimes still do!)

We hear this all the time: everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about & rarely do we stop to think about how this is showing up in our life.
For over a decade, I worked with people & never really knew them - the facade BS, the niceities, & who I need to go to for what but never did I stop to really know them.
This conversation today is a direct reflection of that - Lanay Zarallo & I worked side by side for years, felt we had a good relationship, we were both struggling & didn't even realize it (didn't even know it ourselves). Isn't it funny how you can become so immune to going through the motions that you don't even realize you're doing it because you stuffed that sh*t so deep?

You don't experience life, you experience the life you focus on (MIC DROP) and this weeks episode is dedicated to the lessons that life taught me this week.
Life, she can be the greatest teacher of all time, if we shift our mindset to 'what is this teaching me?'
As we pause to listen to our tales, a really cool thing happens, we uncover a tapestry of lessons that illuminate the path towards personal growth, resilience, and self-realization. From the triumph of resilience in the face of failure to the profound revelations that arise from unexpected encounters, each story serves as a beacon of inspiration, reminding us of the immense potential for growth and learning in our own lives.
Grab the earbuds & pull up a seat as dig into the lessons. Here's to looking for them, here's to the lens that emerges & the resilience & optisim & purpose when we reframe the conversations we've never been taught how to have, the one with ourself.

The decision to not say the thing to your partner & harbor the resentment

Are you like 96% of US adults who use their smartphone before bed? or 91% of us who use it in bed.
Hand Raised. There was a time when I slept with it UNDER my pillow.
How we show up for our day starts the night before, my friends & that begins with how we go to sleep. Consider this the opening act of the rock concert of your day.
How we sleep sets the stay for what you dream about, how you wake up and if you put these 3 microsteps in place, you can unlock that inner gut whisper of creativity, of passion, of fulfillment to be able to answer that question 'what do I want'

Did you know that 45% of the decisions we make in a day we don't even consciously do? It's our brain on auto-pilot saying 'you always do this'. I guess the saying living your life on autopilot, has some weight?
I could CRINGE thinking back to all the stupid sh*t & decisions I made because it was comfortable. Never taking to pause and think 'would my future self want this?'
And THAT, my friends & fellow truth-seekers, in what we're talking about today how you can begin to make decisions that support the life you want, not ones you want to hide from & painstakingly guilt yourself over, with this one simple question.

We measure our success in life by what we achieve. What we accomplish.
The Job Title.
The Pay Scale.
The Deals Closed.
The Square Footage of the House.
And then we wonder, when we get there, why we're exhausted & still unfulfilled.
Because we've never been given the toolkit or the language to add in goals that match the life that WE want (not what the outside world told us to do, be, achieve).
In this episode, I share this cool thing that happened to me last month that completely rewired the way I look at goals (and to also prevent me from ending up in fetal position with a meltdown - been there one to many times).

From a young age, we're taught to stay with what we're good at & we'll be rewarded for it.
Thanks world for having us becoming paralyzed to do anything that we'll 'fail at', that we'll suck at, that the outside world would judge us on.
We praise accomplishments. We praise successes.
What if we put a different spin on failure? What if we celebrated it and the lesson in it?
That's what we're talking about - failure: eating the shit sandwich because as much as it's not glamorous, we all have to do it & that is OK.

We are so quick to forgive others yet have such difficulty showing the same kindness to ourselves.
We'll beat ourselves for things we did, things we didn't do, and will let it linger and paralyze for years.
We're never really taught how to have those conversations with us & how to 'let it go', are we?
My dear friend & badass beautiful human, Dr. Brandi, is talking to us about that - the courage & the conversations to forgive yourself first.

How Are You? No really, how are you?
I'm not looking for the façade kind that you give to the colleague or to the neighbor 'I'm fine', 'It's fine'
Really, how are you?
When was the last time you allowed yourself to be honest with yourself about how you're doing?
When was the last time you had the courage to share it with someone else?
We cover this & more in todays episode.

You ever have two people who can see the same thing, hear the same conversation & report it in two entirely different scenarios. That's because our thoughts, our feelings, our beliefs all tie into how we experience life. Here's what's cool - you control that.
On this episode, we share three microsteps (can be done in 10 minutes or less) that you can do to infuse more happiness into your life, which will impact the lens at which you look through the world.

You know that Friday feeling where you wake up & your body feels exhausted & you're achy and you're tired and you think 'I just have to get through this day' so you can come home at the end of it and collapse on the couch
Feel like you're going through the motions?
The task list of life getting longer & your time running shorter so you feel like you're always running like a robot?
We're talking about this today. The two selves each and every one of us have. The essential self (who you are intrinsically, those deep gut whispers that light our soul on fire) & the social self (the person we're cultured to be).
When you're able to dance between the both of the selves, that's where the magic is, that's where you come alive, that's where you begin to create a life that you don't need to run away from.
You'll walk away from this episode with the beginning pillars to answer that difficult question: what do I want in life.

What we don't give nearly enough airtime to, is the time & the peace that comes from hitting the pause button and celebrating all the 'wins' in our life, at any given moment. The sun in your face when driving, watching the dog with the excitement of going outside, or if you're like me - looking in the backyard, hearing the birds chirping & finding such peace in that moment.
My dear friend & beautiful human being, Milena Regos, embodies just that with her movement, Unhustle.

You ever have that feeling like the rest of the world got into this cool secret society and that you're on the outside looking in, saying please let me in
Feeling like an outsider - like the thing you want will never work out for you bc you're to old, to young, to fat, not smart enough, things never work out (let the list continue)
So you see people getting the things you want and that voice inside your head telling you that you'll never get it, get's louder & louder & louder so you run for the comfort (the email, the booze, the food - what is it to get away from that uncomfortable feeling)
This one hits close to home, my friends. Being the chubby girl from Central PA, raised by a single mama, humble beginnings, C+ student - I never felt like I knew my place in the world - UNTIL I began this practice that I'm going to share with you.

There's this interesting thing that happens in life that we don't give nearly enough airtime to.
A situation / a conversation happens and you become labeled as something. Not good at math (hand raised), not academic, not athletic, etc, etc, etc
These labels then get implanted as self stories & speak to you ALL day long in ways that you were never taught to question.
The voice in your head that tells you to not speak up in that meeting.
The voice that tells you your boss will never go for that so you stay quiet.
The voice that tells you that your partner will never do that so you say nothing.
The voice that tells you that you'll never lose the weight.
My Friends - we CAN change the narrative of those stories that are a barrier to living your best life & we're doing that in this episode.

Sunday scaries get the best of you? You starting thinking about Monday & within 5 minutes you're already knee deep in the rollercoaster of guilt, fear, and anxiety while you body hasn't even left the room your in.
What does this 'stuck' feeling really mean and how can we use it as a guiding force versus the demon we think it is.

What happened in our life that got us addicted to the drug of achievement?

If you have an all season pass to the rollercoaster of comparison - you, my friends, are not alone - hell our society has made a lot of money on selling us things so that we can 'fit into' our peer group.
We get hooked on this thief of comparison which makes us feel guilty about our past, gives us anxiety of the future, and robs us of the current moment we're in.
On this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we talk about getting off the rollercoaster of comparison and granting yourself peace and calmness with this one simple act.

What do you see when you look in the mirror?
Is it someone that you've ignored, ridiculed, abandoned
On this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we talk about the most important relationship you'll ever have in life - the one with yourself - the one that we're not ever taught how to love, nurture, and show up for.
When we don't value ourselves, we're constantly looking for validation from the outside world to tell us that we're worthy.
We'll share intentional microsteps on how you can stop criticizing the person looking back at you in the mirror and begin to show up for that person.

In our society we view jealousy as something negative: we should be happy and grateful with what have (etc, etc, etc).
We've been looking at this all wrong - the act of jealousy is actually giving us clues about waht we want in our lives.
In this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we discuss how to lean into these feelings of jealousy: what are they teaching us and how can we use them to discover what we really want in our lives.
Jealousy isn't the enemy - it's the universal clue to who you want to be and how to get there.

What did the world tell you about yourself that you've been harboring since the time of its inception?
Was it that you're not smart enough, not pretty enough, that your body wasn't right?
On this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we talk about the impact of the words used to describe us when we were young and how it's branded us like a permanent tattoo for a lifetime.
It's not the words that have the most impact - it's what the words do to you.
We talk about how these 'labels' have you acting & behaving in a certain manner & once you begin to realize the labels placed on you & remove the heavy boulder laid on you by the world - it's amazing what will show up in your life.

Have you ever had those moments when you look in the mirror and you think 'I don't even know who that person is?'
We all have! Throughout the journey of life and the weight of the world, we move away from what we enjoyed so much in life and into a world of 'busy, busy, busy' and 'do, do, do' & we begin to lose ourselves without realizing it
That's what we're taking about today - what returning to yourself really means and how you can take steps to reawaken that voice inside you. You're not a $10 dollar bill - you haven't gone away.

How many times in a day do you wear a 'mask' so you can fit into the crowd?
We have such this fear of speaking up and speaking our truths because we are afraid that we'll be 'alone' - excluded from the pack (and I get that, that's part of our DNA) however it gets to a point that we turn to masks to 'fit in'.
If you knew that you were protected and never really alone - what would you say, what would you, how would you up in the world?
That's what we're talking about today -being aware of the masks that we wear, placing them down, finding the courage to speak our truth, and allowing the universe to connect with us & let us know that there is a plan beyond our own.
