Have you ever met someone whose life is a beacon of conviction, illuminating the essence of faith and purity? Monique's narrative, which she unveils with heartening candor, is exactly that—a luminescent testament to living a spiritually guided life from the formative years. Her tale takes us from a childhood rooted deeply in Christian faith, under the nurturing guidance of her mother in sunny Southern California, to standing firm in her beliefs amidst the high school hallways. It's a journey marked by steadfast adherence to her favorite scripture, Matthew 5:44, and the extraordinary miracles that have punctuated her path, deepening her resolve in the omnipresence of God.

Yet there's a counter-current to her story that's equally compelling—embracing the road less traveled of singleness and purity in a society that often challenges such choices. Monique has penned her insights in "Pursuing Purity Under Pressure," navigating through the overlooked whys of abstinence and shedding light on its personal and spiritual rewards. Her latest work, "Satisfyingly Single for Now," takes listeners through the fulfilling aspects of living a single life, all the while laying the groundwork for potential future relationships. Her words resonate with encouragement, advocating for a life of contentment and self-improvement, with a dash of unwavering faith for those on their own spiritual voyages. Join us for a conversation that promises not just to inspire but also to empower listeners in their pursuit of a life anchored in purpose and divine connection.Let’s Grow in Christ Together! 🌱

Today we're talking about meatless Monday. Now, I know what you're probably thinking: "Are you kidding? Meatless Monday? That's so boring!" But listen up—I'm here to tell you that meatless Mondays are the best thing that ever happened to me.

First of all, it's good for the planet. Meat production is one of the top contributors to greenhouse gas emissions. And you probably already know that eating less meat is better for your health—but did you know that it can also boost your mood? There's a reason vegetarians seem so happy: they have lower levels of an amino acid called homocysteine, which has been linked to depression and mood disorders.

Also studies show that eating less meat can help reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, and it can also help improve your overall health. And if that's not enough for you, consider this: by cutting out meat just one day a week, you'll save approximately $750 over the course of a year!

So what are you waiting for? Get out there and make your life better with a meatless Monday!

It's a new year, and that means it's time for a new you! This year is going to be better than last year. So how are we going to make that happen? Let's talk about 3 tips for making this year your best yet
.
📍Step#1: Take time to reflect on where you are right now and how far you've come. It's easy to lose sight of the progress we've made when things aren't going our way, so take some time each day to remind yourself that you're moving in the right direction—even if it doesn't feel like it right now!
📍Step #2: Set goals for yourself and write them down! Having clear goals will help keep you focused on what matters most this year and give you something to strive towards as soon as things get hard (and they will).

📍Step  #3: Make sure you're giving yourself space to grow and learn from mistakes without beating yourself up over them. We all have setbacks sometimes; just keep moving forward even when things don't go according to plan!

In this episode, we're talking about the season of newness. God is doing a new thing. No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and neither has it entered into the hearts of men what God has for you this year. Make sure you set goals!

This is an exciting time of year—a time when we look forward to prosperity and abundance in our lives. But as we start thinking about the year ahead, I think it's important to remember that God is always doing something new. And that means everyday you can start experiencing His goodness!

I know that sometimes it's hard to believe that there are things out there that you have yet to discover or experience. But I believe that if we keep our eyes and heart set on God , we'll find plenty of evidence for hope in the future!

Happy  Fearless Friday! 🥳

In this episode, we'll be talking about fear. We all know that it's not good for us, but how do we overcome it? How can we push past our fears and get the things done that need to be done?

Let's start with a quote from Mark Twain: "Do the thing you fear most and the death of fear is certain."

Today we're going to talk about what it means to do the thing you fear most, and how that can help bring the death of fear into your life.

I know, I know—it sounds like a pretty big promise. But we're going to get there together, and in today's episode,( 4 part series) we'll go over what it means to do the thing you fear most, and how that might be different from what you think it would be.

First things first: let's talk about why this is such an important topic. We all know that fear is something that holds us back, but sometimes we don't even realize how much it's hurting us until we try something new and realize how much our fears were holding us back from life-changing experiences.

The Bible says in 2 Timothy 1:7 that God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control (NIV).

So how does that work for us? Well, first off…If you're ready to take charge of your life and stop letting fear dictate everything you do, then this episode is for YOU!

So let's get started!

Hi Podcast Family 💕

Now, a lot of people might think that the only partnership God is interested in is the one between you and Him. That's not true! God is a God of relationships, and He wants us to cultivate meaningful ones with other people as well. These relationships can be marriages, friendships, mentoring relationships—you name it! I believe that this is the season of RELEASE for Kingdom Relationships💕God Bless You!

Faith Application:
Step 1. Have Persistent Faith in God
Step 2. Believe YOU ARE Worthy
Step 3. Trust God AT ALL TIMES

Scripture Reference
Ecclesiastes 3 1-8 "3 For everything there is a season, and a time for every [a]purpose under heaven: 2 a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 *a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.

Hebrew 13:2* Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

David and Jonathan's Friendship
1 Samuel 18 1-4 As soon as he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul. 2 And Saul took him that day and would not let him return to his father's house. 3 Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. 4 And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt.

Hey Podcast Family, ❤️

You know what I always say: in spite of it all, still I rise. And that's why I'm here—to help you keep rising, even when things are looking a little grim.

Today we're talking about three ways to keep the faith when you're facing setbacks. Don't let setbacks keep you back! Stay determined and know that all things are working together for your good. Here are three tips to help you stay positive during tough times:

1) Don't panic! Take a deep breath and remember that God is with you no matter what; He never leaves us or forsakes us (Hebrews 13:5).

2) Remember that there's always more than one way to do something; if one thing doesn't work out, try something else! (Proverbs 18:15)

3) Don't give up! Keep going until you get there; don't give up on your dreams because life isn't always fair (Romans 8:28).

Consider it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. ✨James 1:2-4✨

I know the feeling. You're going through a tough time, and you don't know how to handle it. You feel like you're drowning in your sorrows. I know because I've been there too!

But James says to us "Consider it all joy" when we face trials—and he doesn't mean just when we win against them or get through them successfully. He means every single moment of the trial itself.

In this episode of the Living Unapologetically Podcast, I'll talk about how to see the joy in your trails. 💕I know it's hard to believe, but trails are a good thing.

That's right: your trials are actually a blessing. In this episode of Consider it All Joy, I'll discuss how God uses trial to refine our character, build our faith and help us grow in love for him and others.

So if you're facing trials right now—don't give up! God is using them to build your character so that you can be his strength when others are weak.💕

Hello Podcast Family!!! 🥳
Happy April ❤️
If you're just starting to dive into the world of entrepreneurship, you might find yourself swamped with so many options that you don't know where to start.

There are literally thousands of niches out there, and each one has its own particular set of benefits. But if you're having trouble choosing a niche, we have a few tips for narrowing things down.

First things first, though: what is a niche? A niche is basically a sub-section of an industry. For example, carpet cleaning could be considered a niche under the larger umbrella of house cleaning, or wedding photography might be considered a niche under the larger umbrella of photography.Once you've chosen your niche, then we'll discuss a few ways to make it profitable.

Next, consider who your target client might be. What problem will your niche solve? You'll want to do some research here—who are the people that make up this particular community?

Lastly, Keep in mind I attempt to  make this discovery as simple as possible , take all the notes you need ❤️

There's no secret to productivity but consistent habits are incredibly important. Productivity is also about your state of mind, and how you approach work. It's about having the right tools that make it easy for you to get things done.

This podcast episode is created for people just like you get more out of their day and feel empowered to pursue their ambitions in business and life.
