âDonât Quitâ by John Greenleaf Whittier:âWhen things go wrong, as they sometimes will,When the road youâre trudging seems all uphill,When the funds are low and the debts are high,And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,When care is pressing you down a bit,Rest, if you must, but donât you quit. Success is failure turned inside out-The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,And you never can tell how close you are,It may be near when it seems so far,So stick to the fight when youâre hardest hit-Itâs when things seem worst that you must not quitâ.Find me on social media:TikTok: https://tiktok.com/@_hannahweir_Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_hannahweir_/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/hannahweirPinterest: https://pinterest.com/hannahweir_/Snapchat: https://www.snapchat.com/add/itshannahweir

Welcome back!
In this episode we explore why so many of us may be feeling tired right now. I talk about how so many of us are tired of doing things in an old way that no longer works for us - measuring our worth based on productivity, output, how much money we earn - all of these outdated and unsustainable ways of operating and existing.
I talk about how so many of us are craving a more intentional, slower and healthier way of living and being, and how if we want to see a new world, we need to begin to create it ourselves, through questioning the smallest ways we can begin to make changes and to dream up a new paradigm.
The quote I share in this episode:
âAnd every day, the world will drag you by the hand, yelling, âThis is important! And this is important! And this is important! You need to worry about this! And this! And this!â And each day, itâs up to you to yank your hand back, put it on your heart and say, âNo. This is whatâs important.â â Iain Thomas

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode I'm kicking off a new series, where I'll be sharing some videos I created a couple of years ago for a YouTube channel I started back then called Here with Hannah (little did I know I would end up renaming my podcast this!)
I am so proud of these videos I created back then. I really poured my heart into creating these, and while I have grown so much since, I truly believe these messages and the stories I share still ring true today, which is why I wanted to share them here on the podcast.
In repurposing these videos for this channel, it will allow me to find a new home for these creations, as well as give me some space to focus my energy on other exciting projects over the next couple of months.
I will still share updates and introductions in this series, and I might also pop on here from time to time and share an impromptu podcast if I have the urge to.
I really hope you enjoy listening to this today, and I hope the content of these episodes serves you well.

Welcome back to the podcast.
This episode is a little different than I had imagined. I had planned to share a new format this week, after opening up recently about doing things different and in my own unique way.
The mind can sometimes play tricks on us and I found myself inundated with voices of self doubt.
So here I am, sharing my experience today of self doubt and my process of working my way back to my Truth; that anything is possible, if I can just get out of my own way.
I hope this episode reminds you to listen to the heart's whispers over the conditioned, fearful stories of the mind, telling you anything otherwise.
The quote I share in this episode:
"Have faith in your skills. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will." Suzy Kassem

Welcome back to the podcast.
In this episode I share an update on how I intend to experiment creatively with the podcast format moving forward.
So often we put ourselves into boxes, trying to be one thing and create and express ourselves in these limited ways.
On my self discovery journey I've come to understand that I am just not meant to do things in the way others are doing them. I want everything I create to be a unique expression of myself.
I also share a bit about my first book that I'm currently working on, and how it's going to be nothing like anything I've ever seen before. I can't wait to share more updates soon. If you want to stay updated, you can sign up to my monthly newsletter below.
I hope you enjoy this episode. Thanks so much for being here and being you.

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode I share some gentle reminders for if you're feeling lost, stuck or behind in life.
These have been common themes for me recently, as I find myself stepping into the unknown of a whole new chapter of life.
It can be easy to get caught up in the mental narratives of not being where I 'should' be, or feeling like I'm off track in life.
I hope these gentle reminders support you, wherever you find yourself on your own journey.
I hope you enjoy this episode. Thanks so much for being here and being you!

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode I share what it's like being a multi-passionate person, and my journey of learning to embrace and accept all of the different parts of myself.
I spent most of my life feeling like I didn't quite fit in and like there was something 'wrong' with me, because I couldn't commit to one thing and I never felt like I had one calling in life.
I've come to discover that this is actually a superpower, and that having many passions and interests is what makes me who I am. I have a deep wonder and curiosity for life and for exploring and trying new things.
Discovering the term 'multi-passionate', as well as other similar labels such as 'multipotentialite' and 'polymath' has really helped me to embrace all of the different aspects of myself and to free myself from the boxes that society tries to put us into.
I hope you enjoy this episode. Thanks so much for being here and being you!

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode I talk about stress, how it has been running the show in my life recently and how I am shifting the relationship I have with stress.
I explore the question of "am I making things harder or more stressful than they need to be", and share about the way mindfulness can help us to reframe how we perceive the stresses in our lives.

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode I'm sharing some recent insights I've had about the purpose of presence, learning to live in the moment and what all these mindfulness practices are really all about; the ability to tend to what is.
There is a lot happening energetically at the moment, as we shift towards a new way of being and a new era for humanity. It is tiring and exhausting, and we may be feeling extra sensitive right now.
I believe we are all being asked to go inward, to get to know our true selves, to deepen into who we authentically are, and to let go of the old ways of being that no longer serve us.
In allowing ourselves to slow down and be present with what is, we can see more clearly the next step that lies ahead, and simply tend to what is right in front of us.
Can we feel the natural human tendency to want to grow, change and evolve and approach it from a place of acceptance and love for who we already are, knowing that we are already worthy and enough right here and now.
We don't need to 'fix' ourselves or change to be worthy. Your worth is inherent. If we can let go of the constant pursuit of improvement, we can sink into the knowing that things are perfectly as they are. And so it is.
All my love. Thanks for being here and being you!

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode, I am so thrilled to sit down with my own personal hypnotherapist, Astrid, from Energy Healing Melbourne.
Astrid has played such a huge role in my self discovery and healing journey over the past almost 5 years, which is why Iâm so pleased to finally have her on the podcast.
From working through low self worth, dealing with grief and loss through my miscarriage, the breakdown of my previous marriage and many other challenges I have faced, Astrid has been there to support and guide me with hypnotherapy and energy healing.
Astrid offers life-changing, holistic treatments for clients through clinical hypnotherapy and energy healing, which she has been providing for over twenty-five years.
"I offer a very warm, tailor-made service, and I have a lot of empathy and compassion. Whilst I am a clinically trained hypnotherapist, I welcome anybody here from any life experience. This is a place for them to feel very safe, nurtured and cared for."
I really hope you enjoy this conversation! Thank you for being here and being you.

Welcome back to the podcast! This is a special episode today, as I share an update on where I'm at and what's happening with the podcast moving forward.
This podcast has had many iterations - beginning as Kindful Conversations in 2020, transitioning to Kindful the Podcast in late 2022 and now letting go of the 'Kindful' brand all together, as I learn to just be myself. So here we are now, with a new name once again; "Here with Hannah".
The title feels fitting, as being 'here' is all about mindfulness and being present with the journey. Who I am underneath all of the labels and identities I carry throughout this life will not change, and so it feels aligned now to just embrace being here and being me, Hannah Weir.
As for what's in store next for my work and business, that is yet to be revealed. There are many ideas simmering away, but I am focused right now on transitioning into a new chapter of life with my beautiful husband Alex. I can't wait to share more in my upcoming episodes.
For now, I just want to say thank you for your ongoing support and love, as I continue to rediscover and reconnect with myself, peel back all of the layers and shed all of the things that no longer resonate or serve me on this path.
This life is a journey, and this moment is your life.
Be here, be you.

Welcome back to the podcast!
In this episode I'm sharing some simple mindfulness practices to reflect, reset and reconnect with ourselves, as we move into the second half of the year.
I then talk about the importance of connecting with our true intentions, our heart's desires and what is really authentic to us, in order to take more aligned action moving forward.
I hope you enjoy this episode! Thank you for being here and being you.
This will be the last episode of Kindful the Podcast as it is right now, as I have decided it's time for a change. I will share more updates on this next week.
Welcome back to Kindful The Podcast!
In this episode I share about my realisation that perhaps I am the one dimming my own light and dulling my own sparkle. I am the one getting in my own way, by not believing in and trusting myself.
This has been a hard pill to swallow - literally and figuratively, with my body experiencing indigestion recently, as it struggles to stomach the fact that a part of me still doesn't fully believe in myself.
But through awareness, we can begin to peel back these layers and realise that this is not who we truly are underneath it all. That we have picked these beliefs and this self doubt up somewhere along the way, and that we don't have to carry this any longer.
We are free to let these beliefs that hold us back go now, and to reconnect with that inner child, who is so imaginative, so full of dreams and possibility. The part of us that believes that we can do anything, and that allows us to experience all of the joy, wonder and excitement that life has to offer.
So yes, this journey of self discovery will ask us to look at the things that are uncomfortable in order to heal and process them. But it will also ask us to look for joy in the journey too.
Thank you so much for being here and being you.

In this episode, I share my perspective on the notion of impact. I talk about how I've always known that I am here to make an impact and to make a positive difference in the world, however it's not for me to try and figure out how big that impact is or could be.
Impact isn't something that can be measured. There will be people that we impact without even realising it. There will be people who we never hear from, whose lives we have touched, just by being ourselves.
I also briefly talk about the idea of purpose and how just being here, being ourselves and playing our own unique role in this life, HAS purpose.
I feel like I only touched the surface with this conversation today, but I hope you find it helpful and insightful nonetheless.

Welcome back to Kindful the podcast.
In this episode I open up about my divorce story and the breakdown of my first marriage. This was one of the most challenging things I've ever had to go through and one of the hardest lessons to learn; how to truly listen to my heart.
But it has shaped who I am today and I am grateful for this journey in bringing me closer to my true self.
It has taken me a long time to open up about my divorce in this way, out of respect for my ex husband, but also as a way to allow myself to fully go through and process the experience.
I also felt really judged and ostracised through this experience. Sadly, a lot of people weren't able to understand my reasons for leaving the marriage, and as a result of this, many of them have fallen away. I have learned that divorce is nothing to be ashamed of, and that trying to be someone I'm not comes at much too high a cost.
It has been lonely, isolating and scary, but it has also been the most liberating and loving decision of my life.
I am not a coward. I am a woman who has chosen the path less travelled; to be led by life, love and the beat of her own heart. I am brave.

In this episode I talk about the concept of 'Arrival Fallacy', which is "the illusion that once we make it, once we attain our goal or reach our destination, we will reach lasting happiness,â according to positive psychology expert Tal Ben-Shahar, who came up with the term.
I share some of my own personal experiences with seeking happiness, self worth and validation outside of myself, and in future outcomes and achievements. I talk about how this topic relates to many of the core principles of mindfulness, and how I'm learning instead to find joy in the journey of life.
I hope you find this conversation helpful and insightful. Thank you for being here and being you.

Welcome back to Kindful the podcast.
In this episode I share about a recent breakthrough I've had. It's been such a revelation to realise that I don't have to keep trying to be someone who I used to be. I don't have to stay in places that I've outgrown, I don't have to hold onto identities just because others expect me to. In fact, I don't have to do anything at all.
It sounds outrageous and completely rebellious, trust me, I know. But it also feels so liberating and freeing to realise that I am the only one holding myself back. I am the only one stopping myself from truly inviting in this next new chapter of my life and being open to it unfolding in the most beautiful, expansive way possible.
Of course our minds will create all kinds of limitations of what's possible for us and our lives. Our minds want certainty, they want answers. But sometimes the best things in life come when we let go of control and needing to know, and when we open ourselves up to what the Universe has planned for us.
Thanks for being here and being you.

Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast!
In this episode I share about my experience recently where I've been going into the "void", the emptiness and nothingness that comes along with transitioning into a new phase and stage of life.
I hope this conversation reminds you that every season of life serves a purpose, and there is so much value to be found in each stage and phase of life, even if we can't see it while we're in it.
Letting go of who we are, who we think we are and who we were in the past can be really painful and difficult. Our minds love certainty, they love 'knowing' things and this includes the identities that we hold onto and the roles we play.
But sometimes it's necessary to let go of our attachment to these things in order to make space for something new to emerge.
I appreciate so much that I can be open and vulnerable about where I'm at in this current season of life, and I hope this helps you to feel a little less alone if you find yourself in a similar place too. Thank you so much for being here and being you.

Welcome back to another episode of Kindful the Podcast.
In this episode I share about how I've recently realised that my obsession with 'self help' has come to a place of being unhelpful.
And while there is nothing wrong with wanting to discover new ways to heal, grow and take care of ourselves, sometimes this can perpetuate the story that who we are right now is not good enough.
I hope this serves as a gentle reminder that who you are right now is not broken, you don't need fixing. You are worthy and enough as you are, and you are free to engage with the things that feel most supportive to you, wherever you may find yourself on this journey.
As always, thank you for being here and being you. I see you, I appreciate you, and I am sending you all my love.

Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast. In this episode I'm sharing a vulnerable and honest conversation with my husband Alex. I open up about what I've been going through lately, as I find myself in a period of transition and reinvention. We talk about a number of topics, such as self doubt, imposter syndrome, loneliness and isolation, and how we can take care of ourselves during periods of change and upheaval in our lives. We discuss the importance of being patient, trusting ourselves and the process, trusting the Universe and taking aligned action towards our greater vision.I share my thoughts on how mindfulness can help us to bring awareness to the stories we may be telling ourselves that get in the way of us being who we truly are and sharing our gifts with the world. I also share how I'm being called to deepen my own personal practices, so that I can more fully embody and teach these things I know to be true to others.Thank you so much to my incredible husband Alex for coming on here today to help me record this, for holding space for me and for being a steady support and loving presence in my life. Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast!
Today I'm sharing where I'm at on my own personal path of self discovery. I'm finding myself in a bit of an 'in between' phase right now, as I learn to shed old parts of myself that no longer serve me and that I no longer wish to identify with.
As I say often, this journey is not for the faint hearted. Though I feel like if we are truly committed to discovering who we came here to be, we must allow ourselves to shift and evolve. And as part of this, we must be open to releasing previous versions of ourselves to make space for the next version of Self that is coming.
I think labels are necessary for navigating this world we live in. And yet, labels can be so limiting. There is no way we can possibly define all of the aspects of our true essence. We are all limitless, and all such unique expressions of life.
So can we learn to let go of the labels or identities that feel limiting or confining? Perhaps in letting go, we can open ourselves up to even greater possibilities than we could ever imagine.
Thank you so much for listening, I hope you enjoy listening!

Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast.
Today we're talking about a really important topic: recognising ourselves. We can be so quick to focus on what's going 'wrong' in our lives, that we lose sight of the journey and just how far we've come to get us to where we are today.
I was reminded of this last week, as I took a leisurely train trip into Melbourne CBD, and reminisced about how this time three years ago I was in a completely different place. I used to dream about the life I live today, and yet so often I find myself taking it for granted. I forget to recognise just how far I've come, and get caught up in all of the 'problems' in my life or focus on where I think I should be, instead of where I am. This is human nature.
Of course life will present us with challenges along the way, it always does. And it's our attitude towards what is happening that can determine how we move through it. Are we resisting, avoiding or judging our experience? Or are we allowing ourselves to see the opportunities for learning and growth that life is presenting us with.
I hope you enjoy today's conversation. Thank you for being here and being YOU. I appreciate you xx

Hello my loves! Welcome back to Kindful the Podcast.
In this episode I'm sharing about a really important topic: forgiveness.
I want to be really clear that when I talk about forgiveness and letting go, I'm not suggesting that we should just accept any and all behaviours.
I believe two things can be true at once - there can be things that are completely and utterly unacceptable and unforgivable and I also believe we can find it within ourselves to come to a place of forgiveness, in order to set ourselves free from the hold these past experiences have over us.
Forgiveness isnât condoning what happened in the past. Itâs not saying weâre âgladâ it happened or proud of our actions or that of others. Itâs recognising that holding on doesnât serve us any more in this present moment.
Itâs recognising that we are all human and we are all imperfect. And who we are now is not who we were in the past. Forgiveness is about learning and growing from the past, and allowing ourselves to let go, in order to move forward in the present.
Forgiveness is about letting things go in order to experience more freedom and peace.
We all deserve to be free. We deserve freedom from the pain, shame, guilt and resentment we may be holding onto from our past. We deserve to be free from anxiety, from self sabotage, from self judgement and criticism.
This can be a heavy and uncomfortable topic, so it's my intention to explore it in a really gentle way, through the lens of mindfulness, compassion and love. I hope that talking about this topic can encourage us all to reflect on how we can be more forgiving - towards ourselves and others.
Thank you for listening, for being here and for being you.
Go gently. xx
Hello! Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast.
In this episode I share all about meditation - what it is, why it is so beneficial, what happens when we meditate and more!
I'm very passionate about this topic, as meditation has been one of the most transformational and supportive tools in my life, and has supported me through some really challenging times.Â
I'm also so excited to let you know about Calm Club, my new weekly live meditation group. If you'd like to learn more about Calm Club, click here. And if you're ready to sign up and join the club, you can join here.
My intention is to create a safe space for us to come together, to feel more clear, calm and connected, with ourselves and with others.Â
I can't wait to meditate together!Â
Welcome back to Kindful the Podcast!
In this episode I open up about my struggles with chronic pain, and the holistic approach I have taken to healing it.
I share all about the various alternative and holistic health modalities I have tried over the years (there are a LOT), and share a bit about my experience with each of these.
As a disclaimer, I am not a health professional and am in no way providing health advice, I'm simply sharing my own personal experiences and what I've learnt through this journey.
I also don't intend to discredit traditional healing practices or Western medicine in any way, I just think it's important to look at the whole picture when treating someone. I am sad to think of the amount of unnecessary meditation I took, and thousands of dollars spent on treatments that were ultimately ineffective in treating the root cause of many of my issues; stress.
I hope that by sharing my experiences, perhaps it can open up awareness around some of the alternative options out there that can help us to find a greater sense of wellbeing, and physical and emotional health.
The wellness industry can be a confusing and complicated space to navigate, so I hope conversations like this one can shed some light on what some of these modalities involve and the benefits I've personally discovered from them.
Here's a list of the various treatments, therapies and modalities I discuss in this episode, in no particular order, along with some additional info:
Thank you as always for being here, for listening and for your continued support and love.
In this episode I share my thoughts on the healing and personal growth journey, and how I truly believe there is no destination or end point that we ever get to. I share a bit about where I'm at right now and how I've been experiencing challenging emotions, beliefs, self doubt and imposter syndrome.
And as tough as it is, this all a part of the journey.
This can seem disheartening at times. We spend months (or even years) working on ourselves, going to therapy, reading all the books, trying different healing modalities, only to find ourselves at times feeling worse off than we were to begin with!Â
The truth is, the journey is non linear, and there are going to be times where we can physically see and feel the growth that has happened, and there will be times where it feels less obvious - where we feel like we're taking one step forward and two steps back.
Yet overall, we are always growing and expanding, even if it doesn't always seem like it. This journey is not for the faint-hearted, though I do believe it is the more fulfilling and purposeful path that can lead to us feeling a great sense of wholeness, peace, presence and love for ourselves.
Thank you as always for being here and being you xx
In this episode I talk about Self Love, what it means to truly love ourselves, not in a superficial or surface level way that we often see on social media. I explore why self love is so important, and how we can start to open ourselves and our hearts up more to be more loving towards ourselves, and others.I believe this is such an important conversation to be having and I hope to explore this more in the future, here on the podcast and through some of my offerings. To stay updated, you can sign up to my newsletter here. Here are the words I shared in this episode:To me, self love is the recognition and the remembering of our true nature. It is the realisation that we are worthy of unconditional love, exactly as we are. It is a forever journey, not somewhere we âget toâ. And as we continue to grow, change and evolve, it will require us to love ourselves more deeply, every step of the way. Self love is not selfish. This is what they will try to have us believe, so we continue to search outside of ourselves for the love and validation we so desperately desire. Itâs remembering that while itâs okay to want to better and improve ourselves - thatâs human nature - self love is not something to be obtained, itâs already within us. True self love is the acceptance of ourselves right here and now. Our journey is to peel back all of the layers of conditioning that have tried to tell us otherwise, so that we can see the beauty and perfection of who we truly are, underneath it all.And the words that came to me yesterday:Can I love the parts of me that feel unlovable? Can I be with the difficult emotions as they come up? Not avoid or suppress them, but really sit with them and trust that they will pass. Can I let myself be imperfect? To be vulnerable. To be the unfiltered version of myself. Can I allow myself to move at my own pace? To take my time and not be rushed by othersâ timelines. Can I allow myself to let go of control? To not be so attached to the outcome of where I invest my most precious resources: time, energy and attention. Can I let go of what other people think of me? Knowing that what I think of me is most important. My self love journey series that I shared on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLe01rPm_SrjZqS-HGmuIFzwArkiP-Me2vThank you as always for listening and for being here. All my love xx
Hi there! Welcome to another episode of Kindful the Podcast.Â
This week's episode comes straight from my heart. I feel really passionately about this, as my own sense of self worth has been influenced so much by social media, both as a creator and as a consumer.
I think we really need to take a good look at the relationship we have with these platforms (and social media in general), and assess how much power they have over how we feel about ourselves.Â
We can all fall into the trap of comparing ourselves and our lives to others on social media. Itâs up to us to find new ways to relate to these tools, and to see them as just that: tools to help us connect with others. But we cannot afford to use them at the cost of losing that connection with ourselves and our innate worth.
Remember, only you know what's right for you, and we all have the power to shift the way we interact with the world to be more supportive of our mental health, wellbeing and sense of self.Â
Thank you for being here and for being you xx

Hello! Welcome back to Kindful the Podcast. In this episode I share a new perspective on aspiring to become the "best" version of ourselves, and instead offer up the idea of working towards becoming the most whole, integrated and authentic version of ourselves.
Of course it's a beautiful thing to want to be a better human, I feel like this is something we can all aspire to be, however the idea of becoming our "best" selves feels really unattainable to me. It can leave us feeling inadequate and shameful, particularly in the times where we don't feel our "best".
Becoming a more whole and authentic version of ourselves on the other hand feels a lot more supportive to me. It creates space for our humanness. It allows us to be in those more challenging periods of our lives, to be with the harder emotions we all experience at times, and to be okay with ourselves and not judge ourselves so much as we go through this.
And it's in these difficult times where we can discover the most about ourselves and experience some of our greatest growth, so why would we want to bypass this and to "be the best", instead of being with the experience and discovering what it is we can learn through it.
In the words of my dear late Pa, "You don't have to be the best, you just have to try your best".
My love, you are doing your best and trying your hardest and that is enough. And this will look different each day.
You do not need to become this "best" version of you. How about you take some of that pressure off yourself and just allow yourself to be who you are, warts and all. Much love xx

Hello there! In this episode I open up about where I'm at and some of the things that have been showing up for me this past week.
I share my perspective on triggers and emotional reactions as hidden gifts to show us where we are not free, and to guide us towards healing some of the subconscious beliefs that may be holding us back and keeping us small.
I share a new healing modality that I have recently discovered, Psych-K, which you can find out more about here: https://psych-k.com/ I'm looking forward to sharing more about my experience, along with my holistic healing journey in another episode.
I also talk about the creative process, and how I'm currently finding myself in an 'ebb' phase. If you'd like to hear more about this and how it relates to Human Design and the Gene Keys, you can listen to or watch the latest episode of my other podcast, Led by Life here.
I'd love for you to check out my new podcast with Rafaela Buenaventura, Led by Life! Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.Â
Thank you as always for your support, for listening and for being a part of my journey. Much love! xx
Hello my loves! A bit of a different episode this week. I'm learning to honour myself and my energy levels, and to meet myself where I am.
I'm learning to practice acceptance, for myself, and for whatever life is presenting. I'm learning to let go of attachment - to how I think things (like this podcast) should look, to outcomes, to the expectations and pressure I sometimes put on myself.
I'm learning to show up more authentically, intentionally and mindfully. I hope this episode gives you permission to do the same.
Thank you as always for listening, for your support and time, and for being here and being you.Â
If you haven't heard, I also recently launched a new podcast, Led By Life The Podcast! Iâm so excited to share this with you. You can listen to it on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or watch the full episodes on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/@ledbylifepod
Sending you so much love xx
Happy New Year! In this episode Iâm talking about the magic of new beginnings, inspired by one of my favourite quotes: âAnd suddenly you know: It's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.â - Meister EckhartI reflect on where I was this time last year, feeling really lost and desperate to âfigure outâ my purpose, and how far I feel Iâve come in connecting with myself and my authenticity. I share my thoughts on letting go of our attachment to how we think things should be in order to open ourselves up to even greater possibilities than we could imagine. And I also share about my brand new podcast with Rafaela Buenaventura, Led By Life The Podcast! Iâm so so excited to share this with you.You can listen to the first podcast episode on Spotify, or watch the full episode on YouTube: https://youtu.be/ePN3u64MAM4Thank you so much for your support up to this point, I canât wait to share more with you this year and Iâm wishing you a beautiful 2023!
In this episode I'm sharing an exercise I like to do around the end of each year to reset and realign for a new year. I also share my thoughts on how it's important to remember that this is the only moment we ever really have, and we don't have to wait until a new year to show up intentionally or to make shifts in our lives.
BUT, the closing off of one year and the beginning of a new one does pose a beautiful opportunity for us to slow down, to take stock and to reflect on the year that's been, so that we can reassess, reset and realign for a new year.
I hope this exercise is supportive to you on your own journey, it's something that's been really helpful along mine so far.
I also just want to mention that this episode recording felt a bit disjointed to me. To be honest with you, I'm feeling quite exhausted and a bit out of whack at the moment with the holiday season, the wedding and our big trip overseas over the last few months. It's all caught up with me! But I do feel like there are a few nuggets of wisdom I can share, which is why I decided to still share it with you.
I'll be taking a much needed break to rest and slow down over the next little while, and look forward to connecting with you again in the new year!
Thank you for your support and love. I'm sending it all right back to you xx

Today I'm joined by Rafaela Buenaventura, who is a licensed therapist and wellbeing practitioner. Rafaela and I met earlier this year through our Human Design teacher and mentor, Nikki. We connected over our shared interests of self expansion, mindfulness, wellbeing and diving deep into the energetics of life.
In this episode Rafaela shares a bit about her journey of self discovery through human design, how she is moving through a big life transition and trusting the new direction that life is pulling her in.Â
We talk about intuition, growth, and the importance of looking at our shadows in order to truly embody our gifts. We discuss how we came to manifest deeper connection, community and friendship, and Rafaela shares some of the practices that support her, including meditation, movement and journaling.
We also share a sneak peek of an exciting project we have in the works. Hope you enjoy and a huge thank you to Rafa for joining me in this episode and for being my first ever podcast guest!

Hello there! In this episode I'm sharing an exciting life update, reflecting on the year that's been and offering up a new way of looking at New Years goals and resolutions. I talk about how this time can be a beautiful opportunity for us to reflect on the year, take stock of our lives and set intentions for year to come, while also remembering that our lives are happening right here and now.Â
There is no destination, only the journey! Can we open ourselves up to be led by life? Can we let go of our attachment to specific outcomes and goals, and allow ourselves to be present for our lives as they unfold? Just a few of the thoughts and perspectives I share in this episode.Â
I also discuss how this can be a challenging and busy time, and invite you to create moments of space and peace in amongst the chaos of it all.Â
Book mentioned:
The surrender experiment by Michael Singer
I hope you enjoy this episode, thank you as always for being here. I appreciate you!Â
All my love.Â
Hello beautiful people! In today's episode I'm opening up the conversation around body image and sharing a little bit about my own personal journey.
This is only just the beginning and I'm really looking forward to diving even deeper into this topic soon. As I mentioned, I plan on creating some supportive practices and resources very soon to help you embrace and accept your own body. This is so important. We can't afford to spend any more time hating and criticising our bodies.
I'm sending you so much love, wherever you are at on your journey. I hope this conversation can help you to speak to yourself and your body with more kindness, love and compassion. I hope it also reminds you just how wonderfully beautiful and unique you are, and what a gift it is to be here in our bodies.
Thank you so much for being here and for being you.Â

In this episode I'm sharing a topic that I am extremely passionate, and that is self discovery, through the lens of Human Design.
Human Design is a self knowledge system that was founded by a man named Ra Uru Hu in 1987 (my apologies for mentioning the date incorrectly in the episode).
I stumbled across Human Design almost a year ago now and it has completely transformed my life. It has taught me so much about who I am, what my unique gifts are and what my purpose is in life. Spoiler alert, our purpose is to be the truest, highest, most authentic versions of ourselves, and Human Design can help us to do just that!
I really hope you enjoy this conversation and perhaps you may be curious to explore your own Human Design, and go on a wild journey of self love and discovery in the process. So much love from my heart to yours xx

Who is Hannah Weir? Allow me to reintroduce myself. As I'm going through the process of rebranding the podcast, and my brand Kindful co. in general, I thought it would be fitting to reintroduce myself.
In this episode I share some insights about labels and identity, and how I've come to a place of peace in not needing to define who I am or what it is that I do.Â
It has been truly freeing to realise that I am just me and my purpose is to embrace, embody and express all that I am. We are all such multifaceted, multilayered, complex human beings, each with our own unique gifts to share with the world.Â
Hope you enjoy!

About me
Hello! I am a creative, messenger and seeker, based in Melbourne Australia.
Through creating calming content online, and as a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, I'm on a mission to inspire a more creative, calm and conscious way of being.
I've been creating content online for over a decade now. As I've grown and evolved over this time, so too has the content and messages I share. I believe wholeheartedly in taking a mindful approach to personal growth. Taking things moment by moment, being kind and compassionate towards ourselves, while also continuing to seek out opportunities for development and transformation.
About the podcast
This podcast is an extension of my brand Kindful co., which was created as a way to share the ancient principles of mindfulness in a modern era: kindness, compassion, awareness, acceptance and non-judgement. Mindfulness and meditation have positively changed my life in so many ways. Learning to slow down and be more mindful has helped me reduce stress and anxiety. It has also allowed me to get to know myself on a deeper level.
I am here to create some calm amongst the chaos of everyday life. To give you the tools and resources to access the inherent state of peace we all have within us. When we access a state of calm and ease, weâre able to more fully embrace all that we are - our authentic selves.
I hope that by sharing my journey, along with the tools and lessons Iâve learnt along the way, I can create a safe space for you to learn, grow and fully embody your true self too.

It's so interesting, the title of this podcast episode came to me the other day, but just as I am uploading this, I realised that I've already recorded an episode with the very same title. In this episode
I'm sharing a conversation inspired by one of my favourite quotes from Elizabeth Gilbert. This International Women's Day I want to recognise myself and just how far I've come. It hasn't been an easy journey, and I still feel like it's only just beginning. But it is a hero's journey. One of strength, courage, adversity, lessons, transformation and growth. I hope this reminds you of your own power, and that every day we have a choice to repeat the same patterns, or to be the superhero of our own story.
"âThe women whom I love and admire for their strength and grace did not get that way because shit worked out. They got that way because shit went wrong and they handled it. They handled it a thousand different ways on a thousand different days, but they handled it. Those women are my superheroes.â
â Elizabeth Gilbert

Hi everyone!Â
After taking a bit of a break to navigate my way through a period of self discovery (and an identity crisis), I'm sharing where I'm at and what to expect moving forward.Â
I hope this brings you some value and that whatever part of the growth journey you are on, you know that you are not alone and that this is a life long journey of getting back to our truest selves. Be gentle with yourself and know that it's okay to take things slow as you grow.
Lots of love and gratitude x

This week we're talking about gratitude. Practicing gratitude helps to bring us into the present moment, as we focus our attention on all the good in our lives.
It is a practice, and it doesnât always come easily. As humans, we have a tendency to notice what is âwrongâ or not working in our lives. Our egos look for reasons to be offended or to confirm negative thoughts such as âeverything always goes wrong for meâ, and so on.
In this episode I share my own gratitude practice, how it has evolved and how having a daily practice has changed the way I think and respond to my experiences. I hope you enjoy! xx
Iâve also created a free gratitude worksheet download. This is aimed at helping you to get started with your own gratitude practice. Get the download at kindfulco.com/podcast/episode15
