As 2023 ends, many of us are getting into preparation mode for 2024. Instead, in this episode, I take you on a review of your past responses to God’s ideas, solutions, and instructions.
If you know exactly how you respond to anything God tells you about yourself or other people, you will know how to get anything you desire from God. Many of the problems we have can be solved by paying attention to whatever God tells us and taking action.
So in Episode 24 of my book reading, I provide a simple system to help you become the action-taker God needs you to be as you prepare for the New Year (2024).
P.S. The small task I shared toward the end was an activity I read in one of Julia Cameron’s books.

**Do you often stand still in fear and doubt when God asks you to do something that scares you? In my experience of hearing God and enjoying divine guidance, I have learned that when God gives us an instruction that seems bigger than us, he will always give us a simple step to start with.
If you can only crawl, God will not ask you to walk. If you can only swim, God will not ask you to fly. If you can only walk, God will not ask you to run. In short, when God asks you to do something, he will always allow you to start with something already within your ability or capacity.
As you listen to this 22nd reading and discussion of my memoir, Me, You, the Holy Spirit**, I hope you draw the courage you need to do that difficult thing God asks you to do. If God drops an idea in your spirit, he will not leave you confused or overwhelmed.
Trust God to guide you because he will never mislead you. Enjoy your listening!

Season 5, Episode 11: When Hearing God Becomes Second Nature to You | Episode 11 | Me, You, the Holy Spirit | Read My Book with Me | September 12, 2022
00:00 - 00:36 Podcast Intro
00:37 - 07:58 Book Reading
07:59 - 19:15 Daily Entry Discussion
19:16 - 20:05 Prayer
20:06 - 21:45 Closing
A major experience of hearing God as second nature to me was giving this episode its title. Usually, I start recording my podcast episodes without knowing what I’m going to say. I just get my book, sit down in my wardrobe, and speak. The words come to me NATURALLY.
The same thing applies to the episode titles. For this one, the phrase “second nature” slipped into my mind even without me knowing it. I wasn’t even sure of the meaning, and so God led me to Google the meaning of second nature.
That’s how it feels to be able to hear God naturally. Your life becomes so ordered and directed that you’re not fully conscious of it. Instructions are given to you by the second, and you just find yourself doing things even without pausing to wonder or ask questions.
And the best part of it is, at this stage, you rarely doubt that God is the one speaking to you. Because you’ve become so familiar with how he speaks to you that you just obey naturally. That’s what it feels like when hearing God becomes second nature to you.
Listen to this episode with an authentic heart, and discover how you can become so accustomed to hearing God’s voice. Enjoy your listening!

Episode Title: Zelophehad’s Daughters, a Podcast Play | Reenacting Bible Stories | Episode 4 | African Audio Drama | Mother isn’t Murder
It’s so nice to know that God cares about women's rights and female inheritance. This reality emphasizes the fact that we are equal in God’s sight and no gender is more important than the other. Girls aren't less capable than boys.
With the story of Zelophehad’s five daughters, we discover that God has always had a plan that allows, encourages, and supports women to be changemakers.
Re-enacting this Bible story is my way of echoing this truth - women are free to be, to rule, to lead, to become, to evolve, to create, to own, and to be seen. The girl child matters, and she deserves to be treated with love, respect, and acceptance.
Together, we can make our world more livable by acknowledging women's rights to education, empowerment, and leadership. Girls and women matter because God says so!
Experience Zelophehad’s daughters with me as I reenact this Bible story in my unique style of solo voice performing, mixing languages, and representing the African culture on my podcast show, Mother isn’t Murder.

Tumi, a Podcast Play | Episode 10 | An African Audio Drama
"Tumi, a Podcast Play" is an African audio drama about a mother who almost loses everything. When Tumi returns with her two kids to her parents after her husband neglects them, she suffers from chronic depression and has to fight hard for her life.
In this final episode (Episode 10) of Tumi, a podcast play, Tumi attempts suicide the second time and is rushed to the hospital by a kind neighbor. There, the doctor diagnoses her with chronic depression, places her on medications, and counsels her on how to continue life after a failed marriage.
This story was inspired by the real-life experiences of some stay-at-home moms I have met, and I share it to celebrate the brave warriors that they are.

Mother isn't Murder
Season 5, Episode 9: You Need More than Church-Going to Hear God | Episode 9 | Me, You, the Holy Spirit | Read My Book with Me | September 10, 2022
00:00 - 00:36 Podcast Intro
00:37 - 06:20 Book Reading
06:21 - 25:46 Daily Entry Discussion
25:47 - 26:23 Prayer
26:24 - 27:17 Closing
Going to church alone isn’t going to make you get better at hearing God. Because the religion of keeping Saturday or Sunday is incomplete in itself to help you get closer to God.
So you need two more primary ingredients to complete the triangle of connecting with God. And they’re personal time with God and devotion to humanity. God loves every single person in this world, and he’s counting on you and me to show them his love.
In this episode of reading Me, You, the Holy Spirit, you get reminded of our duties as Christians, beyond the cyclical drama of church-going, camps, conventions, and religious events.
Listen to this episode with an open mind and discover how you can hear God better by spending more time with him and caring more about other people in the world. Enjoy your listening!

Episode Title: Raping Tamar, a Podcast Play | Reenacting Bible Stories | Episode 3 | African Audio Drama | Mother isn’t Murder
It’s sad that rape and sexual assault have existed since Bible times. It’s even sadder that people continue to believe that they can take others by force (without their consent).
Re-enacting the Bible story of Tamar’s rape by her step-brother, Amnon was a very disturbing experience for me. First, because I couldn’t get over the fact that his cousin (Jonadab) suggested the rape. And second, even when King David heard of it, he only got angry. But he did nothing.
It is WRONG to let rapists go scot-free, irrespective of who they are to the victim/abused. Absalom, Tamar’s brother waited two years to kill Amnon, which was more than enough time for their father, King David, to act. Honestly, I don’t understand why the king didn’t get justice for Tamar.
What’s the summary? Rape is a grievous crime that deserves to be punished. I know God hates it, and he’s counting on us to speak up for the victims of rape.
If we can’t protect them, let’s get justice for them.
Experience Tamar’s rape with me as I reenact this Bible story in my unique style of solo voice performing, mixing languages, and representing the African culture on my podcast show, Mother isn’t Murder.

Episode Title: Hannah’s Vow, a Podcast Play | Reenacting Bible Stories | Episode 1 | African Audio Drama | Mother isn’t Murder
If you’re familiar with what women go through when they’re married without children, Hannah’s Vow will resonate with you. Even in Africa, waiting mothers are still castigated, mocked, and scoffed at for not bearing children.
The pressure from family, friends, and complete strangers on social media becomes so much that these women lose their happiness, lose all motivation to keep living, and even lose weight.
I have re-enacted the story of Hannah, the mother of Prophet Samuel, in the Bible to show two things. One, God has always cared about women who go through verbal and emotional abuse due to not having kids, and two, he will make them mothers in his own time.
If we’d be honest with ourselves, not having children yet isn’t something many people can control. So this is my way of spreading awareness - LET WAITING MOTHERS BREATHE! And if you care enough about them, PRAY for THEM.

Season 5, Episode 7: How Asking “HOW” and “WHAT” Questions Helps You To Hear God Clearly | Episode 7 | Me, You, the Holy Spirit | Read My Book with Me | September 8, 2022
00:00 - 00:36 Podcast Intro
00:37 - 03:50 Book Reading
03:51 - 16:14 Daily Entry Discussion
16:15 - 16:40 Prayer
16:41 - 18:59 Closing
One of the quickest ways to NOT hear God is to pray without actually asking the RIGHT questions. When you have problems and difficulties, how do you ask God for solutions?
How do you ‘word’ your prayers and requests? Do you just complain and rant off? Or do you take the time to make your request in a way that you can open your mind to the divine in anticipation of a response?
To hear God’s voice clearly, you need to get used to asking HOW and WHAT questions instead of WHY questions. You don’t own God, and he is not subject to you.
So when you need his help for anything, choose instead to ask HOW you can do something or WHAT you can do about something. As you’ll hear in this episode, while I read my book to you, you’ll almost always hear from God better when you ask him open-ended questions. Listen and enjoy!

There’s no limit to what God can speak to you about, and that’s why when you’re expecting to hear from God, being open-minded is golden. From your fashion sense to your health choices, your friendships to your bedtime, God is more than concerned about all that matters to you.
So don’t listen to the sentiment that God only cares about your spiritual life. Yes, your spiritual life matters to God. But your life is more than spiritual - you have your physical well-being, mental health, financial aspects, and emotional state of mind.
These things are equally important to God, and he can speak to you about them, including your social interactions and relationships. So, being able to hear from God on any of these areas of your life implies that when you have questions about anything at all, God has all the answers you need. And when you feel confused, anxious, or afraid, God has solutions as well.
Remember that God can speak to you through the Holy Spirit so that you receive the instructions you need for every stage of your life. You just need to set your mind on the right things, be courageous enough to obey him no matter what and continue to depend on him to guide you.
That’s exactly how to get better at hearing from God and living a life of peace and satisfaction. And this is what this episode of reading my book, Me, You, the Holy Spirit, focuses on.

Mother isn't Murder
Season 5 Episode 2: How to Hear from God | Read My Book With Me | Me, You, the Holy Spirit: September 3, 2022Me, You, the Holy Spirit Book Reading (2nd)
If you're someone who hears from God, it may be hard to share your encounters with people around you. Perhaps because they won't believe you; they'd say you're imagining things or they'd call you all sorts of names.
So when you talk about being able to hear God, don't expect everybody to listen to you. Expect people to judge you and mock you. Don't be disappointed when those who should listen to you ignore you or get rid of you.
Your ability to know when God is speaking to you is a gift that you should not ignore or abandon. Many people wish that they knew how to hear God's voice because their lives would be clearer, more defined, and less stressful.
So as you listen to me read my book, Me, You, the Holy Spirit, about my encounters with God and how I'm able to hear God's voice clearly, I hope you muster the courage to listen closely to that still small voice in your spirit and act on the instructions you receive - irrespective of what people will say or do to you.

When God seems silent, it might be difficult to continue to trust him. You may have things that you need him to address; yet, you can't hear him telling you what to do.
While this may not be a comfortable place to be, remember that it's ok if God chooses to be quiet at some point. However, you have his Word (the Bible), and you have his Holy Spirit to guide you.
If you'll read his Word consistently, you'll continually enjoy his guidance. If you obey God consistently, he'll continue to guide you. If you keep an ongoing relationship with God, it'll be easy to trust him even on days when it seems you can't hear him.
Take God's silence as a sign to check yourself and determine if you're on the right track. And if you're sure that you're on the right path, trust that he can't abandon you. He must have a reason for the silence.
When it feels like God is silent, remember that he's promised to keep in perfect peace he whose heart is stayed on him. Keep trusting. Keep listening. Keep believing.

Every perfect thing requires intention. Nothing truly beautiful happens by chance. And that's why God himself said, 'Let there be light.'
God's intention at the beginning of the world was that the earth would become a bright place, and there'll be day and night and beautiful people and places. His words were his intentions, and the universe responded with action and execution.
Without setting your intentions, you'll be going into 2023 clueless and unprepared. You'll be undecided about what you want.
Setting intentions involves trusting the Almighty to breathe life into your dreams. It means that you trust God enough to look out for you. It means that you're willing and ready to define what you expect from the new year and are not afraid to put it into words.
So when you set your intentions, what you're saying is,
'I know what I want. This is it. I'm saying it out loud. I'm writing it down. I will back it up with action. It will happen. It's happening already. I am creating the life that I want. I am a co-creator with the Big Creator of the Universe.'
That's what it means to set your intentions. So decide today to figure out the things you want for the New Year. It's not about setting a resolution. It's not about writing 365 goals or even 12 goals.
It's about putting into words the things you want to birth into existence. It's like knowing the end of a story even before the story begins.
With intentions, you accept your role as author, scriptwriter, narrator, director, producer, character - EVERYTHING - protagonist!
Because yes, it's about you FIRST! And if you don't set your intentions, if you don't write down your intentions, anything will be thrown at you. And you'll receive it like a victim.
Don't be that person. Don't take that route. Don't live a pity-full life.
Embrace your desires. Word them into life. Write them down. And receive them into your consciousness every day.
Make your intentions for 2023 known to yourself. And trust the Almighty to lead you to actions that will lead to their execution.
In this episode, you'll learn why you need to set intentions and how they can determine how memorable your year will be.

“When God speaks, he does not give new revelation about himself that contradicts what he has already revealed in Scripture. Rather, God speaks to give application of his Word to the specific circumstances in your life. When God speaks to you, he is not writing a new book of Scripture; rather, he is applying to your life what he has already said in his Word.”
― Henry T. Blackaby, Hearing God's Voice
Being able to distinguish between God's voice and your thoughts can sometimes be difficult. And I know this because I've had days when I'd ask myself if I was hearing God's voice or if it was just my thoughts playing out.
I've also had many people send me messages to ask how to differentiate between God's voice and their voice. This is what I think: if you'd get used to recognizing God's voice as different from yours or even Satan's, you'll need to know a number of things.
It's not something you'd become great at in one day. You'll need some time to master his voice and how he speaks to you. But above all, the most important thing is that whatever you hear in your spirit must agree with whatever is already in God's word. Because God will never contradict himself.
In this episode, you'll learn the 5 ways I'm able to distinguish God's voice from my voice. And I'm positive that they'll help you too.

“Writing is medicine. It is an appropriate antidote to injury. It is an appropriate companion for any difficult change.” – Julia CameronIf you've always wanted to develop hearing from God, journaling is a great way to start. It helps you to pour out your heart to God without the fear of being judged or condemned.
When you pray to God through journaling, you're able to hear what he thinks and receive clear solutions to your problems. In this episode, you'll hear me read 3 pages of my journal on October 17, 2022.
I read out these pages and shared how God gave me the answer I was seeking just as I was writing. Hearing God's voice through journaling is way better than talking to a friend or just anybody because you're sure of the solutions you receive.
So at the end of this episode, you'd have learned what you can do to hear God speak through journaling. God is willing to speak to you, and his voice can seep through your spirit without distractions and noise.
Feel free to write down anything and ask God open-ended questions. That's when you'll hear God's voice clearly.
If you want to hear God's voice, my new book (eBook) shows you the different ways God can speak to you. It's titled Me, You, the Holy Spirit: How to Hear from the Holy Spirit and Act on His Guidance even When You have Doubts

“Hearing God’s voice is indispensable to moving through or around closed doors.”
― Gary Rohrmayer
Without specific daily habits, it's impossible to hear the voice of God. In this episode, you'll learn some of the best ways to hear from God regularly and live a guided life.
It's never enough to consult people and take advice from every friend out there. You need to get to a place where God's opinions are the most important to you. So if you're wondering, "How can I train myself to hear God?", this episode teaches you seven habits you can develop to become better at hearing the voice of God.
Hearing God requires you to remove distractions, pause to be present, and get rid of anything that makes God unhappy. So make a decision to try out these habits in the coming year.
Even if you can't inclucate all 7 of them, decide to commit to at least one of them if you're concerned about hearing God's voice.
In the new year, commit to hearing from God. Let God lead you, and you'll live a fabulously amazing year.
If you want to hear God's voice, my new book (eBook) shows you the different ways God can speak to you. It's titled Me, You, the Holy Spirit: How to Hear from the Holy Spirit and Act on His Guidance even When You have Doubts

“When we set our intention to connect every aspect of ourselves to the divine, we allow God to guide us on every level. We can become a channel and let ourselves be divinely led.”
― Catherine Carrigan, Reading the SoulHave you been thinking, "How do I ask God for the Holy Spirit?" or "Will God give me the Holy Spirit if I ask?" Without the Holy Spirit, you don't get to enjoy that day-to-day connection with the Almighty concerning every area of your life.
It's possible to go to church and learn about enjoying a personal relationship with God. But there's nothing more important than knowing that you have easy access to a higher power that can help you live life with more clarity, confidence, and certainty.
So if you'd like to enjoy the power of the Holy Spirit, all you need to do is ask God, because the Holy Spirit is a gift from God. When he comes into your life, he shows you how to make decisions concerning anything that matters to you including your family, finances, friendships, business goals, and more.
Asking God for the gift of the Holy Spirit begins with a simple prayer and simple steps, and this episode teaches you what you need to know and do. At the end of this listening experience, you will be sure that if you ask God for the Holy Spirit, he will give him to you. Why not use that story and message to serve others and grow a real business doing it?" - Brendon BurchardIf you ask me, the one reason I've been able to build an online business is that I have listened to God to OPEN my mouth and not keep silent. When you stay quiet about your story and experiences, you reduce your chances of touching lives and changing the world.
In this episode, you'll learn how Moses learned to speak to Pharaoh with confidence. Getting the people of Israel out of Egypt was a big assignment for someone that stutters. Yet, he chose God-confidence over his fears.
This episode is a replay of one online training I hosted sometime in August. Yet, its truths live on. If you cling to God and recognize the fact that he's the source of your existence and assignment in life, you WILL SPEAK and not be afraid of anyone or anything. Choose God-confidence!

“You don’t start out writing good stuff. You start out writing crap and thinking it’s good stuff, and then gradually you get better at it. That’s why I say one of the most valuable traits is persistence." ― Octavia E. Butler
This is exactly how I started writing on Fiverr in 2017. I knew that I wasn't so good from the start, but I was ready to keep improving. And improve, I did.
In this episode, you'll listen to me share my experience as a Content Writer on Fiverr that started out in 2017 because I couldn't get a job after graduation and the national youth service corp program.
You'll learn how I kept getting better even when I became a wife and mom, and how I transitioned into my online IELTS training business in 2021.
Finally, you'll learn all the tools and resources that have helped me to become a better writer in the last five years.
At the end of this episode, you will feel encouraged and ready to take action to become a better writer.

Cheers to a new season of giving, sharing, and growing.
I have learned over the years that when one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear. -Rosa Parks
And this quote about sums up my life since 2020. Everything I have done to become a better woman and mother - which I gladly share in this episode - are the reasons fear hardly holds me back.
Knowing that I can reduce my fear by taking action is one of the simplest medicines for finding yourself. And in this training audio replay, you'll learn many of the things that helped me to move from afraid to confident.
At the end of the episode, you'll know what to do right away to take risks and do those things that scare you, knowing that your fear will get smaller when you are in motion.

I'm so excited to be back this year. It's the first episode in 2022. Thank you so much for continuing to listen and learn with me.
Cheers to a new season of giving, sharing, and growing.
"Faith is a living, daring confidence in God’s grace, so sure and certain that a man could stake his life on it a thousand times." - Martin LutherWhen you choose to live every new day with the assurance that God can help you become a confident person, then you'll gladly do the little things that will take you there.
Being confident isn't necessarily about standing and bragging in front of a crowd. Instead, it's about being fully aware of yourself, your abilities, and your assignment.
Confidence is faith in God's leading and guidance, and in this episode, you'll learn some of the things I've been guided to do in my own life to become more in terms with myself and at peace with my reality.
This episode is the first in Season Two of the Podcast, Mother isn't Murder. And the goal of this season is to bring you closer to some of the training sessions I have hosted in 2022 to help people become more confident in God and less afraid to live their lives in its fullness.
You'll be listening to the audio versions of the recorded video training sessions - so note that I'd refer to my screen at various points. But you won't miss a thing.
Overall, I hope that the message in this first episode stays with you and that you enjoy all of it including my kids' presence. Kofoworola and Ibidunni are always present with me during my training sessions.

“Taking responsibility for oneself is by definition an act of kindness.” ― Sharon Salzberg, author. But does this mean that everything that happens in your life is your fault? Maybe not. However, this means that you can control certain things in your life. Just as I took charge of my 2021 by listening to my intuition (which is God's way of speaking to me) and obeying every instruction I received. These major actions were the reason I moved from being broke at the start of 2021 to making roughly two million Naira without leaving my home. As a stay-at-home mom, the fear of missing out can be a thing. Listen to this episode and learn what you can do to move from BROKE to ABUNDANT. And don't forget to send me your messages on Instagram @motherisntmurder.
"What greater thing is there for two human souls, than to feel that they are joined for life–to strengthen each other in all labor, to rest on each other in all sorrow, to minister to each other in silent unspeakable memories at the moment of the last parting? - George Eliot. This quote fully describes what marriage is - a place where two people support each other. But many times, we're made to believe that when we get married, we should do EVERYTHING with our spouse. I hope this episode convinces you otherwise. And you listen to this episode by Oprah Winfrey - https://open.spotify.com/episode/06rFpU1HRfL78w2GtBiVNU?si=jkIh2jIQRLGFgDvFBgSJew - to discover how you can be your own person. I'd love to hear from you. So feel free to send me a message on Instagram @motherisntmurder.
"Books are good company, in sad times and happy times, for books are people – people who have managed to stay alive by hiding between the covers of a book." - E. B. WhiteIt's easy to get so engrossed in life happenings that you forget to nurture your mind. And before long, you might begin to feel empty and dead inside. Good books can be the compass your life needs to find your purpose.
In this episode, you'll learn the 3 main books that have shaped my life in 2021. What book are you reading? Send me the title and summary on Instagram @motherisntmurder. I'd love to hear from you.
"I think everybody should study ants. They have an amazing four-part philosophy. Never give up, look ahead, stay positive and do all you can." - Jim Rohn. What if you could change your life by taking some time to examine your life and change the things that aren't right? One remarkable thing about ants is that they TAKE ACTION. So what actions do you need to take in your life today? Visit https://www.motivatingthemasses.com/28-days-to-results/ to get the self-assessment sheet or send me a message at @motherisntmurder on Instagram.
An Irish Proverb says, "A good laugh and a long sleep are the two best cures for anything." And I totally agree. What if the only reason behind being unproductive each day is the fact that you're not getting enough sleep? Sleep is one of those things we most take for granted. However, from my own experience, I've found that the results I achieve daily are closely tied to the amount and quality of sleep I get at night. Can you say the same? Listen to this episode to learn how sleep shapes your life, and remember to try the action step at the end. I'd love to hear from you - let's connect on Instagram @motherisntmurder.
“Chase your dreams and your nightmares will grow tired of chasing you.” - Matshona Dhliwayo.Wishing your life was easier, better, or happier wouldn't do anything good for you. Life is in the living, and until you go for the life you truly want, you might remain broke, unhappy, and unfulfilled. I hope that the prose poem about Talita gives you the right perspective and you take some time to carry out the action step at the end. Did you enjoy this episode? Send me a message on Instagram @motherisntmurder.
In Beau Taplin's words, "Self-love is an ocean and your heart is a vessel. Make it full, and any excess will spill over into the lives of the people you hold dear. But you must come first." What does it feel like to give and give and forget that you also need to receive? That's how busy motherhood can get, but it doesn't have to be so. Pause and remember that YOU MATTER TOO. YOU MATTER FIRST. Your kids need your love and care, but you are also important. Enough of forgetting yourself. Enjoy the prose poem at the start and make sure you try the action step at the end. And remember to connect with me on Instagram - @motherisntmurder.
Oprah Winfrey says, "A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself." And I believe that she had that kind of relationship with Maya Angelou. Without a mentor, you'll most likely waste more time and energy getting through life. But what if you had someone to inspire you to be more, someone who will show you paths you never thought existed, and someone to cheer you on as you records your wins? In this episode, I share my beautiful relationship with my MUSE, Dr. Mrs. Bolanle Oyerinde. I hope you enjoy the prose poem at the beginning that gives you the context of this episode. And I wish that you'll take action with the action step at the ned. Did you find this episode useful? Connect with me on Instagram @motherisntmurder.
Working 7 days a week won't make you a billionaire. Do you really believe that spending every hour of your life working will make you rich and happy? I agree with Russell Eric Dobda that "Taking a break can lead to breakthroughs." In this episode, you'll see why you need a break and how it can help you to become more productive. While the prose poem at the start will give you the right perspective of this topic, the action step at the end will tell you exactly how to plan your weekly break. Don't forget to connect with me on Instagram - @motherisntmurder.
How often do people tell you what to do - whether with yourself, your child, your marriage, or anything else in your life? In this third episode, you'll find out what could go wrong when you don't have your own intentions for your life or your kids. It begins with a prose poem that describes a life directed by other people's opinions and ends with an action step that shows you how to decide what you want for every area of your life. What are some of the most interesting things people have told you about your child or your own life? I'd love you to connect with me on Instagram - @motherisntmurder.
Do you ever feel like your life would be easier if you didn't have kids? I get it. You probably don't think it's right to admit that out loud. Well, you're not alone. In this second episode, you'll listen to me share my thoughts about using gratitude to defeat the frustration that often comes with being a mom. To watch the Arise News YouTube video I talked about, with late beauty queen, Mrs. Ibidunni Ighodalo, click this link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upfkIhPkO4w&t=49s. I'm positive that the prose poem at the beginning will give you the right context for gratitude and the action step at the end will give you a tool to defeat motherhood's "craze". What if your fears about motherhood and everything else in life begin in your mind? In this first episode, I share the story of my first pregnancy and how scared I was.
