Andrea is a Jungian Life Coach and founder of InVision Feminine Leadership. Most simply, I believe in magic. Not just that it exists, but that life itself - the body, spirit, this magnificent planet, the universe - is magic, and we are the magicians. Ancient civilizations called it alchemy, the ability to transform base metals into illustrious gold. What isn't talked about as much is that alchemy applies to human consciousness in the same way. Our conscious minds have the power to drag us down with the weight of lead, or to illuminate our souls with the brilliance of a diamond. When we truly understand that the world is coming OUT of us, not the other way around, life becomes magical. We become the creators. And we get to create a wild masterpiece with our lives. Yoga and conscious movement helps to unlock and mobilize the potential energy; Meditation and breathwork serve to direct it; Life Coaching helps to illuminate hidden potential. and Women's Leadership retreats synthesize mind, body, heart, and purpose through the power of Sangha (spiritual community). My joy is to weave the breath, body, and consciousness together to create something new - gold where there was lead, vitality where there was stagnation, and possibility where there was limitation.

Disentangling Personal and Business Finances
Broadcast Date: September 2nd , 2021
Broadcast Time : 5:00p EST / 4:00p CST / 3:00p MST /2:00p PST
One of the most common mistakes people make when starting a business is blurring the lines between business and personal finances. Sometimes you need to use your personal credit to get your business going – but when and how do you separate that? Usually, you put your own money into the business to get it started or keep it going during the lean years. Are you tracking that? And again, when and how do you untangle it? Lisa Rodino of Rodino & Associates is a Commercial Finance Specialist who is going to walk us through the maze of untangling personal and business finances so that you can have a clear distinction between your business and personal finances and make better decisions about running both aspects of your life.
David Kajganich will talk about the Challenges of Moving from Me to We, and Jerry Akers will wrap up his three-part series on Single vs. Multi-Unit Franchising with a perspective on who is suited to become a multi-unit operator. Fred McMurray will take everyone Down the Rabbit hole with a question that has been ripped from the headlines

There's a lot of talk in our culture about recovery. In fact, recovery programs of every variety seem to be popping up all over the landscape. But have you every stopped to consider, and even prayerfully ask, "What is recovery from God's perspective?" Join host Kurt Pflegl 5:00 pm this Friday July 24th as he discusses this question on LIFE HURT GOD HEALS.
In this episdoe of Life Hurts God Heals, Pastor Chris deals with discouragement. There is plenty of it to go around today. The world is pretty messy and getting more messed up by the day. What is the strategy to develop courage in a discouraging environment? There are forces at play in our nation and in our world which are constantly interfering with the "normal" we are trying to create. Is there hope? Yes. But often we put our hope/faith in the wrong things only to find ourselves 'discouraged' once again. Too many discouragements and we end up depressed and depression is never healthy. Let's consider the answers of the world and compare it to the answers we have in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. once stated that, “Some people are so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good.” For others of us, we have too many clouds in our head. What’s the difference and what’s the difficulty of each aspect of where our brain is. On this episode of Life Hurts God Heals, pastor Chris will use the Biblical scriptures to address these “cloud” issues: the benefits and problems of being more heavenly minded, and the benefits and problems with taking too much time away in withdrawing from life. One side can bring healing and hope and the other can create a lot of hurt and separation. Join Chris as he contemplates the kinds of healing we may need as we deal with hurt.
It is inevitable that we will face a life-changing event which will wound us badly. Such wounds are often embedded into our memory hard drive and show up like an unwanted window on our computer screen or phone. What do we do with these memories that we no longer want? If we open it, we know what we’re in for—a whole lot of unusable video to ruin our day. We’ve played that video a thousand times already. Should I keep saving these memories? Would they have less of an impact if I shared them with someone? Who do I share them with? If there is a way to delete them, how do I do that? If I can’t, can I move them somewhere so they no longer interrupt my day? These are the things pastor Chris will be reflecting on. Take a listen on this episode of Life Hurts God Heals.
Can you believe someone said that? What is that supposed to mean? How would your relationship with God change if you knew that God not only heard your prayers, but answered every single request in your favor? What if you knew that God actually wanted to be by your side all day long, as a friend, and conversing with you throughout the day? How would that change day, your confidence, your anxiety, or some problems that never seem to go away? Join Pastor Chris on Life Hurts God Heals as he contemplates the extraordinary wonder of talking with God throughout the day and the joyful experience when we realize that God really wants to answer prayer and can’t wait to broaden your understanding about who He is as you talk with Him throughout your day.
In "Life Hurts God Heals" Chris reflects upon paths to a deeper walk with Jesus. Chris uses stories, life events, and difficult challenges to find a stronger foundation for peace and healing in the heart. Filtering these circumstances through the biblical scriptures, Chris is looking to transform his own thinking about what God may be doing or wants to do in his life. As you listen, you may find practical ways to grow your life from within and find healing from life’s hurts.

...Who does one talk to if we are alone and isolated? More than likely OURSELVES!! With our government directing us to ISOLATE ourselves / Quarentine ourselves if we find ourselves feeling sick - can this be a good thing? Mayeb but on the other hand one of the worst things that we as individuals caught up in an addiction can do is to ISOLATE. We often describe the last three letters of the word Alcohol- ISM acronyms for the words "I" - "Self" and "Me". Using these words to help us understand that isolating ourselves from others is oftentimes a major prt of our disease. I guess the need for some islotaion - at least physically isolating ourselves from others may be a good thing - but an extended period of this sort of living cheats us out of the needed interaction of others. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Why not be heard and share your thoughts on my program as I continue my personal journey into recovery "ONE DAY AT A TIME"

Wouldnt it be GRAND if Recovery from addictions was really that easy to give or receive? However it isn't and it does tke a commitment to want ing more out of ones life. And where does this desire come from? Well that is the Topic of this upcoming weeks discussion as we try to share what worked for us and what didnt. During the Holidays we are often straddled with so many expectations for those "Loved ones" around us that we get lost on the path to recovery. What does it take to get and stay SOBER?
Every week during 7 pm and 9 pm - I and my Guests discuss what it took for me / us to get Sober and what we have to do on a daily basis to maintain this place n our lives. There is sooooo much distractions and inticements too always telling us that life would be better with a Drink or a smoke... And are we strong enough to turn away from this kind of trash talk? Hope fully we can and do just that.
Join me every week to get and strengthen our resolve to keep a SOBER LIfe going and develope a full productive life without drugs and alcohol.
Well the Holidays are finally upon us - although it sometimes eems like every week there is another something to celebrate or emancipate or castrate... or something like that. This is AMERICA the Land of the FREE Home of the BRAVE and some of us have/had BEER MUSCLES - while others of us gave up their lives for the rest of us to live and well screw up!
Welcome to "The ROAD TO RECOVERY" Hosted by myself a recvering alcoholic working a program in recovery for over 24 years, 3months and 8 days today (December 8th, 2019) and I have to tell you that my life keep getting better and better. Having been married and divorced 3 times before I sobered up AND being the recipient of 2 DUI's (and being very remorseful (NOW) I share my story on the air every week in order to help 1st - MYSELF - because when I talk about whats going on in my mind - it keeps the rest of the remaining STUFF from getting rotten and stinky. And I am not kidding. It is somewhat amazing what goes on inside of MY BRAIN - and I have come to understand that I am NOT THAT UNIQUE.
Have YOU ever had wild and crazy thoughts - the kind of thoughts that you felt IF THE WORLD ONLY KNEW - that you'd be locked up for life! Well maybe not that extreme but I can relate to this kindof of STUFF going on in my own mind and not know ing what to do with it or how to handle it - until of course I started working a Program in Recovery. I Started out with Alcoholics Anonymous and advanced to Christian Church programs like Celebrate Recovery - even attending several variuos group treatment programs designed to help anyone in similar situations or experiences...
Join me every SUNDAY EVENING from 7 to ? maybe 9 pm CST as I discuss either by myself or with others our personal EXPERIENCE - STRENGTH and HOPE. You might find answers to your own situations.. 323-580-5755 is our call in number during the Broadcast and I welcome any and all callers.

It is a known fact that there are rules around pregnancy that pregnant moms need to follow and those rules have changed heaps over centuries and over decades. For instance, smoking and drinking were recommended to do during pregnancy once upon a time before studies had indicated that doing those things during pregnancy was actually a bad idea. That is one way how pregnancy rules had changed. However, there are many pregnant moms that bend those rules and you are about to hear about some pretty sinful confessions that some moms did during their pregnancy. Are you ready to hear those? This is what this podcast today is about.
Being a mom is tough and all you can do is your best! As long as your intentions are good and you love your kids, and take care of them the best way you can, then you deserve a pat on the back. There is no such thing as being that perfect mom even though there are plenty of other holier than thou moms would say otherwise.
Those type of moms are the dreaded sanctimommies that always judge other moms harshly. Has that happened to you? If so, you are not alone. And you are about to find that out when you listen to this Expressive Mom show episode!

Do you want to save yourself from a $65,000 loser proposal effort? Eileen Kent, Federal Sales Sherpa, helps you determine whether or not you are ready to write a winning proposal in this week's Federal Sales Sherpa Show airing on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 5pm CST: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/linkedlocalnetwork/2013/12/10/federal-sales-sherpa-show
Kent says, "Writing a proposal for the federal government takes an investment of time, expertise and talent and you never want to ring the dinner bell to get the team to come into the office all weekend to write a loser. We only have time and money for winning proposals."
In this week's episode of the Federal Sales Sherpa Show, Kent shows you how to look at the investment as a whole – from the travel for the sales appointments to the final proposal preparations. She'll help you add factors you can predict such as the number of hours it will take to complete the proposal multiplied by the average hourly rate of your team members, and she will help you figure in the evenings, weekends and the lost selling time on other opportunities.
"There are direct costs you can predict, but it's the indirect costs that are going to demoralize the team when you lose," says Kent.
This one thirty-minute show could save you in upwards of $65,000. Join us Tuesday December 10 at 5pm or download the show anytime thereafter if you're thinking about responding to a public Request of Proposal: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/linkedlocalnetwork/2013/12/10/federal-sales-sherpa-show
For further assistance on selling to the federal government, contact the Federal Sales Sherpa at 312-636-5381 or "Like" the Federal Sales Sherpa Show on Facebook today.

This podcast episode talks about the importance of knowing our purpose in life. As we age, this purpose that we focused on might change. What we want at 4 years old is not the same at 40 years old. Your life purpose is your contribution.
If you don't know your purpose you will not be able to execute at the highest level.

This episode talks about being effective versus being efficient. Performing or functioning in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort, Being effective is about doing the right things while being efficient is about doing things right.
Being effective is not just about doing more work — but rather to stop doing it, and consciously put yourself in a position where you can look at where you are and know if what you are attempting to do is working.

....of the darkness of DENIAL into the light of ACCEPTANCE and Ultimately RECOVERY.
Recovery is NO ACCIDENT - it IS a Commitment to wanting more from Life and becoming willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
Sad isn't it ? That on almost any given day - if you pick up a Newspaper - you can find articles about the impact that addictive behavior has on any one of a variety of living. Drunk Driving/Driving under the influence, violence, robbery, murder, the list is somewhat endless,
Living life in today's environment of CHANGE, VIOLENCE, ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTY can be stressful, and frightening.
In honor of Father’s Day, this past week on our Tamara Leigh’s TREND ON show with Heidi Feemster on the Linked Local Network, I had the privilege to speak with two pretty amazing men who humbly wield wide influence.
Dan Khabie reaches a global audience as a Linkedin Influencer content publisher. He’s also the Founder and CEO of Digitaria, a successful 1997 start-up “rooted in the disciplines of design, data, marketing and technology” that’s now owned by WPP and aligned with JWT.
Mark Papadas, Author, Speaker, Professional Trainer, and Founder of I Am 4 Kids is exponentially reaching a generation one kid at a time by early intervention into empowering youth to own their identity. Mark’s influence will likely be fully realized in the years ahead as kids whose lives have been changed for the better through the I Am 4 Kids program grow up and create their own spheres of influence.
The common theme between the two guests, who both are also fathers, is what privilege can do for a kid.
Dan, in addition to his admitted privilege (as defined as an honor and opportunity) to have a voice on Linkedin to tell his story and to share what and whom has impacted his life, also admits to being born into privilege.
As one of five kids, Dan’s sibling’s accomplishment, in addition to his own notable success, range from education at the finest universities like Harvard and Brown, to professional as an orthopedic surgeon for major sports teams in both the MLB and NBA, as well as a fashion entrepreneur, and an attorney in the family. One would think Dan’s grew up with a silver spoon.
“I do come from a family of privilege,” Dan said, “but we didn’t have a lot of money. Privilege, to me, was to be born into a family full of love and confidence… we had the most important elements – a sense of care and sense of hope.
What I learned at a very young age from my dad, I’ve been able to put into my own company like value pricing, transparency, and corporate social responsibility. What you can learn from your father… what are the things that make you who you are… At its core, your parents have such a huge influence.
When my father came to the U.S. from Lebanon he had nothing,” Dan added, “and so he became a tailor [which Dan wrote about in his Linkedin post, Tailor-Made Service] . He learned how to take his business knowledge from Lebanon and apply that to his work here in the U.S. in order to provide for our family.”
Dan’s father was so committed to his vision to bring his family to the United States from Lebanon that he would go to a pier daily to see who he could meet, to find that person who could help make the move happen — and his persistence paid off.
In working with immigrant families for over ten years,
